We arrived during a time of stress with some boat issues and this lady only made it worse with her over involvement, head shakes, snide comments, unwillingness to help, etc. That said....Justin and the gas attendant were VERY helpful. They literally saved the day for us. If I could rate just them as employees I'd give them 5 stars. Wish they worked at a place with a nicer employer.

We have rented from East Bluff Harbor the past two years. Both years, the boats we have rented have…read moredied halfway through the week. Last year, we were stranded in the middle of the lake. This year, we had just filled our tank and were stranded at a marina. Both times, it sounded like we were annoying them by calling and asking them to rescue us/bring us a new boat. No one seemed apologetic, nor did they care that this happened two years in a row. Boats are old. I guess you get what you pay for. We will find somewhere new for next year.

Registration numbers falling off. Metal pieces missing on both sides of the boat. Had to use all of your strength to turn it to the left. Most of the time it didn't go in reverse. You just had to float backwards. Wonder why they don't post pictures of most of the boats they rent? It's because they don't want you to see it until you get there after you promised your grandkids a boat for the week. Only reason we rented from here is because It was close to our cottage. Never again. Save your money or spend a little more and go someplace with real boats. Very poor customer service too. Boat was a total piece of crap!

They even allow boaters to park their campers there for a weekend stay at $15 a night. On site they have a little house with three full service bathrooms. Only members get the code to get into two but the third is open to the public. There are so many docks and spots for boaters to rent a spot. The parking lot is nice and large to park for the day and even for friends to park while spending the day on the water. Great marina overall!

Our boat is a heavy inboard surf boat that can be a little more challenging to pull out because of the weight but they do a great job. We keep it on the trailer in their secure lot. They have spent a lot of money re-doing the showroom, adding a snack shack, and new permanent docks to tie up on when picking up and dropping off people. I would highly recommend this team if you're looking for a great place to keep your toys.

I told them repeatedly not to do what they were doing. They insisted that I could not aid them because of insurance reasons.
