From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by ALEX who kindly opened the door for me and helped me get set up with all of the machines. At first, I thought he was only being extra helpful because I looked stressed, but I quickly realized he treated every customer with the same level of kindness and attentiveness. I haven't experienced customer service like this in a very long time. Alex consistently kept the facility clean, even with the dreaded Washington pollen constantly blowing in. I don't typically need to use a laundromat often, but the ease of use, cleanliness, and exceptional customer service genuinely make me want to return. Thank you so much for turning a stressful day into a positive experience! Also, they have tap pay which made my life even more easier!

I got a quick tutorial from an owner or attendant (I apologize I didn't ask as I was in a hurry). $11 to wash and would take 30 mins. My those machines are SO quiet. I was impressed. Only two Costco laundry pods were needed to wash! One of the things I noticed is that they had 3-4 bathrooms with showers - yep you can pay to take a shower. I don't know how much they charge for that but I understand the proximity to the truck repair shop now. Came back later and my comforter was ready to go in the dryer. $3.50 to dry in 15 mins. I paid .50 extra for the dryer to switch rotation every min during the dry time - awesome! Perfect fluff. Again, even the dryers are quiet. I've never heard of this brand of washers and dryers but I am going to call and confirm so I can look them up - impressive. I will definitely use this business for my large load needs in the future! You are no longer allowed to come to this establishment to only dry your clothes. And I know some people don't believe this to be true but homeless people are people too. They're someone's mother, sister, brother, father, daughter cousin..... Some have just fallen the wrong way and some need some help coming back up and that sometimes is in the form of a laundromat so they can be warm and cozy and some soaking clothes from the street.... anyhow For example, my washer works at home and my dryer is broken so we wash our clothes at home and bring them here to be dried. But that is now against the rules at this establishment. I was chewed out this morning by an elderly Asian man hanging signs about how you can only wash and dry together here. What a disappointment to the community. He kept telling me it was because homeless people come in and put things in and then they have to disinfect it and I told him that was the way of the world and the way of his business. If he's going to work in a laundromat, he's going to have to expect that people are going to put things in. Sometimes that aren't the best or that are going to need some extra assistance. Not everybody has the sound mental health to understand how everything works. Extremely disappointing and extremely gas lighting by the manager. My laundry was washed, folded, and ready for me the same day which is incredible. They folded everything neatly and in such a cute way, I was able to speed through putting my items away as soon as I got home. Protip: if you are a tipper, like me, be sure to add that at the beginning unless you carry cash, otherwise you cannot run that on your card at pick up. I plan on being a regular for the wash and fold service. Thanks again to the incredible staff for their attention to detail so I can focus on other needs!
