Me and my fiancé drop into this small grocery store and the food here they have a lot of deli, bread and etc.. wine, and beer as well. They got selection of pre made salad and some what they don't carry as much as big grocery store.. they got flowers selection,chicken,beef and pork. Service absolutely a need to work on . The self check out, you would have to wait for someone always to overwrite whatever it is. They usually have 1 register open and it's never busy in the store. I was at check out and the lady at register wasnt nice. When you signed up for rewards card you can save, without it it's alittle expensive. Wee saw lobster tail on sale and was advertise for $5.99 and regular was $8.99 well sure enough they prepackage the lobster 2 instead of packaging 1 and they were advertising it.. it's false advertise so please make sure at checkout if you have the reward make sure it ring up the price as advertise ,because sometimes they do false advertise and even tho you bring into their attention they don't care. So Make sure you get the correct price all the time. Ambience here is like any other Bashas'. It's not my usual grocery store but just wanted to check it out this place. read more

This is one of my favorite Bashas in town to go to. It's close to my work and I can always stop off in the evening on the way home from the hospital to get what I need. The staff and management are very friendly and help find whatever I need . They have a fresh selection of fruits and vegetables and meat . i'm on a budget and I always find great deals here. read more

Part of a backyard project included purchasing statuary. Basha's has several items, from cherubs and children to the usual guardian angels. And colorful metal flowers. Some with faux metal humming birds. A helpful woman in Customer Service answered my questions about pricing mid-week via phone. Today I went to Customer Service and shortly Logan manned the desk, offering his assistance. He was pleasant, amiable, and courteous as he climbed a ladder to retrieve my selections. He handled them with care, rang them up for me, and even placed them in my SUV for me, in the blanket I had brought. In under 20 minutes, I was on my way home, very happy with my statuary and the pleasant experience at Basha's. Thank you, Logan! You represent Basha's customer care perfectly! read more

I have lived 5 minutes from this Basha's for 3.5 years, and I love it . I try to shop a lot of sale items, as certain things can be a bit $$. The produce and the meat are consistently excellent, and the prices for those items are good. I digress... This Thanksgiving I decided to order turkey dinner for two at Basha's. It is just my room mate and I, so a huge turkey would be a waste. I stopped on my way home from work on Wednesday, and was greeted by Lee in the Deli Department. She had a positive attitude and a big smile (I could see her eyes smiling even with her mask on). She checked and double checked my order to make sure it was all there, and was so pleasant despite how busy she was. In todays world, I believe in recognizing excellence . Lee is an excellent addition to Basha's. P.S. The Deli here also sells Boar's Head meat and cheese, and it never disappoints in quality and taste! read more

This is my neighborhood Basha's. I come here at least 3-4 times a week. And they make tremendous pizza. I called at 5:58pm on a Friday to order two of them. They said it should be 45 min, ok great. I got there about 1 hour later. Everything is closing down already (1 hour early) and I ask the guy behind the counter for my order. He looked confused and said he never got that order. Maybe I called the wrong location. So I go back to my call history and redial the number. When the call is answered I asked which location is this and he says , "La Cholla and River". Are you serious!!!! It seems like the guy at the pizza counter just wanted to go home early and skipped on my order. Now I'm going to be arriving home an extra hour late after I get food elsewhere when I've already been waiting an hour for my original order. Happy Friday to you, too, jerks! BAKERY IS ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. So is the director and the staff in the bakery who is NOT customer friendly. I don't think I've ever interacted with such unwilling, uneducated, classless people working in a supply and service industry. I realize it's a chain so the quality will only be so good. I don't say this often and lightly, but the staff is truly trash. They used to be amazing and the flavor and quality was spot on, but within the last year or so it has completely tanked. The area is also always dirty the last several visits. Bashes should really consider a change to the bakery and management. As a 20+ year customer I will not be returning and will make sure I let anyone know to not waste their money here. Such a shame. read more

Never shopping there again. RUDEST employees I have ever experienced. Since moving here and shopping at this Bashas, I've constantly dealt with rude/snobby employees who always talk down to you and often act as if you're an inconvenience to them -- especially in the Deli and Meat departments. Even my friend, who praises Basha's all the time, said he found this store to be bad when he was visiting me. I also find their variety and selections to be lacking, often requiring me to go to another store to supplement for items they don't carry or have. I consistently pray that one day Arizona will get to experience the awesomeness of Wegmans and these average stores close down. read more

Exceptional service from Jacob in the meat department and manager Joe. Had never been in the store before. Shopping for an elderly lady who is bedridden post surgery. Both Jacob & Joe went out of their way to provide exceptional customer service. When I saw that they hand toss pizzas, and the really reasonable price, I'm definitely going back for groceries and to give their pizza a shot. read more

I've been shopping here on and off for over 11 years. The selection is decent. The customer service is hot or miss between good and not good. I recently stopped in for lunch and got a good lunch special deal! The staff in the prepared foods section was great... Usually shop here for all sales items that they market. But decided to get a cake for a family members birthday, last minute. I was a bit concerned that the cake would not be very good l, but was so pleasantly surprised that it was moist and very good. I will definitely continue to shop here and use them for bakery items more often. read more

I never go to Basha's, but last night I was in need of Crisco, and Heavy Whipping cream, and low and behold around the corner was a Basah's =) Thank goodness all Basha's layouts are all the same, I didn't have to search and search for products "Milk is in the far back of the store." The team at this site is wonderful! I shop weekly and they always ask how my Dad and I are doing, chat us up, share a few stories. Super nice! The pharmacy team is also great, and the local delivery gives me peace of mind. Once the virus hit, these guys buckled down and upped their game. Very much appreciated! This supermarket is just a-ok. Nothing fancy, but not too horrible either. Produce selection is meh, food selection is lacking, but if you're on this side of town and it's your only option around it's not too bad of a spot. For anyone looking for healthy alternatives, they do have a small section of gluten free, organic, or otherwise healthy, non-GMO foods. I don't have a Basha's card, and when I went here they let me use their "courtesy card" which was a nice perk if you want items at the sale price. Customer service wasn't the greatest for the younger crowd, and it seemed like they treated the older folks better here, which made me kind of sad. read more

This store is my go to for most thing since it's across the street from me ,so I can walk to. I like their produce and prices in that area can always find something to buy on special. Most of the managers and cashier know me by site and always help me out if I have a problem or want my groceries packed a certain way, kind of OCD that way. Most of the cashiers have been here a while so they are pretty friendly. Have a couple new younger ones that haven't learn to pack to my way but they will learn. Prices have gone up but all of the stores have I use my card and my computer specials to save on many things.Most of the time enough cashier since this store has busy days like Sundays. Monday and Tuesday not so much so, Wednesday new sales day so their busy.I will say if you don't get there for certain items before weekend you may find it's not in stock and they don't restock it when it's gone it's gone know I can get raincheck but then I forget to use. A lot of items on computer special do stay at the price you captured them at for 30 days so that's a nice plus sometimes even 90 days I've notice.. Hate their self check out only use if I have too, but many time a lot of people are checking out there so they have a manger or cashier up there to help out plus there is only 2 checkup and it can get backed up reason for 4 stars. read more

Last week I couldn't find pork cutlets or a cross-cut chuck beef roast in the meat department, so I needed service from the butchers behind closed doors. I placed my order, stood and waited.....and waited.....and waited. Finally I buzzed loudly, long, twice. A tall meat person came out and told me in no uncertain words, "Ma'am we are helping other customers!" What they were doing is stocking for the next day.. All told I waited 45 minutes, standing up by the counter. No chair. I am often classified as Elderly, so the experience was not good for bad backs.
