Unfortunately, my most recent visit was disappointing. I am still recovering from surgery, so having access to a handicap parking space was especially important because I needed to conserve my energy for walking inside the store. I saw a vehicle parked in a handicap space, with the driver still in the car, without a visible placard and brought it to the attention of the security guard inside the store. I was disappointed that he did not seem willing to assist. He mentioned that there was security outside, but he did not offer to contact them or help connect me with someone who could address the situation. Given my circumstances, having to walk around the parking lot looking for additional security would have defeated the purpose of needing accessible parking in the first place. I still enjoy this store and appreciate the deals I've found here over the years. I just hope management will consider how situations involving accessible parking are handled in the future. For customers with mobility limitations or those recovering from surgery, those spaces can make a meaningful difference in whether they are able to comfortably shop.

How are the pants and denim organized? Un-discernable. Any method other than organizing by size is laughable. I don't even look at pants here ever because who has time to search for the size tags? This was also the lowest I've ever been offered for clothes. Places like Plato's Closet, Buffalo Exchange, and Uptown Cheapskate give you way more for your items. They had a $1 pile, meaning items they were willing to pay me one dollar for. And then they had a 10‑cent pile, meaning they were willing to pay me ten cents for certain items. Yes, ten cents. For 10/12 pieces, they offered me around $6.30. It was laughable. Actually laughable. So if you're looking to sell your items for dirt cheap, this is the place. On a lighter note, they did have a lot of nice things for sale; secondhand, some new, some designer, really great quality pieces at good prices. I got a really nice pair of green cargo pants for $12. I recommend for shopping NOT selling.
