I've been coming to Club Studio since they opened in November and I still really enjoy going! It's kind of addicting and necessary for my mental health! I'm also happy they've added Friday afternoon classes which is something I've wished for since opening. According to the app, as of today, I've taken 78 classes since opening. I enjoy CS4 (circuit training), boxing, reformer Pilates, yoga and rebound. It's great that the gym continues to add more classes as membership grows. I even upgraded to add the recovery with red-light therapy, compression therapy, cryo-chair and hydro-massage. I don't feel as stiff since I'm doing more stretching during yoga and this is something I was missing when I was doing solely Orangetheory. I didn't add the cryotherapy chamber as it was quite a bit more but I see people using it and have good things to say about it. Thankful the gym is listening to our requests like adding Friday afternoon classes. So far I'm a satisfied member of this gym!

I'm OBSESSED with this gym!!! It's clean, new, and the staff is so nice and helpful. The classes are incredible!!! The instructors are very knowledgeable and I always get an AMAZING work out. I love the CS4 class which is a mixed of strength and a bit of cardio. It's always different workouts so you never get bored and they have lower body vs upper body focus on different days which is great. Im literally addicted! Next faves are hot Pilates (insanely good workout!!) & hot yoga which do in between days that I do CS4. I heard Yoga sculpt is a must try, so I can't wait to do it! There is a Pilates reform machine class which is more of a good stretch than breaking a big sweat , so I love to do those on my "rest" days. There are so many classes and class times and they are always adding more. (There is also boxing & spin!) Oh and also, I love the lighting in the rooms when you work out (blues, purple, reds), makes you feel comfortable - not like those blaring white lights like in other gym classes. The entire facility is so clean and new!! There is a semi closed off section for stretching. The locker rooms are big and clean. The sauna in the locker room is beautiful and has a large glowing pink-salt wall which is such a nice, relaxing touch. They have showers and Dyson blow dryers. I recently added on Recovery to my membership and I'm so so happy I did!! You get access to a separate section which has a cryochamber, red light therapy (two huge panels in a private room), massage chairs, compression leg/arm sleeves, and more! Maria (who is usually there when I come in) is so welcoming & sweet!! She encourages me to up my time in the cryo chamber which is a great challenge and I feel so good after! The list goes on (parking is great and it's conveniently located!!) .. I'm so incredibly happy I joined :)

Not sure this gym was designed by people who care about fitness. Its "pretty" but lacks flow. Classes are great. But don't be LATE!! That will cost you $15. Also its been months since they opened and it still feels like they are working the bugs out. No trash cans in the locker room. Keep finding dirty Qtips. . The Bossu balls are not inflated to their proper size. Also every time there is a significant sporting event Warriors game or 9ers game they have some lame thing on the TV's. But classes are fun.

Ya'll this place will get you in shape in no time. I tried the Lagree class. The instructor was so nice and allowed me to switch over from the Climb x Boot Camp class when I showed up. I was also able to purchase a pair of grippy socks onsite for about $10. The music was good, the lingo will take sometime to learn, but I appreciated the instructor coaching me and helping to position me in the right position, and gave me words of encouragement. There was only 7-8 ppl in the class so I wonder what it's like when it's full. I appreciated the work out bc it challenged me to push myself just a bit more. I had a good sweat and worked my upper body to the point where my arms were going to give out on me, half way through but I kept pushing just a little more. I appreciated that there was no pushy sales person trying to get me to purchase a membership. Now I can give it sometime and a proper think. Everyone was pleasant and professional from the staff to the members in the room. Nicolette was subbing from Danville and she was a great instructor. Provided me with a quick history about how Lagree was established. I definitely hope to come back and try the climber/boot camp class.

Returning to the Megaformer even after hundreds of classes is still a VERY humbling experience. The slow and intentional movements of the Lagree method have left me with Bambi legs on multiple occasions. On days I need more cardio, I take the Climb X Bootcamp classes, which also give me an effective full-body strength workout. CB Fit is always constantly adding, modifying, and evolving with the times. Whether they're adding new equipment, upgrading to the Lagree 2.0 format, or incorporating client feedback, their constant commitment to improvement is why I'll definitely keep showing up.

I rode all the way through my pregnancy -- right up until the day before I gave birth. Every single class, I felt held by this community. The encouragement, the check-ins, the way people genuinely cared about how I was feeling -- it carried me through one of the most vulnerable times of my life. Riding wasn't just a workout. It was where I felt strong when so much of me felt fragile. Coming back 8 weeks postpartum was harder than I can put into words. My body felt like a stranger to me, and getting on that bike was the one thing I could do to start finding myself again. And the moment I walked back in, I wasn't alone. This community wrapped around me and helped me rebuild -- not just my strength, but my confidence, my sense of who I am. I'll never forget how Mercedes personally adjusted my bike on my first days back and kept it dialed in for me, making sure I was safe every single time. That kind of care, that attention to one person finding her way back -- it meant everything to me. The classes are incredible. They're fun and engaging, the music lifts you up, and the owners pour so much heart into making sure everyone feels supported and safe. But what makes Just Ride truly special is that it's so much more than an indoor cycling studio. It's a community of people who show up for each other, who encourage and care for one another like family. Joining Just Ride wasn't just about getting fit. It was about being caught when I needed it most, and finding my strength again surrounded by people who felt like home. I'm so deeply grateful. ‍

I have to say out of all the gyms I've been to: FBBC, UFC, Planet Fitness, The Camp, and many other local family owned gyms, Concord fitness boot camp aka Fit Body Boot Camp concord has been the absolute best! I lost weight but the change was not just in appearance. I actually felt stronger and could notice the difference in my strength. My energy and endurance was like my teen days. The crazy part is appearance wise this gym has been the least impressive. But Virgil makes the small space functional and you really don't need much more than this. When I showed up for my first trial the location made me hesitant. Virgil's customer service was great and he made me feel welcomed. The other members were friendly and there were all ages and body types. I stayed and loved it. Everyone was extremely helpful and motivating. They all push you to finish your reps, to keep moving and not quit, and if you struggle they make you feel okay with modifying while teaching you ways to work on it until you can one day do what you're struggling with. It was hard but it seemed like within days my body learned how to handle doing sit ups and push ups. Another major part is nutrition. Virgil helped me with a shopping list and meal ideas. He is respectful but also doesn't sugar coat. With each weigh in he reminded me what I needed to do to stay on track. I also learned how to count calories. If I still lived in the area I would see about joining again. If I didn't give it 5 stars it is solely because of the cost. When I went it cost around by $300/month. Is it worth it? Yes. Is it affordable and feasible? No. I could not keep up going there as it was too much for my budget. Pictures for comparison of cheeks and chin when I first started in March to September

With reassurance from the owner (whose phone number was on Google), it was indeed open for business, I was excited to get moving for my Friday workout. The place looked pretty legit as you know I love legit gyms :-) I was asked to disinfect the bottom of my shoes as street shoes aren't allowed on the floor, since we laid on them for floor workouts. That made me feel better because I ain't tryna rest my head on a floor where people before me don't know where to walk sometimes and you don't know where they come from ahem, SF CITY STREETS!!! This was my first Bootcamp class in a long while so I was pretty thankful that Virgil (owner and trainer) allowed me to modify my workouts. I know it's difficult to get people to put weights away after use, but this gym specifically is completely out of order with this. I'm surprised whenever I approach a machine that does not have plates already on it. Overall a good gym for the price, but quality with facilities and gym ethics could get much better.

I finally decided to cancel my membership after being loyal for so long and join a different gym a little bit further away. I wish that this establishment have the same loyalty to their clients and would do whatever it took to keep long tern memberships alive. To me fitness is a lifestyle and I had planned on doing this until my body can no longer physically do it anymore. It's disheartening to see that this establishment which I thought was all about family in providing a good long term relationship would care a bit more, but I guess all they really want is to up the cost of their fees and don't care if you leave. If you don't mind paying a lot for your membership and don't care about loyalty and want to support an establishment that will never respond to you and show they care then join this gym. Some cool events I attended recently were, 'Gathering of the Amazons (all-women jam day)', 'Parkour Reps' w/Darryl Stingley, and 'Storm x Sqvadron Jam'. On the day of attending the 'Gathering of the Amazons' event at Apex Norcal, Mel Riveria from Sqvdron and Lynn Jung from Storm, lead a women-only jam session outside at UC Berkeley campus. It was a well-thought-out learning day of bringing parkour outside and learning the different types of environments for various lines for newbies like me. Having a day dedicated to jamming, watching, and learning from other women who are super talented was so empowering. It helped alleviate some anxiety about trying out the sport mainly taken over by boys/men and not feel so intimidated during jam sessions or open gym.
