That is the argument we made to the store owner. The store owner is a 70+ year old man and when we tried to make sense with him and rationalize how people could be misled to believe how they have 24-hour rentals when they don't, the store owner would just say "I've had this store for 30 years, I would never rip you guys off." Nobody literally cares how long you have had the store. The store owner's son is present next to the owner. My uncle tries to involve him into the conversation assuming he was a customer. My aunt asks a very valid and appropriate question: "Can you show us the documentation that states we're to return the 1-day rentals on the same day of renting before 11PM?" The store owner's son then says, "You guys are fucking rethrded! You're trying to rip my old man off!" He starts yelling loudly throughout the entire store and disrespecting my entire family as he walks away like a coward. My family were arguing in good faith to try to understand where or how they could've maybe skipped past the guidelines. They did not. I HAVE THE 2ND HALF OF THE INTERACTION ON MY PHONE. I have the part where my aunt asks for documentation and then the yelling and disrespect occurs. We are paying customers, we do not deserve to be treated this way and just because somebody questions a very obvious flaw into your rental structure doesn't give you the ability to disrespect them. The store owner is 70 years old and he shouldn't be working on customer service if he can't articulate his statements properly. His son is a feminine piece of crap. (I have to write my review in a certain way or else it'll be taken down) We rented the ski's on the 24th of January for 1 day at 3PM. We came back the following day, the 25th of January at 3PM.
