It's clean, but 70% of the machines washers and dryers do not work, very very annoying!. It not a new thing it's been like this for a few months. Broke. Machines outside foa few Months already, OH and tha bathroom also out of service. So I guess get here super early or u won't get to wash or dry. Cause u will not fond a working machine. U only use coins to wash no cards. read more

Machines all eat your quarters. You have to know a trick to use them or you're shit out of luck. More than Half the dryers don't work. Bathroom is always closed. It's honestly used as storage the way they leave extra machines outside the building and half the building inside is just unplugged machines read more

There are 7 broken washers, 1 $5 machine and 6 $8 machines. There are 11 broken dryers. It's been like this for almost the whole year and nothing is ever fixed. As convenient at the location is, waiting an extra 40 minutes for an open dryer is never worth it. I do not recommend. read more

A bit on the expensive side at $5.25 per wash and up, but the machines are new and efficient and there is a change machine to convert bills into quarters. Went in to do a load of laundry while on vacation and it was fairly simple. read more

One of my favorite laundromats! Location is good, lots of parking , close by food to grab while you wait for your laundry to be finished. It's clean, many machines for washing & drying. Prices are reasonable, change machine constantly works & if it's out of change there is a on-site person who can help you! I've met the owner once he is so friendly and sweet. Still my go-to laundry place. Today I dropped my wallet BEHIND THE WASHER and Lupe (sp?) worked tirelessly to fish it out for me. First she said she didn't have a key to access a little door that goes behind the machines, only the owner did and he would be there every morning at 7am. But she said "let me try" She used a plastic grabber, but it didn't work. Then she unwound a metal hanger and removed the long metal handle from a dustpan and fashioned them together, creating a hook, and tried to get my wallet that way (there's a metal ring in it). It didn't work because there were too many cords in the way and wouldn't allow the metal wire to stay straight enough. I was really impressed with her creativity and determination to help me. I was losing hope when she scurried away, banged around in a closet, and came back with a shop vac! I was thinking how would the vac reach? Well she asked me to help her lift it to the top of the washers, so we did. She used the long hose to navigate several feet behind the machines in an effort to suction up the lost wallet. She came back up with something! A dryer sheet box. But she didn't give up. She kept at it and within a few tries, BINGO!! She managed to get a hold of the wallet and carefully bring it up. We cheered and clapped and I was so grateful to have my lint covered wallet in my hands. I was so touched that she cared enough to help me out. Most people would say not my problem, or at least wouldn't go to the lengths she did. I will continue to come here every week. And I will no longer be setting my items down on top of the washers. Today I was doing laundry at washco laundry. I started feeding the washer coins and the washer took my money. Then said it was out of order. So I called the number the assistant showed me. He was very responsive and timely about getting there to refund me my money. I will be going here from now on. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants great service. A people person. My father owns a Commercial Laundry/Dry Cleaning repair business in Phoenix/Mesa AZ. That means I've been in hundreds of Laundromats from the worst to the best. This is one of the best I've seen. The machines are newer and clean. The driers are efficient ($/time =dry) and the owner is a very nice gentleman and family man. This laundromat is attended at all times and if the change machine runs out of quarters, the attendant spends a great deal of time making change for customers. They're always cleaning up after people, i.e. soap spills, bleach drips, and sweeping floors. The bathroom is as clean as they get. There is a recycle receptacle for the empty soap bottles and a garbage receptacle for regular trash. I highly recommend this establishment. It is busy in the afternoons on the weekends and in the evenings. read more

Just moved in the area and had to wash our king size down comforters. Came to this laundromat and it's clean and the attendant was helpful and friendly. If she wasn't busy helping customers, she was cleaning the machines and sweeping. So glad we live less than a mile from here so that we can be regular customers read more

This is the best laundromat! It's always clean, people are nice and respectful of others, plenty of parking, folding space, and rolling baskets. There is bathroom that is always clean. There are coin machines, snack/drink machines, and detergent machines as well and two TV's. read more

This facility is really clean and well kept. The first time I went the police were there as two women were fighting but they left and all was good. Yesterday I went early in the morning to wash blankets that wont fit into my washer and it was so quiet until a gentleman showed up with a boom box blasting music and I did not feel safe in asking him to at least turn it down and I had no clue if anyone was on the premises to manage things. I like going here and I will give this one more time before going elsewhere. read more

do not use at all. You will absolutely regret using their washing machines. They have set The water level in their washing machines so low that absolutely nothing comes clean. I even once threw a pair of jeans in folded neatly just to see how they would come out and they were still neatly folded after the full wash cycle. it is also far more expensive than the area laundry mats.I also have gone back a couple different times to see if that once was a fluke but every single time it was a horrible horrible experience. I would give it zero stars if I could. read more

I called 411 to get the telephone number for this laundry service and got the number 206-249-8441 text to me, I called that number many times to get the hours of operation and they kept hanging up on me or I get a message the called party is busy. I wait awhile call again about 10 x and they still hung up on me. I haven't been into the place yet, but if that is the kind of service I am going to get I'd rather not try it out. read more

Really clean, lots of machines with clear signs but a lot of space for everyone to move around easily. I went on a Sunday around 12, so it was busy but I was still able to find washers and dryers when I needed them. Prices were decent; I used a 4X washer with a bulky load and that costed $5.50 and only took 20 minutes. Dryers were huge and my load costed $1.50 for high heat and took 40 minutes. read more

Love it! where can you say that a Public Laundry place is always clean! Here its always clean! I drive from Seatac just to do my laundry here! the only bad is that you have to deal with Meth head out in the parking lot but its 288th in Federal way cant expect much better. Super clean! Friendly and very helpful staff helped me with machines and taught me how to use. Plenty of washers and dryers so I didn't need to wait. Fast cycles, and my comforters came out beautifully clean! I don't need to use a laundromat very often...only for the occasional comforter. I live in auburn and was ecstatic to find this gem in Federal Way (after my first stop in Auburn at 5star had no available washers at 9am!). I definitely will recommend Washco, and will go back next time I need to wash comforters. read more
