    Audi parts replaced as discussed.

Normally I write complaints about people, but not this time. At the suggestion of 911 Design in Montclair, I went to Bash to have a water leak fixed in my Audi S4 2013 / 87K miles. It turned out it was coming from underneath my supercharger! I talked with Audi before, not knowing exactly where the leak was originating from, expecting the worst ( A little history ..My wife's 2019 Audi S5 needed a thermostat replaced under warranty years ago (typical issue) and it required removing the supercharger at about $3k years ago / now it would be about $6K, per Audi!) Until now, besides tires and alignments this is the first time I ever took a car in for service... I also have a a 2005 911S. I guess I have trust issues. During the process, Joey communicated and sent pictures showing where the leak was coming from. When I picked up my car at the shop I asked if I could see the parts, and I recognized the parts... thermostat, water pump, PCV valve (weird looking PVC valve), hoses, Supercharger belt.... In conversations with him I felt he was honest, about $1/2 what Audi was going to charge, they are familiar with Audi and Porsche typical issues, and pointed my other known issues out. He gave me his honest opinion and he did not PUSH additional services on me as if it was urgent! Could I have found a less expensive place? Possibly, but I had piece of mind.... honesty, quality, and the car was done in 1.5 days. It has been about 3 weeks and no leaks.

Top notch service. The crew at Bash lifted my Cayenne Turbo S with all the Eurowise goodies. Not only were they extremely friendly, accommodating, and into the project, but they are super knowledgeable on all things Porsche! They tuned up a couple other engine items along the way. When you see nonstop 911's coming in you know they can handle anything. Shout out to Hratch and Joey! You guys crushed it on the Cayenne Build!

My friend recommended me to come to Bash autoworx to get my suspension and exhaust install done. The results exceeded my expectations and couldnt me more happy about the results. Hratch and Joey were awesome, Porsche enthusiasts and masters Techs. There experience and precision is on point. They are also the most nicest and honest guys out there and you know thats hard to find these days. These guys really know there stuff so give them a call and I promise you that you wont be disappointed. Thank you Autoworx!

My 5 series was overheating and Bash was the only one open during the time the incident happened. I was a bit skeptical at first but I saw the cars that were inside the garage and it made me more comfortable knowing the caliber of cars that they work on are higher end. He was courteous and offered towing at a discounted price. His was able to address my concern and diagnosed my car within a few hours. Teni, who I believe may be his wife, contacted me over the Phone and was very professional, explaining what needed to be prioritized and what findings can be held off. I decided to replace my radiator along with the top and bottom radiator hoses. I did the minimum required to get my car back on the road but their honesty and professionalism will bring me back when the time comes. Because of our Pandemic, Teni was attentive and disinfected all the common areas and left a pair of latex gloves before I drove home. I was lucky to find this place on a whim given the circumstances I was in. Thanks, guys! Note: Not all heroes wear capes.

Had my car serviced at one of the big name Porsche-specialty shops in Pasadena but something just didn't feel right. I did an exhaustive search from Riverside to Laguna Beach all the way back up to Glendale and Pasadena for a new shop. Its important you find a shop you can trust with your ride while its there and most importantly after you bring it home. I found that with Hratch and Bash Autoworx. Not only did Hratch perform all the needed services I asked for, he went above and beyond in his much time and attention he spent on even the most minor things. The customer service here was worlds apart from the other shop I brought my car to. Hratch also installed a variety of aftermarket parts for me. His knowledge with Euro vehicles is top notch! If you are looking for a new shop and you drive a Porsche, BMW, MBZ, Audi... look no further! Tell him Joe sent you!

Bash Autoworx is the only place I to go because Hrash is really knowledgeable with Porsches. I had all my work done here and when my battery needed to be replaced, he even stopped by my house!!!!! The level was service is like from a 5 star hotel in Las Vegas. The dude is amazing. Also, when my dads old Mercedes' needed a new chip, he got it made for me (since it was back ordered from dealer) by a company out in Florida. Epic service. Thanks again

I found this place on Yelp & read the few but good reviews & figured it was worth a shot. I towed my car there & Mr. Choi gave me an estimate (for free) of about $2300 to fix everything and $1800-1900 without the paint (because I asked). Here's what was damaged: A/C Condenser Radiator Radiator Fan Grill Bumper Left Headlight Fender Windshield Water Tank Hood Radiator Tank Radiator Support I went ahead & got it painted & paid the $2300. He wanted to change my other headlight so it would match with the brand new one cause it looked really awkward with one new & one so worn/fogged up but I told him not to & that I need to save as much as possible. He was real cool about it. He wasn't pushy, in a rush, or trying too hard to make $. He will take the time to show you everything & explain what parts need to be fixed & why. He got it done within a reasonable amount of time (within a week). He even changed the Air Filter & Oil for free because I paid cash. The car looks brand new & correctly assembled in the sections I damaged (I put up some before & after pics). It's been a little more than a month now & everything is working great. Anyway, this place looks very small & humble but the work is of great quality & Mr. Choi is someone you can work with, talk to & trust to get a fair deal. I'm thankful, 100% would recommend.

Brought my car in, went over some paperwork and was told I'd be contacted once the inspection was complete. Sure enough Matt called me to let me know there were some items found during inspection and which ones needed to be addressed right away. After agreeing to the updated quote they got to work. I came back to the shop prior to being told my car was ready, and I think there may have been a delay in getting parts needed (dropped the car off at 9am, wasn't done until 4pm). Other than that, the quoted price is what I paid, there wasn't any pushing to buy a service that wasn't needed. I will definitely be bringing my car back for the additional work needed.

I requested a quote through Yelp and my request was sent to multiple auto shops. I chose this…read morecompany based on location and called ahead to confirm they could do more than just read basic codes. I had already done my own diagnostics and knew the car was running rich. I had ruled out the upstream O2 sensor, catalytic converter (both new), MAP sensor, and fuel injectors. I explained all of this to Matt before bringing the car in. He assured me they could perform deeper diagnostics with their equipment. After dropping off the car, Matt called and told me they had "confirmed" exactly what I had already told them, and that the next step would be pulling spark plugs--for an additional fee. At that point, I decided to go elsewhere. What I don't understand is why I was still charged the full $85 diagnostic fee, plus a $4 hazardous materials fee and $3 shop supply fee. Plugging a car into a diagnostic scanner does not generate any hazardous waste--no fluids are drained, no chemicals are used, and no parts are replaced. There's nothing about a basic scan that would justify a hazardous materials charge. That kind of fee typically applies when disposing of things like oil, coolant, or other regulated waste, none of which occurred here. In the end, I paid $92, wasted time and gas, and learned nothing new. The most concerning part was Matt admitting he didn't even know spark plugs would need to be checked as part of further diagnosis.

5 Stars - TMC Auto Repair in Diamond Bar (aka the place that actually gives a damn)…read more Let me paint you a quick "before and after" picture so funny it hurts: Scene 1: Midas in Diamond Bar, 3:50 PM I roll up with a driver's window that's basically on permanent vacation (stuck halfway like it's trying to ghost me). The guy behind the counter doesn't even glance at the car. Doesn't ask a question. Just grunts, "Yeah, it's the motor." Me: "Cool, wanna pop the door panel and confirm? I'll pay for the diag, takes 10-15 minutes tops." Him: refuses to move, refuses to look, basically treats me like I'm trying to sell him oceanfront property in Arizona. I left wondering if "customer service" is now Latin for "get lost." Scene 2: TMC Auto Repair (literally two minutes away, same day) I used to go to this shop years ago when it had a different name. Now it's TMC and let me tell you -- it should be called TLC because that's exactly what they give you. Walked in frustrated and Martin greeted me like a human being who mattered. He listened to my Midas horror story, laughed with me (not at me), and said, "Let's actually look at it." One of his techs pulled the door panel in like 8 minutes and... drumroll... the motor was bad and there was a broken plastic piece in the regulator (exactly what I told Midas Guy, who apparently moonlights as a psychic but forgot to charge his crystal ball). They got the window temporarily working until the new part arrives, didn't overcharge me, and treated me like I've been their customer for a decade (because I basically have). Moral of the story: Midas Diamond Bar just lost a customer for life in under five minutes. TMC gained a customer for life in under five minutes. Martin and his crew are professional, honest, fast, and actually enjoy fixing cars instead of playing "guess the problem from the lobby." If you're anywhere near Diamond Bar/Walnut area and need work done by people who treat you like family (the good kind, not the dysfunctional Thanksgiving kind), go see these guys. 10/10, will be back the second that part shows up -- and for every oil change, brake job, and random rattle from now until my car retires. TMC, you have my undying loyalty... and my window now goes up AND down. Magic. Show less
