The company I eventually chose to do the work found the termite entry point, evidence of their coming into my home, and resolved it with a $350 spot treatment. Furthermore, if for some reason that doesn't fix the problem, they will credit that $350 to them doing the same whole home prevention for only $1150 total. And to top it off, the quote was only given to me verbally, the company never actually followed up with the quote I was supposed to receive. Even after I called and requested. They might be okay, but my experience was subpar.
