Alex and his team are as good as it gets. I'd been putting off a project for about a year installing some leftover carpet in 2 upstairs bedrooms. Once I measured out the carpet and realized I'd need to run a seam across the length of one of the rooms, I realized I was in over my head for a DIY project. When I set up an appointment I received a text and email confirmation immediately, reminder text the day before, and a text from the technician/owner confirming the time he would arrive. This is great and I wish other companies would handle their customers like this. We called A Advanced out to remove a cat urine stain on our brand new carpet (literally 3 weeks old carpet) that had sank into the padding. A Advanced came out for a treatment and then retreated with a stronger solution at no charge after the first was not enough. After reading up on cat urine, I learned its close to impossible to remove the smell. But I am happy to say the smell is gone and the team at A Advanced did a great job. read more

They did exactly what they said they would do, for the price they quoted and in the time frame they gave me. The carpet looks beautiful again and they didn't scratch or damage anything in my house. I usually research the heck out of vendors that will work on my house--no one wants to get screwed. But, in this case, I was in a rush to get the job done, so I really didn't research A Advanced very much at all. I got their number from the carpet company I bought the carpet from, the Yelp reviews looked good, so I went with them. And boy, am I glad I did! Their customer services was excellent. Very friendly and polite, and they responded to any of my question quickly. I used them because my water heater died on me, and leaked out all the water into my basement when I was away on vacation. After drying out the basement, I had them come out to reinstall the carpet and matting. They also explained that they don't install baseboards. which was useful to know! After the carpet was installed, I noticed that their was a brown spot on the carpet. They explained that this was a plant based stain from the water sitting on the carpet for a few days. So impressed with this company. Alex is amazing! Our house cleaning service spilt bleach on our upstairs carpet and Alex saved the day. Seriously a miracle worker. He was able to replace the carpet in the area and it looks just like new. You would never know anything happened. Also, my toddler took a blue pen to out white ottoman . We recently had our carpets cleaned by A Advanced. They were thorough, friendly, honest, punctual, and did a great job. The carpets in the living room were especially dirty. The home was built in the late 90s and has off white low pile carpets. Many spills, and stains later, it really needed the hot steam and truck mounted units to extract the moisture. We had tried our own machines and the stains always resurfaced. It has been over one month now, and the carpets still look amazing. We will refer our friends and family to A Advanced! If I can select ZERO stars I would, terrible service, extremely rude, they gave us a different rate on the phone then half way through cleaning the downstairs they changed the price by 4x! After we had a talk and called the company they didn't help at all and did a horrible job cleaning the rest of the house, the carpet is still very dirty and they claimed it wasn't their fault even tho they did a better job before the price change. If you care about your health or the health of your family do not go here. I almost never write reviews as I always like to give a business the benefit of the doubt. When I dropped off my rug, the gentleman at the desk spent a good 15 minutes mansplaining me how wearing masks was not only "not helpful," but could potentially be harmful. He then launched into, how the flu has killed more people than Covid, to which I replied, "well that's not true!" Not having my phone or anything to refer him to, I was just stuck listening to him spew potentially harmful, inaccurate information. The final comment as I was leaving was about the etymology of the word government (that it means mind control) which come to find out is a total conspiracy theory argument. Even given all this, I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt that perhaps it was about him feeling embarrassed that I had a mask on. Fast forward to today when we picked up the rug and the gal behind the desk still did not have a mask on. I again wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt so I called to ask her help in understanding why. She said that she had left it in another room and that she was sorry. I pressed her and asked why she didn't go get it when someone walked in and at that point she got really snippy with me and gave me a very frosty sorry. Again, in other times, maybe this place is ok, but right now I see someone, especially a business, who doesn't wear a mask as incredibly selfish and lacking any empathy for others. Almost all the businesses I've been in have a clear sign you are not even to walk in with out a mask. Very sad testament to a very selfish business. read more

We have used them three times. We have had them repair carpet in our rentals, which makes the carpet last longer saving us money. We used them again last week in our rental and without my asking, Alex let me know that he could deodorize the carpet but the smell would come back. Basically the carpet wasn't cleanable.
