I forgot the keys and battery and they still made it happen.. its days before Christmas and weather man is calling for possible feet of lake effect snow. Here I am again could not make time to cover the boat.. AGAIN they saved the day took my boat out of a frozen ditch to get it shrink wrapped and even serviced the out drive I've been neglecting. I admit I should not be so last minute with everything I do. No one should ever ask or even expect anyone to return a call when you call last minute the way I did. These people truly care. There wonderful to deal with. Darren should get the key to the damn city for being such an awesome person. I had wanted to see the slip they wanted to move me to and when I went to take my ski out they had moved it without the key. On top of that the pool club was not what I expected. My other big complaint is their hours, I would call ahead to confirm hours, especially when putting in or taking out my ski, when I was told they would be there until a certain time and then I made the trip and they had a sign up stating staff had left early. Hoping management will contact me pertaining to these issues during Summer 2024 season.
