A great place overall, this establishment did a fantastic job with my suv. I had my vehicle towed in and the people here went straight to work. The jobs they performed (Antifreeze/coolant checked, Battery charged, Cooling system checked, Front brake rotor(s) replaced, Front brake pads replaced, Alternator replaced, Drive belts replaced, Cooling system bled, Water pump replaced, Thermostat replaced, Serpentine tensioner replaced, Drive belt tensioner pulley replaced, Serpentine belt replaced, Antifreeze/coolant flushed/changed) were all done in a timely manner within the span of 4 days and at a very reasonable price at around $2,500. They also provided me with a small discount, which I appreciate greatly. They made it easy to follow updates through their text system, and they provided me with a CARFAX Vehicle Service History. I appreciate an honest and straight-to-the-point business. Highly Recommend!

I was honestly pretty hesitant trying to find a shop I could trust to fix my evaporator and AC. It's one of those repairs where you don't want to get overcharged or end up with a quick patch job. I Ended up going with Auto Squad and I'm really glad I did. Matt diagnosed the issue quickly and knew exactly what was going on without any runaround. What really stood out to me was the communication, he kept me updated every step of the way and even sent progress pictures, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. I went to Auto Squad after I got a shady brake job and roader resurfacing at another Auto Shop. Not only was that problem fixed, I was also informed about another problem (busted control arm) that was fixed as well. They even gave me an alignment. The service was amazing and professional. And for a fraction of the price I would've paid at BMW. I will definitely be back anytime I'm having car troubles! Great experience with this shop. I brought my own parts for my BMW and they were happy to install them. They replaced the engine mounts, lower control arms, sway bar bushings, and did a 4-wheel alignment. The price was very fair at $1,315 for the labor. The work was done quickly (1 day) and the mechanic kept good communication throughout. They were professional and didn't push unnecessary services. Would definitely recommend if you need honest, quality work at a reasonable price read more

I communicated to Matt days prior about the damaged sun visor, and was quick with a response and told me the new sun visor shipped with the quickness! Whatever you do, DO NOT GET AN ALIGNMENT HERE. Fucking worst alignment of my life. My car was just driving a little bit crooked so I brought it here for an alignment, and Chao 100% made it worse. The steering wheel was never straight after he aligned it. I drove all the way from San Gabriel to get it fixed for the second time and it's still not correct. Brushed it off for a year and gave my car to my sister, 1 year later all the tires are bald and uneven. read more

This is not the same original business with all the good reviews…read more I had two friends who highly recommended them so I trusted this business to do a common repair on my Ferrari. What was that a mistake! This business was sold by Mark Douglas apparently the month before I took my car there. And did not find that out until halfway through this headache process. The owner, Mike is somebody who has absolutely no ability or skill to run a Ferrari service. My service took over six weeks total, four weeks for them just waiting to get a part that Ferrari N.A. has in stock and told me they could receive in 5 days or less. Once they had the part it took them an additional two weeks just to get them installed. The entire time I was never called or emailed with an update. Not once! I had to call myself every week just to see what was happening and every time I called Mike would answer the phone and give me a terrible attitude just because I wanted an update. At one point I had to drive down there because they claimed their phone service was down for 3 days. He played it off like I'm annoying him just to get an update on my car sitting in their shop. On top of that when they claimed it was finally done, I go to pick it up and the car is shooting out an insane amount of smoke to the point where it looks like it was on fire. Turns out they completely overfilled the oil. They said it's no big deal and happens all the time. I've never seen such a thing. It took them, three more days to drain the oil. Oil was in the air filters all the sensors my exhaust system and covered the entire carbon fiber engine bay They clearly do not know what they're doing and are just winging things as they go along. They even lied to me and told me they were working on my car to get it done the following night so I drove by the shop and it was completely closed. I am only writing this review to warn others not to trust them with your expensive car. My car was overheating. I took it to the Subaru dealership first and they immediately told us that the head gasket was going out and it would cost $5k to fix. Then I brought it here and met Marrhew. He had someone on the crew do a pressure test, turns out it was a leak in the radiator. He replaced that and the thermostat, as well as fixing the alignment and washed the car, all for less then the estimate. He saved us about 4 grand.
