Upon entering you're hit with the AC which felt so good on a hot day. Staff was friendly and gave us samples. I ordered a single scoop of the Baseball Nut. It was creamy and hit the spot. I went here today because I was in a good mood and wanted to grab some ice cream. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the lady that helped me was very nice and professional. Behind the counter there were 2 women having a work related conversation and this lady was obviously upset, trash talking her boss, just going on and on. I made eye contact with her several times to make sure she knew a customer was in the store. That was not the happy ice cream vibe I was looking for. Very unprofessional. If I was having a heated conversation with a co-worker about ANYTHING and a customer walks in. I would immediately stop the conversation. In my effort to review every place I go to I found it odd to find that this Baskin Robbins had user photos but no reviews yet. This Baskin Robbins looks quite old, they could probably use a remodel or at least a cleaning overhaul. That doesn't really bother me though. The ice cream is yummy. I'm partial to vanilla with Reese's and my husband likes chocolate. I splurged and got the fancy 69¢ cone with chocolate and sprinkles. Totally worth it. read more

This place is rad. We visit frequently. The owner is a very nice guy and always willing to help. The staff is young, helpful, nice and friendly. Can get crowded with limited inside seating but most of the time there is plenty of seating. They also did a great job on my sons birthday cake! read more

Ordered through DoorDash. When it got here it was labeled with my name but had the complete wrong order in it. I called and they tried to blame the DoorDash driver when it was clearly their issue. He comes back with something full of nuts and no whipped cream, she told him it was the closet thing they had. I don't know what it was supposed to be close to. I ordered an ice cream cake for my husbands birthday on 9/9/14; picked up the cake 9/10/14 and it looked pretty. Later that evening when my husband and I sat down to enjoy the cake, we could not. The cake tasted awful. It tasted like the cake had been in the freezer for a year or more, freezer burned! We attempted to get past it but it was impossible as almost tasted as though it was moldy and freezer burned. I did call to complain about spending $30 and unable to eat the ice cream cake and owner just gave me round around, saying it happens sometimes. ha ha. Well, I will never be back again. My little sister worked here for a bit, the manager forced her to do training with zero intention of paying her. When she spoke up about it she pretty much had to quit because they weren't going to pay. The manager also takes the tips of workers if they "overscoop". read more

Owner does not pay his young employees for training, which lasted three weeks. Three weeks for ice cream training. Part of the training was how to short the scoop, and cup your hands to hide it. And you could never get a straight answer if he was paying our daughter for the training. Bad business practices all around. read more

I come in at least 3 nights a week I always order the same thing a medium milkshake and I ask for 2 scoops of mint and one scoop of Oreo because I just want a little amount of Oreo and mostly mint it's always been great until tonight I went in and I asked for what I usually got and when the girl was putting my ice cream in the blender she had a huge scoop of Oreo two small scoops of mint like I mean small scoops so I said something to her and I told her I wanted two scoops or mint and only one of Oreo because I wanted more mint and she gave me more Oreo she ignored me and blended it didn't taste right so I came back and nicely asked if she could remake it she apologized I said it's totally fine just not what I wanted kept telling her it's okay if she could just remake it and the owner comes over asks me what's wrong I explained and he said I'll remake it but if it's not right I'm not going to remake it again and I was just confused by the way he was giving me attitude and kept asking me over and over what was wrong and I told him I'm not trying to start problems or anything I just wanted it to be remade so he said I'll give u a kids scoop of mint and I thought that was fine till he grabbed it and was going to put it into my milk shake and I was like it's not blended and he said you could blend it yourself and so I said never mind can I just have a refund and he yelled " refund?!" And looked at me all crazy and I was like I'm not trying to start problems I'm sorry I just wanted it to be remade and kept apologizing so he says " FINE " I'll remake it my way and grabs two scoops of mint and shows me and puts the blender over the counter trying to put it towards my face and says " like this! Is this correct! " and at this point I'm trying not to cry because I cry during conflict and he makes it slams it on the counter I walked out and told my boyfriend what happened while sobbing we come here all the time we've never had any problems the employees are so nice I couldn't understand why I was being treated like this I kept apologizing and just got bitched at the whole time I stayed calm I was so confused I left and am sad about this interaction because we come here all the time but I will definitely not be coming back so if you ever need to speak to anyone stay clear of the owner I've never felt so belittled. read more

Thought that I would try something new for a birthday cake. Cake looked nice. My brother cut into the cake and it was the wrong flavor cake. I did ask the girl behind the counter if the order was correct. Such a disappointment for the price. I tried calling them and was put on hold, then disconnected. 2 stars instead of 1 because I actually love their ice cream and milkshakes. Anyways, I came in at 9:45pm (they close at 10pm) on a Saturday night with a party of 6. We ordered 5 milkshakes and 1 cone. When we came in, it was quite busy, and there were only 2 workers there. One of them was very nice, asking everyone how their nights were and actually providing good customer service. The other worker, who got our orders, gave me attitude the entire time I was there. We ordered 2 items at a time, and this worker kept sighing each time I placed an order. She seemed overly concerned about closing at 10pm sharp, which I understand, and when more people kept coming in before 10pm she kept complaining to her fellow worker that they NEEDED to close down at 10pm sharp. I suggest that if you want people to stop coming in right before 10pm, perhaps turn off the open sign at 9:45. After all, it's a Saturday night and you should expect lots of people to come in and enjoy your delicious ice cream. She didn't seem to hide the fact that she didn't want us there.
