My family has been coming to this clinic for almost ten years now. We love how personable and attentive Dr. Charity Barth and her staff to our care. We switched insurance several times, but we are lucky that her clinic accepts all our insurance. I also heard that she accepts Medicaid insurance, you have to make sure first they accept it before starting care. The clinic is clean, has a waiting room even a little area for small children and plenty of parking. At the back- there's plenty of spaces or cubicles to accommodate patients. There's plenty of staff to see to your needs so there's not a lot time waiting. While waiting, there's a television in the room to entertain a patient. I also like that they have office hours on some Saturdays, it's well suited to our needs since we all work Mondays to Fridays. Since I've been coming here I only saw Dr. Barth. I think she is the only one who practices in this clinic. I like the consistency of having the same dentist as much as I can since Dr. Barth seemed she can build rapport and quality care to all her patients. read more

I've been to a few dentists in the area and none of them come close to Dr. Barth. I've been needing some work done on a particular bottom tooth that has been giving me problems. Everywhere I've been to says I needed to see an oral surgeon to get it removed. She took it out on my first visit and was very helpful with a plan to get me on the right track and the process was 100% pain free. My whole family has been going to Dr. Barth for about 2 years. We have 4 kids (10, 9, 7, and 6). All her staff are very friendly, professional, and patient. They always work hard to make our visits pleasant. Dr. Barth does a great job and she's been amazingly quick whenever we've had to have fillings which we're really grateful for with our squirmy little kids. I went as a new patient, as they took my insurance. Was HIGHLY disappointed, in my chart it says I'm allergic to Latex and she continued to use those gloves after telling her I was allergic. She never introduced herself so don't even know who could have been behind my head. I went in for a routine cleaning and she started to file my front teeth saying they were chipped and uneven, now they are so rough and uneven. Called the next day to talk about my experience and the front desk lady was absolutely rude and kept telling me false information. Not to mention I'm in dental school so I know how most things should go. Also nothing was taped down as a barrier so every time she was to touch the light another patients germs could have been going right into my mouth. read more

I went to this office after checking with my dental insurance and they said they were an excepted provider I gave them all of my information for my dental and medical insurance and apparently they billed my medical insurance and when my medical obviously didn't pay for my usually free routine cleaning they billed me for it and said that I didn't have dental insurance thru my medical insurance.... right because it's 2 completely different company's!!! Like I told them when I gave them my information. My dental company said that they can submit everything online to them but apparently there office only does everything by mail. When I tried to talk to the girls there they are very rude I don't know why they won't bill my dental insurance an my dental insurance company said they don't know what there issue is all they have to do is call the number (I provided them once already) and send in a bill that's it but apparently there to busy to take care of it right the first time!!! I had been seeing Dr. Barth for almost 2 years because her office took my insurance, and I appreciate that since very few dentists in the area take my insurance. However, on my last visit to the office, I had some abfractions done to my bottom teeth. When I left the office and got in my car, I look in the mirror to see my teeth and noticed that that bottom of my chin was missing a huge chunk of skin. I wasn't medicated and didn't feel anything, but Dr. Barth and the assistant were laying tools on my chest like I was a table and I did feel a tool on my face, but thought nothing of it. I tried to go back in the office, but it was locked. I called and left a lengthy voicemail. Dr. Barth wanted to see me and between our schedules, I came back to the office a couple of weeks later to show her my chin. She had the dental assistant take pictures. However, Dr. Barth denied she did anything wrong. She blamed me and said it was my fault. She did not apologize whether she thought she was right or wrong. She wrote a nasty note to a dermatologist that she wanted a biopsy done. She kept saying that she didn't know how it happened and tried to place the blame on me. I've never had a scar on my chin before and thanks to Dr. Barth, I have one now that I didn't put there, but she did. I refuse to go back to her because of her attitude towards me. She acted extremely unprofessional during this whole process and not once did she even apologize. She tried to justify herself instead of just admitted she made a mistake and was sorry. I ended up going back to my prior dentist when I was growing up and paid cash because he does not take my insurance, and I needed a dentist I could trust and not scar my face in the process. I would not recommend Dr. Barth for dental services only because she scarred my face and didn't even have the nerve or professional attitude to apologize. I am highly disappointed and will notify my insurance company of this situation so they can decide what to do with this matter. read more
