They really care about the quality of their work and they were communicative throughout the whole process. Even when things ended up being more difficult than expected, they would handle it with good cheer and made very few changes to the initial estimate. And they cleaned the house so thoroughly every time they finished work! No stray tools or nails lying around, floors all protected, no dust. Random things happened during the remodel and they were super helpful even outside the scope of their work. our furnace broke when the temps dropped to 10 degrees. Late on a Friday evening, Vlad texted me how to handle it so we wouldn't damage the floors with the temperature drop, and was responsive even on the weekend as we got it repaired. The company is tech savvy and are happy to correspond electronically, they even have an app for sharing project progress and pictures. Not only were they professional when it came to COVID regulations, they also left the worksite constantly clean. Like actually clean. Basically as they were demoing, I could hear the vacuum running almost simultaneously. They laid out special cardboard to protect the floors and also were mindful of the cabinets that were previously painted. Finally they were really great about letting us know immediately if any changes to the plan needed to happen. 10/10 would go with them for any kitchen or bath remodel moving forward. Denise , their designer, worked through a variety of back and forth changes with us until we finally thought we had a design we really liked. At that point we contracted with them to do the renovation. We are so glad we did. Kris and his team are honest craftsmen and do beautiful work. She visited our home multiple times and helped us define our vision. We liked their proposal and contracted with them. During demolition a water pipe broke in the powder room, flooding the hardwood floor. Featured Kitchen and Bath replaced the floor at no additional cost to us. We went to Kauai for two weeks, leaving them access to our home. They are very reliable and trustworthy. The job is now done and exceeds our expectations. Featured Kitchen and Bath uses quality subcontractors. Their designs use quality brands and good materials. This is the second remodel Featured Kitchen and Bath have completed for us. A few years ago they designed and remodeled our master bath. We tore the master bath back to bare drywall, re-plumbed the bath and created a beautiful walk in shower. Kris and his team work hard to minimize the impact on the homeowner. We were living in the house the whole time they were working on the master bath. Our lives were interrupted but as minimally as they could make it. We know two other homeowners in our development who have used Featured Kitchen and Bath, both are pleased with their work. We don't think you can go wrong with Featured Kitchen and Bath.

I have asked 4 times and each time I received the response, "oh, I will get it to you tomorrow." It would have been preferable to hear from the start that the project was "too small" or "product choice too cheap" or anything other than the promise that they will get me a bid "tomorrow." Even if they offered the very best price, I wouldn't have them install because I imagine that the installation date would always be "tomorrow."
