We arrived during a time of stress with some boat issues and this lady only made it worse with her over involvement, head shakes, snide comments, unwillingness to help, etc. That said....Justin and the gas attendant were VERY helpful. They literally saved the day for us. If I could rate just them as employees I'd give them 5 stars. Wish they worked at a place with a nicer employer.

This year, we had just filled our tank and were stranded at a marina. Both times, it sounded like we were annoying them by calling and asking them to rescue us/bring us a new boat. No one seemed apologetic, nor did they care that this happened two years in a row. Boats are old. I guess you get what you pay for. We will find somewhere new for next year.

It's because they don't want you to see it until you get there after you promised your grandkids a boat for the week. Only reason we rented from here is because It was close to our cottage. Never again. Save your money or spend a little more and go someplace with real boats. Very poor customer service too. Boat was a total piece of crap!

They even allow boaters to park their campers there for a weekend stay at $15 a night. On site they have a little house with three full service bathrooms. Only members get the code to get into two but the third is open to the public. There are so many docks and spots for boaters to rent a spot. The parking lot is nice and large to park for the day and even for friends to park while spending the day on the water. Great marina overall!

I don't usually write reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience so others can make…read morean informed decision. When I purchased my new boat from this marina, they also handled the financing process. I was assured by the owner, Rob, that they had found me the best available rate and that I wouldn't do any better elsewhere. After weeks of delays, high interest rates, and additional fees, I decided to contact my local bank on my own. With a single phone call, I received financing that was more than 5% lower, had no fees, and I had a check in hand the very next day. That experience should have been a warning. In 2025, I paid $3,599 for a seasonal wet slip. Shortly after my boat was placed in the slip, another boat was parked too close and damaged my boat cover while scraping the side of my brand-new boat. The marina acknowledged what happened and assured me the damage would be repaired during the off-season. Unfortunately, when the 2026 season arrived, nothing had been repaired. Instead, I was given conflicting explanations and ultimately told that I should never have been promised those repairs in the first place. To make matters worse, during the 2026 season, high winds caused their aging dock to rub against the opposite side of my boat, creating additional damage. Rather than taking responsibility or working toward a reasonable solution, my concerns were met with defensiveness. The only resolution offered was a refund of my 2026 slip fees and the expectation that I move my boat elsewhere. I understand that accidents can happen. What matters is how a business responds when they do. In my experience, the lack of follow-through, accountability, and customer service was far more disappointing than the damage itself. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve the way they communicate with and support their customers. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this marina.

We've been there about 10 years with two different boats and 2 wave runners. The entire staff has…read morebeen awesome; always helpful and cheerful, even on the hottest days. Our boat is a heavy inboard surf boat that can be a little more challenging to pull out because of the weight but they do a great job. We keep it on the trailer in their secure lot. They have spent a lot of money re-doing the showroom, adding a snack shack, and new permanent docks to tie up on when picking up and dropping off people. I would highly recommend this team if you're looking for a great place to keep your toys.
