She then yelled loudly that I can't dry my clothes and last wash and dry was at 8pm. I asked why I couldn't dry my clothes since I wasn't washing them and it was about 8:15pm and they didn't close till 9:30pm. She told me I needed to take my clothes out. As she's yelling at me a man came up in front of me and began to load his dryer with clothes. I asked again why I couldn't dry and he could. She began ranting about how her boss made the rule and nobody can think for themselves there? My toddler got scared from her yelling and I was physically upset. She then told me I need to leave when I asked why and pointed out the other dryers had over 30 minutes left. PROS: Lots of washers and dryers of various sizes and counter space to fold. There are also a couple of carts if you need something to transfer your stuff from washer to dryer. (Helpful because I forgot to bring a basket). All the dryer and washer doors lock once you press start -- so I felt comfortable sitting out in my car while my things were washing/drying. The prices are reasonable -- I washed a King sized comforter, 2 king sized throw blankets, a Queen sized mattress cover, a Queen sized fitted sheet, and 4 king sized pillow cases. To do this I ended up using 2 large washers ($6.00 each) and two large dryers that I added steam press and reversible rolling to for 60 minutes ($3.75 each) for a total of $19.50 for it all. I paid using quarters I brought with me but I saw there was a quarter machine and a QR code to pay through an app, if preferred. I could have probably fit everything into 1 dryer to save a little money -- as the big one is quite large -- but I didn't want to risk slowing down the dry time by over stuffing. If I compare this to other laundry mats that I've been to in the area, I would say it's on the cheaper side. I was in and out in under 2 hours. CONS: I agree with the other reviews -- this place is filthy, the floors especially. I set down a garbage bag I was using and when I picked it back up, the bottom was covered in dirt. While there are lots of washers and dryers, I would say 1/3 of them were broken or out of use. There's a bathroom on-site but it requires a code to use and there's no attendant there to provide it to you. The rinse cycle on the washer was okay but my pillow cases got tumbled into the comforter so when I took them out they were still very wet and I had to ring them by hand before putting them in the dryer. There's a very underwhelming sign that says the last wash is at 9:00pm, but with the door propped open you could easily miss it and walk right past it -- so just be aware of that. Parking can be challenging and the spots are mostly compact. OVERALL: If I was pressed for time I would come back here because it's the closest to my home and ultimately, I got what I needed washed and dried. That being said -- if I had more time to drive a little further, I would choose somewhere that's cleaner, has accessible bathrooms, and an on site attendant. Vending machines would have been nice here too.

You are no longer allowed to come to this establishment to only dry your clothes. And I know some people don't believe this to be true but homeless people are people too. They're someone's mother, sister, brother, father, daughter cousin..... Some have just fallen the wrong way and some need some help coming back up and that sometimes is in the form of a laundromat so they can be warm and cozy and some soaking clothes from the street.... anyhow For example, my washer works at home and my dryer is broken so we wash our clothes at home and bring them here to be dried. But that is now against the rules at this establishment. I was chewed out this morning by an elderly Asian man hanging signs about how you can only wash and dry together here. What a disappointment to the community. He kept telling me it was because homeless people come in and put things in and then they have to disinfect it and I told him that was the way of the world and the way of his business. If he's going to work in a laundromat, he's going to have to expect that people are going to put things in. Sometimes that aren't the best or that are going to need some extra assistance. Not everybody has the sound mental health to understand how everything works. Extremely disappointing and extremely gas lighting by the manager. I will no longer be coming here and I hope anybody who needs to just dry their clothes won't either, because now they'll kick you out.

At first, I thought he was only being extra helpful because I looked stressed, but I quickly realized he treated every customer with the same level of kindness and attentiveness. I haven't experienced customer service like this in a very long time. Alex consistently kept the facility clean, even with the dreaded Washington pollen constantly blowing in. I don't typically need to use a laundromat often, but the ease of use, cleanliness, and exceptional customer service genuinely make me want to return. They have been here 3 yrs now and the stainless steel washers and dryers look brand new. You can use touch to pay right on the machines and it was easy to use. I got a quick tutorial from an owner or attendant (I apologize I didn't ask as I was in a hurry). $11 to wash and would take 30 mins. My those machines are SO quiet. I was impressed. Only two Costco laundry pods were needed to wash! One of the things I noticed is that they had 3-4 bathrooms with showers - yep you can pay to take a shower. I don't know how much they charge for that but I understand the proximity to the truck repair shop now. Came back later and my comforter was ready to go in the dryer. $3.50 to dry in 15 mins. I paid .50 extra for the dryer to switch rotation every min during the dry time - awesome! Perfect fluff. Again, even the dryers are quiet. I've never heard of this brand of washers and dryers but I am going to call and confirm so I can look them up - impressive. I will definitely use this business for my large load needs in the future!
