I came in today because I had got a healthcare and law-enforcement perk to join active and fit which we all know is an amazing discounted rate to join a gym so why not take advantage of something your company offers you to get healthy and have mental stress relief, just to be told your membership was not valid and the person who's trying to help you basically pawn it off on the person next to him and dismisses you the next person who comes in, So finally asked for a manger seems to feel like this was taking to much of there time, Thankfully the manager Carlos is my savior His last name is a little hard to pronounce, but went above. I mean, ladies and gentlemen above and beyond to help figure out why our membership was not being active which I guess as his job but the empathy of my frustration and the hoops jumping to resolve this he watching me igoing back back-and-forth with the front desk, who stated they couldn't help was telling me to take screenshots of what was popping up on the computer for him on their side, but also shown somebody else's behind the screenshot of somebody else's membership and all their personal information I found was very concerning not that I would care to call whomever was behind the digital screen, but I don't know in healthcare we're very private. We don't want anybody to see our information, but I greatly appreciate the management trying to help out after seeing the frustration in the many phone calls trying to figure out why on a Monday when you are fully dressed and ready to enter the gym and you're happy you know you're motivated just for somebody to kill your vibe in your first five seconds of walking in the door. I think they should teach a little bit more of customer service Or some fake it to you make!!! On Thursday night, I went back again, and Maria, one of the supervisors, was incredibly helpful and was able to find my backpack for me. I really appreciate her taking the time to help me and making sure I got it back. I also have to mention how incredibly clean the women's locker room always is, especially when Maria is working. You can tell she really cares about keeping everything nice. Thank you, Maria, for being so helpful and for taking such great care of the members! It really makes a difference.

I even liked the music she chose which was a sort of EDM/country mashup, and that is saying something because I generally dislike country. And she actually said during the class that she was trying something new and doesn't usually do country and probably wouldn't again. But! It was surprisingly good. The studio was also very clean. It is one of the studios that if you don't have the upgraded-studio type of membership that some locations have, you have to pay the $10 extra fee. They had a small selection of things like spray, deodorant, tampons, makeup remover cotton pads, the standard shampoo/conditioner/shower gel in the shower... Speaking of the shower, it was such an amazing shower. Their water pressure is incredible and felt so good after the workout. The studio itself felt really spacious. They have 16 stations (whereas my home studio has 14) and it seemed like I had plenty of room on the floor, and there was a little more space between the rollers, then at my home studio, which was really nice.

I just wanted to leave the review for Regina and the trainer she had keep checking to make sure I was okay. I stopped coming for a while to during one of my workouts my knee went out of place and I had to leave halfway through.

Very racist front desk! Recently the gym requested a profile picture at check in . I wasn't aware…read moreof it, so when one front desk employee Named Ashton asked me to take a photo I said if we can do it next time I come in. Immediately 2 more employees that were there stand up and said we need to do this now! While talking , several other gym members check in after me and most didn't have a profile picture either but we're not asked to do one nor they were stopped , as I was , to enter the facility. I personally knew one of the persons who checked in while I was talking with the 3 employees at the front desk, and she didn't have a profile picture I saw it on one of the front desk computers. Out of nowhere, another guy showed up , I am not sure he was an employee or not, asking to show them my ID , so they can identify me. I said ok, I can show you my ID. I felt like I am a criminal, passing LAX security guards. When I show my Driver License , an employee took a picture of my driver license without asking me. He was only supposed to verify my identity not take a picture of my driver license! Many other members checked in at the gym , while we were talking and none of them that didn't have a picture on their account was stopped or asked for a picture, only me, I was singled out! Forma , you should train better your employees to be more polite and respectful towards the members who pay their salaries! And think twice before you hire disrespectful teenagers who think they own the company! Very disappointing experience. The way Forma Gym employees treated me appears extremely selective--some people are repeatedly singled out and bothered over minor issues, while others are given a free pass for doing the exact same things. Rules should be applied consistently and fairly to everyone, not enforced only against particular people. Professionalism means treating every customer equally and respectfully. Management should take a closer look at how these situations are handled, because this kind of inconsistent treatment creates a very unfair and uncomfortable environment.

And taking classes over a long period of time absolutely will get you seeing positive results in your physical fitness. Reform Pilates has been my favorite so far. I can't say enough good things about Amy's class. She puts on the most challenging class by far, and I mean that in the best way. She is a gifted instructor and clearly knows what she is doing. she is able to push everyone in her classes to achieve their personal best and is there to provide personal instruction and correction as needed. Her attitude is inclusive and welcoming and she keeps you accountable for doing your best. I have been noticing great personal results in my strength and mobility after consistently taking her class and weight lifting.

I had booked a class for today and had only recently added it to my schedule. Unfortunately, one of my staff members had an emergency and had to leave, which unexpectedly changed my plans and made it impossible for me to attend. I called the club to explain the situation and simply asked if they would make a one-time courtesy exception and waive the $10 cancellation fee. I completely understand that cancellation policies exist, but given the circumstances--and the fact that I had just booked the class--I felt that a one-time courtesy waiver was a very reasonable request. What was especially disappointing was that the person I spoke with didn't even make an effort to ask a manager or see if anything could be done. At this point, it really isn't about the $10. It's about the principle and the customer service experience. I have also referred more than five people to Club Studio, and I was told that I would receive a $25 credit when someone joined. To date, I have not received those referral credits either. So when I'm a loyal customer and actively refer people to the club, I would expect a little more effort and consideration when I have an unusual situation and make a reasonable request. I'm disappointed that a simple request for a one-time courtesy exception was handled this way, especially without anyone even attempting to escalate it to a manager. I would appreciate having someone in management review this situation, including the missing referral credits, and follow up with me. Thank you.

They took the time to be sure that newcommers met everyone there so they would be comfortable. They encourage cohesiveness both in the players and the families, and are focused on developing strong players in the right way, with good sportsmanship and integrity, unlike some clubs we've had experiences with. Coach Joe made an immediate impression on our crazy girl. He has trained and developed her love for the sport. He makes a connection with his players, and knows how to connect with each of their different styles and personalities. I have NEVER experienced ANY of Pac Rim's coaches yelling at an athlete. Coach Rodger was so cruel to his players and didn't let some people play during games because he thought some where better and some were worse. Then why did you accept them onto your team?! He coached well and improved the girls' on my teams volleyball skills, but in such mean way. Yelling and screaming at the girls for playing not as good as they normally do. He ended a few practices early because he said we are horrible and have no potential. Because he's old and forgets things sometimes, he told me to do something then yelled at me saying he told me to do something else. He said I should just pack up and leave the tournament. This place was a horrible expirence and I wouldn't recommend going to pac rim unless you want your child's mental health to become ruined.
