Highly recommend this place! Everyone is so kind and always going above and beyond. They didn't have what I wanted (it was late in the day so I totally understand) and I picked alternatives. While I was waiting on my order I asked about a donut I didn't notice on the board until then. He mentioned it was his fav and I told him I'd have to get it next time. He then threw it in for free with my order. 10/10 customer service! Small acts of kindness like this make people remember businesses and make me want to support them more! This is the third time I've been in here. The first one I had to pick up a big order for a company. Second time I came in, and I was amazed by the taste and the texture of the two donuts that I ordered. The third time I came in, I was quite disappointed on how little there was of icing on the maple bar the case and the texture was totally off just different this time maybe it's a different baker. I don't know. Yes I do know how donuts are supposed to taste and the texture because my dad was a baker of donuts for 40 years so I am always on the hunt to look for almost as good as donuts as he made maybe even better but today's visit. Once again, one of the best donut shops west of the Mississippi!! Found out they have new owners and are using the same recipes, so the donuts are still AMAZING!!! No idea about the service as I walked in 20 minutes before closing so NO one was in here. The assistance was a great help and swayed me to try a new donut they are making, the "strawberry shortcake". Hit the bullseye, the flavor reminds me of one of my favorite frozen treats of all time!! That said, my taste, I'll stick with my ice cream bars, but it was a 5 star donut. NEW OWNERS, Yay!!! For years we had trouble with this location and its customer service and reliability. I tried over and over again, hoping they'd get better and it just never seemed to happen. BUT, it was just purchased by new owners and every interaction I've had with them so far has been fantastic. They reached out to makeup for mistakes that weren't their own and went above and beyond to do so. Effort and accountability goes a long, long way. They are in the process of retraining and hiring new staff and so I think it can only continue to go up from here. If you've had a bad experience in the past, give them another shot. If you've loved it, I have a feeling you'll continue to love it even more. read more

Also had a Thai milk tea bubble tea that was great. The tapioca pearls were the perfect texture. Also got a chocolate milk, which was quite pricey and my boyfriend didn't particularly care for. Okay - YUM! I ordered the Boston cream donut and it was so good. The custard inside was yummy! They have a lot of traditional flavors, and some unique as well. They also offer donut holes. Everything is displayed behind the display case at eye level, such an amazing concept. No awkwardly crouching down to see what's on the bottom row. This donut shop is consistently a disappointment. They are our local donut shop, but are almost always out of donuts. When they do have donuts, they almost never have chocolate donuts. What donut shop doesn't have an abundance of chocolate options?? It's almost everyone's favorite flavor, so to consistently be out of them is a major problem. This place is a neighborhood gem! Get there early on Saturday because they are busy. Their donuts are light, lightly crisp, and oh so delicious! I highly suggest going through the drive thru if you are just getting donuts and drinks it is way quicker. The sandwiches and boba take a little time. The apple fitters are light, crisp and the best ones I have had. We also got bagel sandwiches since they were out of kolaches and were good too. It's a gamble! Be warned! Donuts are great but service was awful! Do not trust them with orders or birthdays or anything that may be significant to you! Staff will not even apologize. I really want to like this place. Great product but don't count on them to fulfill an online order and if you go in and they're busy no one will even make eye contact with you for who knows how long and you'll stand there trying to get anyone's attention. Placed an order online at 8:30 to be ready by 9am but gave them until 10am and it was never made. A girl started to work on my order when I arrived, me and 6 other people stood there for over 20 minutes waiting while she worked on my order and two other women walked around doing other things. After 20 minutes she says she can't complete my order because she doesn't have the most important parts and the reason I came in. I am out of time at this point and need to leave and apologize for my rush to which she accepts my apology while never once, not even after saying she's out of what I ordered, apologized. I was waiting for something, anything as this was ridiculous but she didn't acknowledge my frustration in the slightest. When another customer was finally offered help the customer asked if I'd been helped yet since I'd been standing there a really long time and I said, "They forgot my order and are working on it.
