My son owns a 2016 Odyssey, it has issues, the vehicle alarm kept going off, so much, that it wore out the battery, after replacing it, it continued to set off the alarm, he had th leave the van unlocked. He brought it to he local dealer, they claimed, nothing wrong , he took it to inlaw's family garage, couldn't find any issues. This went on for months, couldn't drive it.when he informed me about it, I recommended my local Honda mechanic. Oliver, determined it was electrical, Honda dealership would only sell entire fuse box assembly, with built in relay, at $$$. Oliver found a used box, it had to be shipped in, waiting a week later, it was replaced. So far, no more issues, it been 2 days now. Yeah for Vtec and Oliver, did a great job again.

I came back to the shop prior to being told my car was ready, and I think there may have been a delay in getting parts needed (dropped the car off at 9am, wasn't done until 4pm). Other than that, the quoted price is what I paid, there wasn't any pushing to buy a service that wasn't needed. I will definitely be bringing my car back for the additional work needed.

I chose this…read morecompany based on location and called ahead to confirm they could do more than just read basic codes. I had already done my own diagnostics and knew the car was running rich. I had ruled out the upstream O2 sensor, catalytic converter (both new), MAP sensor, and fuel injectors. I explained all of this to Matt before bringing the car in. He assured me they could perform deeper diagnostics with their equipment. After dropping off the car, Matt called and told me they had "confirmed" exactly what I had already told them, and that the next step would be pulling spark plugs--for an additional fee. At that point, I decided to go elsewhere. What I don't understand is why I was still charged the full $85 diagnostic fee, plus a $4 hazardous materials fee and $3 shop supply fee. Plugging a car into a diagnostic scanner does not generate any hazardous waste--no fluids are drained, no chemicals are used, and no parts are replaced. There's nothing about a basic scan that would justify a hazardous materials charge. That kind of fee typically applies when disposing of things like oil, coolant, or other regulated waste, none of which occurred here. In the end, I paid $92, wasted time and gas, and learned nothing new. The most concerning part was Matt admitting he didn't even know spark plugs would need to be checked as part of further diagnosis.

I took it back here and they reviewed everything again and did some more tests and ended up fixing another part because it's not a common thing, but for my car it's a common issue to throw a check engine light for one part but needing to replace another part as well. Instead of charging me for the service/diagnosis again like other shops or dealerships would do, Mike only charged me to replace the second part. More recently, I was installing a new aftermarket radio in my car and when I went to turn it on, I threw a check engine light/code and the car was struggling to crank. I towed it here and Mike and his team figured out the problem that same day. The issue wasn't anything crazy, it was because I forgot to plug in a certain part, which I thought only had to do with the a/c (stupid mistake on my end). Mike didn't charge me for the diagnosis, even though most shops would or they would make things up to charge you for it. This shop is very honest and has fair to good pricing. Very reliable and easy to work with. Definitely a lifetime customer.

So I went with them to get a second opinion abt purchasing new car parts. They got my car up and took a look under and they immediately told me my car was perfectly fine. They even drove my car to confirm everything is working. They refered me to just get an alignment. I went to get an alignment and asked the guy if it was necessary to purchase new parts - the guy said not at all. I went on Yelp to find the closest tire shop that had the cheapest tire available same day because I wasn't feeling comfortable going back on the freeway on a spare. I was able to secure a tire for about $145 (tire, fees, and tax) on Tire Choice's website and also made an online appointment to get it replaced within the hour. I was mentally exhausted and just really wanted to head home and worry about searching for deals on better sets of tires later. When I got to Tire Choice, I was quickly greeted by Gina at the front. I told her exactly what I wanted to get done to avoid wasting her time hoping to up sell me better tires, and she got the message that I really just wanted to be able to quickly get back on the road again without pressuring me into changing all four of my tires. Gina was a doll and very pleasant to converse with. She was able to effectively multitask (answering phones, getting quotes for other customers, giving instructions to the mechanics), while we shared stories about our kids (my children and her fur babies). I think I spent 20 minutes max there and my tire was done. I was so happy! My overall experience at Tire Choice Auto Service Center in Diamond Bar was amazing.

This is my own personal experience so don't let my review falter you from reaching out. I reached…read moreout for a dented rim repair as shown in my photos. The repair came out great and it took around two days. Tony came to my house and picked up the wheel. Unfortunately the paint correction did not match the rim and also my tire was leaking where the repair was made (it wasn't leaking even when the rim was dented). So I contacted Tony again to see what he can do. He said the paint came off the machine and that's what it analyzed it as and was willing to do it again so I said sure since the paint came out black instead of blue. He also offered to check on the tire and rebead the seal. So he picked up the wheel again, and this time it took almost two weeks to be done with the repair and this was only the tire portion. He advised that the paint correction would take another couple of days. Honestly just wanted the wheel back since I was out of a car for two weeks already and who knows how much longer it would take to get the wheel back. He came and dropped it off and installed the wheel and the tire is holding air for now, but he did recommend me to just get a new tire if it leaks again which I will do. This time though, when I got the wheel back, it had a new chip near the center which wasn't there before from the original pick up nor the first repair. As far as value and convenience of picking up and delivering goes, I'd say it's fair and beats the competitors. Otherwise, I wasn't too thrilled about the repair. Update: Bumped up one star since tire repairs aren't part of their job description and Tony went out of his way to do it. Leaving it 3 stars due to paint issues and poor communication where I have to ask for updates every couple of days.
