We were in a larger group of 10+ people and must have overwhelmed their kitchen as a bunch of us had ordered the carbonara with some waiting an hour to get their dishes. The staff did not come over to notify of the delay nor did they seem to care about refilling our waters pitchers either.

I did notice that my hollandaise sauce was consolidating which meant it was maybe left under a food heater before being brought out but it was still good.
