They really care about the quality of their work and they were communicative throughout the whole process. Even when things ended up being more difficult than expected, they would handle it with good cheer and made very few changes to the initial estimate. And they cleaned the house so thoroughly every time they finished work! No stray tools or nails lying around, floors all protected, no dust. Random things happened during the remodel and they were super helpful even outside the scope of their work. our furnace broke when the temps dropped to 10 degrees. Late on a Friday evening, Vlad texted me how to handle it so we wouldn't damage the floors with the temperature drop, and was responsive even on the weekend as we got it repaired. My garage door broke as well and he gave me guidance on how to think about the repair. We feel we got tremendous value out of the work they did and would definitely work with them again. Eastside was straight forward with their pricing and were very responsive during the estimation process. I explained to Drew that they would be remodeling the bathroom with our only shower, and he was sure to squeeze us in in order to expedite the process. Overall the project was well managed - because we were out our shower, Drew was focused on getting us a shower as quick as possible, something my wife certainly appreciated! The team, including all of the sub-contractors that Drew brought in were skilled at their job and friendly. The bathroom looks great - it is honestly the nicest looking room in our house now. I don't know how or why he came to that conclusion in our brief phone conversation, but I told him I wasn't looking for the "cheapest", I was looking for the best solution. He scheduled a visit and did some measurements and we discussed possible options. I also let him know I was interested in kitchen redesign so that I could have a bigger fridge but he didn't seem interested and just went back to the powder room. When he was done, he said it would take about two weeks for a quote but I may need to reach out to him again. I asked if he had a card and he said no, then left. That was on June 11 and now it's July 28. If a business wants my business, they would send a quote. Maybe my little job isn't worth their time because business is booming, who knows. When your gut tells you they aren't interested, listen to your gut.

Denise , their designer, worked through a variety of back and forth changes with us until we finally thought we had a design we really liked. During demolition a water pipe broke in the powder room, flooding the hardwood floor. Featured Kitchen and Bath replaced the floor at no additional cost to us. We went to Kauai for two weeks, leaving them access to our home. They are very reliable and trustworthy. The job is now done and exceeds our expectations. Featured Kitchen and Bath uses quality subcontractors. Their designs use quality brands and good materials. This is the second remodel Featured Kitchen and Bath have completed for us. A few years ago they designed and remodeled our master bath. We tore the master bath back to bare drywall, re-plumbed the bath and created a beautiful walk in shower. Kris and his team work hard to minimize the impact on the homeowner. We were living in the house the whole time they were working on the master bath. Our lives were interrupted but as minimally as they could make it. We know two other homeowners in our development who have used Featured Kitchen and Bath, both are pleased with their work. Despite emails, calls, and voicemails, there was no response for a week. After driving back again just to get an answer, I was told new requirements applied that were never mentioned while the sales rep walked me around looking at remnants. The remnant remains on their floor, unsold, but my time was already spent. If you need responsiveness or clarity to keep a project moving, proceed cautiously. I took my business elsewhere.

I have asked 4 times and each time I received the response, "oh, I will get it to you tomorrow." It would have been preferable to hear from the start that the project was "too small" or "product choice too cheap" or anything other than the promise that they will get me a bid "tomorrow." Even if they offered the very best price, I wouldn't have them install because I imagine that the installation date would always be "tomorrow."
