Burgerville - Awesome people - Burgers Near Me - Vancouver, Washington

This location is dog shit and the staff is fucking terrible- let's get into it! Burgerville costs considerably more than other fast food options, as well as many of the real restaurants in the area, yet my family has consistently dealt with incorrect orders and trash-quality food from this location. We estimate that they get it right 50% of the time and completely fuck it up like they aren't even trying the other 50% of the time. Tonight was the last straw... First, the chick with the purple hair working the drive thru who clearly thinks she's a lot cuter than she actually is completely fucked up our order and over-charged us by roughly 33%, which we had to correct in the drive thru line (sorry to the people behind us!)... then the smooth-brained goldfish working the line served us a pair of undercooked burgers. My wife & I didn't realize they were literally RAW inside until we took a few bites- I ended up vomiting shortly after realizing how badly "cooked" the burgers were. To the manager- what are you doing?? Your restaurant is clearly a total mess and it's only been getting worse, so you've lost our family as customers for life. We will never patronize or respect your brand again, no more chances. You, on a personal level, clearly don't take the responsibility of your position seriously enough and understand how the culture you foster at your restaurant directly affects the people of the community you're part of, so you're genuinely failing your staff and your patrons on a scale that reaches top to bottom. Your restaurant is filthy, your staff is poorly trained and clearly unmotivated, and your inability to lead in any meaningful way is apparent from the moment any customer walks through your doors. I'd encourage you to do better, but, frankly, I don't give a flying fuck since I'll never return to any Burgerville locations as long as I live. read more

I went with my friends and the shake was divine. Definitely needs more staff, many people were stuck doing window and only one person on register. We had an elder lady (she made the experience 10/10) working on our shakes and food all by herself, would come back again just for her service. read more

Burgerville today was a ... they always are terrible, but maybe they improved in the past 2 or so years since trying them last. No change..they're even worse than we remembered. 1- expensive. Crappy 1/4 lb. burger, fries and coke. $15.00 2- burger was not just bad, but was disgustingly bad. It was greasy, wet bun for some reason, mayo type sauce dripping out of the sides. Tasteless burger!! 3- Fries were not terrible, but was a small amt for $4...and again.. no taste. I tried the Burgerville in Bend, Oregon. Will not go back. the $10.49 for a 1/4 pounder was tasteless. The Halibut burger was no different than the fish burger at McDonalds very small. The prices are ridiculous for what you get. Too bad Pilot Butte burgers are no longer here. Those were the best burgers and fast food. I do not see Burgerville in Bend staying here for the long haul. My family used to go to this Burgerville location every Sunday after church. My grandma loved the Walla Walla Sweet Onion Rings and my dad always ordered a Tillamook Cheeseburger (renamed the Northwest Burger) and a chicken sandwich. We would spend hours visiting with family and friends in the corner booth and so naturally we got to know the place well. Over the years, while the building has gotten a little more tired and the prices have increased, the space is still inviting and the service at this location is among the best of the many Burgervilles I've patronized. I'd give a 3.5 star if I could but it's a high 3.5 in my book so a 4 star will have to suffice. read more

Amazing service any time we go, the people working there are so sweet! Burgers are sooo good too!

When we move here we ate at Burgerville quite a bit. We eat there less now because sometimes the fries are fine and sometimes rubbers, sometimes the Best Coast Chicken Sandwich is hot and sometimes luke warm. I quit buying shakes there because it's too hard getting hazelnuts or fruit through a soda straw. And during the holiday they had a hazelnut and hot fudge sunday but the fudge was more like syrup. I have worked in the service industry before so I understand however if you are going to take the time to do something it should be done well, especially if it is going to be priced the way it is. Service here is great! I am a new mom and forgot to click curbside on my order. When I arrived it wanted me to go inside and pick up my order. I know it doesn't seem like a big deal but I called when I arrived and explained I forgot to click the curbside button and my infant was in the car sleep. I just genuinely had the most horrible dining experience at the establishment ordered a big boy slider and their new short rib sandwich, which isn't cheap by the way, and they literally brought me out a burnt sandwich. Not just burnt, but absolutely roasted like it was ridiculous. I asked if I could swap it out for something else and they said they would just make me a new one. The other ones they were making were also just absolutely roasted. It wasn't even meat anymore. Not only does Burgerville have fresh and great food for a fast food restaurant I always feel like the customer service is wonderful. The drive thru staff is friendly and quick. I only write reviews when a product/service is so great or bad it deserves further recognition all be it for better/worse): Having grown up in Portland and seeing Burgerville grow over the years... let's just say I've been there a lot. I used to take my boys there several days a week between practices etc... I used to crave the special sauce and quality of the fries etc. After giving it a try multi times over the past 6 months I have to say I hardly recognize it anymore. They stopped serving breakfast for one. More importantly the food is simply not good on any level. The fries are average at best. The burgers are awful... mostly semi warm at best... the only bright spot is the sauce... the patties are so thin you may barely see it on a regular burger... the cheese looks like velveeta lol! Bottom-line, the food is hardly worth the time or price. There's simply too many options and better places to eat now days... they should be looking over their shoulders for competitors like In/Out Burger... when they arrive in this area look out. There's a reason cars line up to go there. And take some hints/ideas from Chick-fil-A.... they get it on every level. They deliver Impeccable service and more importantly a great product. I'm afraid Burgerville has become a victim of their own success/growth over the years. They seemingly have lost their way... they no longer stand out over any other fast food burger joint... in fact they are probably behind the big boys now with their mediocrity. It's Sad... Thoroughly disappointed! Since when did everything go a la cart.. ? Their burgers NOT come with fries now.. to pay $8 (×2) for burgers AND NOT be informed that there's no drink /fry included a SHOCK.. even after rereading the attractive menu board there's nothing stating this.. GLAD I don't frequent the little spots.. think I'll stick to sit down services because to add fries brought me to $12 for one person.. the restaurant is clean..the staff very friendly BUT just uninformative .. like I said a bit disappointed..meh the burger wasn't that great! read more

I like going to Burgerville every now and then to support local business and get that local flavor. They have new flavors of milkshakes but my favorite is the chocolate hazelnut. I would go there more often if the prices were not so darn high. $18 for fish-and-chips and a milkshake at a fast food restaurant is ridiculous. Now they have a sign up in their drive-through window asking for tips. Seriously? Lower your prices and I can afford a tip. No other fast food restaurant asks for tips. read more

This Bergerville is a fantastic one. The staff is kind and caring, they work hard to make sure your order is correct and all the food is an exceptional quality. I've never had a quality control issue here the food is consistently really good. Their new milkshakes are absolutely the best and a must try, sweet cream is my favorite.Thank you to the Burgerville staff for all you do, especially your appreciation days to hospital staff during this pandemic. It's okay. As a rule the burgers and fries are a bit underwhelming in quantity/quality to price ratio. They taste fine but struggle to stand apart. I understand the ingredients might be better than other fast food burger places but it's fast food burgers. I won't stop going there but I won't go out of my way to go there. From the moment I walked welcomed. I briefly used the restroom and after I was near the counter and had to take a business call so I stepped back. When I was done I was greeted with a smile from a young woman with a smile. She was happy and eager to take my order. I ordered , said thank you and took my number and sat down. I watched this woman do the same with other customers after me too. She spoke clearly to her teammates and you could tell she wanted to be there. She was bubbly and all over wherever she could help, come to think of it so was the rest of the team here at this location. After I finished my meal I walked over to her she must have been taking a drive thru order but she briefly paused her convo to give me a moment I asked her name and what her role was there. She said shift lead and Angela I told her great job. She smiled said thank you and also replied with you made my day.! My point is this in business we strive to find people like Angela, Bugerville I hope you guys read this because we need to Elevate employees and people that show these traits. SInce you usually have to take out a loan to eat from this fast food joint, if you see a special, jump on it!! The food was good, average and pretty much Burgerville bland which matches the taste of the average Vancouverite. However, at least it's pretty fresh and local which one cannot say about McDonalds or most other places like this. read more
