Then they began expanding their offerings. Cookies, muffins, cakes, all kinds of gluten free baked goods. Every time I'd go in to buy waffles, they'd offer a free sample of something new they were developing and it was always delicious. Once they moved to a bigger retail location and preparing more foods such as gluten free pasta and frozen meals such as lasagna and even shepherd's pie. They have fresh desserts and pastries available each day, and also do amazing layer cakes to order. My daughter's request every birthday is for the strawberry shortcake.
