Great Service! Came here to shop for my husbands anniversary gift, friend's birthday gift and fathers day gift! They had a great selection from home products, t shirts, hats both mens and women's and a sale rack! The ladies there helped me right away and gift wrapped the shirts I bought. That alone for me is what is gonna keep me coming back. This store also has a rewards program that allows you to get a $50 gift certificate after a certain amount is spent. They will be moving a mile away to their new location in Torrance! If you're looking for a valued gift or flannel come here! read more

We love Mc Kennas and have shopped with them throughout the years at three separate locations as they have moved spots periodically. Please note: as of 10-15-25 the address that YELP has in Lomita is incorrect. They moved about 6 months ago down the street near Rolling Hills Way and PCH (behind the torrance airport) right next to Honeybaked Ham ( near where they used to be at a long time ago). The staff is always helpful, store is always clean, and they always have a wonderful selection for both men and women. They also keep blankets in stock, too! Their rewards program is helpful for those that shop there frequently, as well. We love to go there and support their business. read more

Best customer service , I've been coming down to McKenna's for a while already , I take everyone that's asks me where I get my Pendleton's from, I do miss the San Marino spot cause it was 15 minutes away , but I'm loyal to McKennas, I drive 45 minutes -1hr but it's always worth it , did I mention they also gift wrap if you need them too , not just that but they always offer , thank you ladies , much love and respect read more

My dad loves his pendleton. I usually order them online from the company. He recently lost a lot of weight. So, we needed to find a place he could try them on. He went from a 4x to a 2x. They had all the newest styles and colors. He picked 2 new gorgeous ones for xmas. They are not cheap! 180 bucks each for the wool real deal ones. read more

Great selection of Pendletons here. I love that they let you try everything on. The staff here was extremely helpful. I found what was unavailable on the actual Pendelton site. Love, love, love this store!!! There is no other place, (at least that I know of), in the South Bay that you can stock up on your Pendleton(s) sans McKenna's Pendleton in Lomita. (Former location was about a mile down PCH in Torrance by the Chuck E. Cheese). Board shirts up the Ying Yang sold here, in virtually every style, print, color and size! You will be hard pressed to not be able to find something that fits your taste here, especially if you are a fan of what to me, is one of the most stylish, classic and iconic shirts sold anywhere. Personalized service that always comes with a smile. They'll even gift wrap your purchase too if you like!!! Pendleton heaven is all I have to say.... Yes there is a slight mark up compared to other places that sell Pendletons but this place has it all... no having to order and wait ect... it's all here.... Greenspans in southgate is a bit cheaper but that place good luck finding what you want in the mess. read more

This store has a large variety of men, women and accessories, the staff and customer service is second to none. super friendly and seem to go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I needed to return a shirt and I didn't have the receipt and they were able to accommodate me with an exchange I thought that was over the top. I picked up a Pendleton for my other half today. Their selection is so large and overwhelming but it's so nice to be able to touch, feel and see which shirts are a better style and fit for a specific person. It's all the little details that you are able to see up close and the knowledge, selection, and friendliness of the staff that make this place so great. The fact that they put the shirt on the hanger and bag it for you to take home is everything. read more

Biggest selection of Pendleton's around. Store is always well organized and neat and clean. Even last minute I've called paid over the phone had it steamed/ironed and put on a hanger and just swung by to pick up. They have always made everything easy peasy for me! Been coming here for years. Not once have they ever made me feel uncomfortable!!! All the employees make you feel so comfortable you end up staying in the store longer and spending more money ...every penny here is well spent. No complaints here !!! read more

I have a mixed review. this was our first time here. everyone was try nice except for one of the ladies who worked there. she honestly made us feel so uncomfortable had we not been there for a special occasion we would've left. I'm not sure if she thought we weren't going to buy something so didn't want to waste her kindness and good manners on us but I won't go back. Everyone else is extremely nice and I wish her attitude towards us didn't overshadow theres but we even left feeling like WHAT JUST HAPPENED we asked for a shirt size and her answer was "we don't have it!" super annoyed and one of the other ladies interrupted and said "I'll check we may have it..." and of course they had it. It's a beautiful store, plenty of variety... just beware that if you are brown or if this lady doesn't like your appearance it may not be a good experience. She watched us like we were going to steal something... it was seriously so weird! Honestly wish I wouldn't have spent money there because of it but like I said we were there for a special occasion. For the record my husband is a clean cut Marine veteran... He's not a scary looking guy... just disappointed read more

Went there to buy my first Pendleton ever. Love the store and the staff. The women working there, aside from being beautiful, were super helpful and friendly. Selection is great. If I could undo less starts I would! I have been waiting for over 5 weeks for a Pendleton your suppose to have at your store! I got reimbursed with in 2 days about the delay! NEVER did I expect it to take over 5 weeks! A weeklong toon place and now Thanksgiving and still no Pendleton ! Owner was suppose to call me back and nothing! I get cold super easily, so when it was time to find a warm blanket I figured I'd check out the best blankets I could think of: Pendleton wool blankets. I lucked out and found the perfect king-sized, white, machine-washable (!!) wool blanket at McKenna's. The sales people were lovely and helpful. They have nice men's and women's clothes, too. I wish the clothes were a little more fashion-forward, but at least I know where to go when I need a really warm, high-quality sweater!! read more

The biggest regret I have is not coming to McKenna's Pendleton sooner. After years of putting up with bad service, bad attitudes and a disorganized mess at some other store I came here and it was the complete opposite. The staff here is exceptional. Always a smile on everyone's face and you always get greeted when you walk in. I'm kinda picky and can sometimes be a little difficult but Briana always goes above and beyond to help me out. With my busy schedule I sometimes call instead of going in and instead of just referring me to their website they patiently answer all my questions. Their knowledge of the different colors and the years that they were produced is very impressive. The selection here is huge and with the way the store is kept it's very easy to find what you're looking for. I would definitely recommended this place when you are looking for a new Pendelton or a throw back from the 50's or 60's. read more

First time I called I had a super hard time understanding the employee on the phone. Second time the employee was super sweet and answered my questions. Both leis and experiences were really seamless and didn't have any problems with my order. I went and picked up the leis a day in advance too. Inside you see one of their employees making leis at the table and there's options on the wall to choose from if your walking in. If you are ordering during a busy season, I recommend ordering it asap too. Would come back if I needed to go to any other graduations in the future!

Stopped by the McKenna Pendleton location out in the South Bay area recently and had a really great experience. Funny enough, this was technically our second attempt because we first went to the original location and realized it had closed. At first we thought they were completely gone, but after looking it up and calling ahead, we found out they had relocated near a plaza by Chuck E. Cheese. Glad we made the trip. We mainly came to shop for one of the classic Pendleton wolf shirts for my father-in-law since he's a huge Pendleton fan. Usually he has to drive pretty far to find good selections, so with his birthday coming up we figured this would be the perfect stop. The staff here was honestly amazing from the moment we walked in. Super welcoming and helpful the whole time. One thing that really stood out to me was the customer service. The ladies helping us even offered to either gift wrap the shirt at no extra cost or steam it and have it ready to wear since it was for a birthday. That type of attention to detail goes a long way. We ended up going with the gift bag option and it came out great. I also ended up grabbing myself a hat while I was there. Pendleton quality has always been top tier. I still haven't treated myself to one of the wolf shirts yet, but I've bought some of their T-shirts and hats over time and everything always feels solid and well made. Also, shout out to Pendleton for making the wolf shirts in bigger sizes like 3X and 4X because that honestly matters for a lot of people. Nothing but good things to say about this location.
