I FaceTimed my mom, to ask her thoughts on the clothes, she's my "shopping buddy". With her help we decide the items unfortunately just weren't for me, the styles just didn't fit my shape right. As I was about to exit the fitting room, I heard a voice ask if everything was fine. I opened the curtain to see a lady with brunette hair. I told her my verdict on the clothes and she seemed unpleased, without saying much more she took the clothes from me and promptly hung them back up on the racks. It was a bit uncomfortable, I brushed it off and kept looking about the store. Though after that interaction, it felt like I was unwanted in the store and disregard the rest of the experience. While looking around the brunette haired lady saw someone she knew walking past the shop and enthusiastically stopped them to greet them. The other people were dressed very very nice, over hearing they came from a Bar Mitzvah. As I left I had to squeezed passed their conversation that took place in the entry way and apologized as I moved passed them. Such an awkward moment. Overall: What a beautiful store in a great location, it has so much potential. The customer service was great in the beginning but came to such an uncomfortable crashing halt with the feeling I was being a burden. I tried to come again the very next day, but they were closed. Maybe it was the way I was dressed (overalls, sneakers and a tanks top- casual, as you can see in the picture I took with the mirror). Maybe it was that I didn't find something immediately that I liked- that I was written off. Unfortunately I don't recommend, solely based on the customer service. Most if not all of the clothing is very cheap quality and made in China from wholesalers. I saw a few pieces that seemed a tad better quality. I also saw some makeup products that I have seen sold at Marshall's and Ross. I tried something on straight out of packaging in the back and it was stained.
