He was so affable and wonderful to work with! I super appreciated that he walked me through all of the new features I was not familiar with. The process was quick, the finance dept was awesome and yet again, I will keep being a loyal Chevy person in the future.

The salesperson attempted to activate it before we left the dealership and could not get it to work. We were told to contact OnStar support once we got home, which we did multiple times without resolution. We even drove the vehicle back to the dealership on a Saturday (an hour and a half away) to try to resolve the issue, but nothing was fixed. That same night after returning home, the vehicle battery died and had to be jump started. On March 2 the vehicle was taken to another dealership for service and it has now been out of our possession for weeks with no diagnosis or timeline for repair. We have also been completely without transportation during this time. We currently have an open case with GM Customer Assistance and have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. We are simply hoping dealership management or Chevrolet corporate can help get this situation resolved as quickly as possible.

I hate car dealerships. No secrets they tend to play with secrets and pretend all sorts of nonsense to con us customers out of our cash. Didn't get near that mess here, compared to the experience my buddy and I had with Ray Skillman West in Indianapolis earlier this year (where they popped in nearly $500 of "mandatory" dealer fees without warning during the signing papers process and failed on many accounts which I put down in my review for your enjoyment) this was a nice clean air shopping experience. I am my friend's auto advisor and finally felt good to get to a dealer where everyone is working together and making the typical awful-ness of big expensive purchases as smooth as possible. Billy took care of us as we picked out a 2016 Nissan Altima. There isn't much to pick from beyond the domestic and Japanese/Korean options, Camry, Malibu, Focus, and such basic names but easily enough for the average car buyer. I'm sure they'd normally have a lot more options as first mentioned. We noticed one of the tires had 5psi on it but Billy was quick to sort that out (unlike Ray Skillman who made it worse). Thankfully we are planning to get back down Thursday to complete the purchase. Looking forward to driving down again since I need a car too! It's a bummer they aren't keen to car search - I asked; learned that some people were not raised right and fail to buy the car they said they wanted. I'd like to see T&T figure out a way to work with customers to find cars. Going to an auction myself wouldn't be smart on my part since I have zero experience, entirely clueless to know what's a smart buy, would rather let the professionals who know what to look for do auction car searching especially for salvage and rebuilt titles which require extra loops to jump through before being road legal. From what I understand, most of these cars were only stuck with cosmetic damage before going to auction. Any serious issues are fixed before putting up for sale on the lot, all things considering makes T&T is the hot spot for getting some great wheels at a fair price.

As part of the transaction, we also traded in our fully paid-off 2023 TRX Lunar Edition. The sale was completed on April 12, 2025, and as of July 7, 2025, we still have not received our permanent license plate or registration. Despite numerous follow-up phone calls, we have only been issued temporary tags twice. We are now driving with expired temporary tags while commuting daily on and off a military base--this is not acceptable, as expired tags pose a significant issue for base access. We have had to initiate every update call ourselves, and the response has consistently been vague or lacking any actual resolution. Most recently, we were told it is now our responsibility to resolve this issue, which is unacceptable and has forced us to begin pursuing legal action. This is extremely disappointing, especially considering that we are frequent buyers and sellers of vehicles--always paying cash--and you would expect a dealership to value customers like us. We've purchased and sold vehicles at dealerships across the country and have never encountered issues like this, nor such poor communication and lack of customer service. While our salesman, Kaleb Foster, was excellent during the sales process, he has had no involvement or success in helping us resolve this issue and appears to be just as uninformed as we are. We expect immediate action to resolve this matter.

We were assured by the dealership. and it was noted that this issue would be fixed quickly and that the part would be ordered right away. However, we have now been waiting 39 days since the vehicle was left at the dealership for this repair to be completed- and we've already made our first car payment without having the car in our possession. The sales team Luis Lopez was wonderful, Lacee Antosh in Finance was also wonderful. They made the buying process smooth. The follow-through from the service department has been extremely disappointing. When we purchased the vehicle, we were told it had been through Linwood's rigorous 125-point pre-owned vehicle inspection, which is advertised as a key part of their certified pre-owned process- including mechanical and appearance standards meant to ensure a quality vehicle. Unfortunately, this experience suggests that inspection either did not catch a known drivability issue or that promised repairs were not handled according to their own policy. We trusted Linwood to stand by their word and take care of the issue promptly, but the lack of communication and ongoing delay has turned what started as a positive experience into a very frustrating one. I will update this review once the vehicle is returned to us and if the repair has been completed correctly. After all, I would want to buy from a dealership that held the highest standards for its service department as well as its sales and finance departments. Valerie A Beal
