I used to visit this Baskin Robbin more frequently when I lived nearby, but now I at least visit this one once a year. I don't know why when I think of ice cream, this is not my go to place, but it should be. They have something for everyone and you can guarantee you'll find something you like. This Baskin Robbin has the same people working here for years from what I can see. It might be owned by a family. For the most part they are pretty friendly. They have their ups and downs on cleanliness and towards the end of the day the tables look sticky, so we just enjoy our treat in the car. Their ice cream cakes are always delicious, but it's a little on the pricey side. If you love freebies, then make sure you download the app so you can get your free ice cream reward on your birthday and get coupons. Parking is always available and there's never lines here. Went to Baskin and Robbin's yesterday 5/12/2026. Was not served by last server that gave me good service. Was female with braids. I requested a large cup. She had a small cup and then went to another cup not much larger. She assumed how much ice cream I was going to order. I requested a large cup again. I usually order 2 scoops with an upside down cone with caramel and fudge toppings. When I saw that she was not going to fill my order and how I requested it I left. I know mistakes happen sometimes but for how often it's happened to me it's just odd. The workers there are customer service friendly but I also get a vibe from them that they would prefer for customers to get ice cream and leave asap. I joined the BR Birthday Club a looooong time ago, and every year - in the days leading up to my birthday, BR will send me a 'free scope of ice cream' certificate to redeem at a local BR store. It's their way of saying thanks to their customers! Today, I used my certificate and got a scoop of Oreo ice cream. I'm addicted to their Original Cappuccino Blast! My favorite drink at Starbucks is the Iced White Chocolate Mocha and sometimes they just don't make it right. It can be too bitter or too sweet. But my Cappuccino Blast are always perfect. They always taste the same. This is the reason I keep coming back despite the high calories. It is pricey but I always finish the whole thing. I even wait for it to melt and then finish it haha. Yeah I'm a fatty but it's that good. I took off a star for this location because I feel like they are under staffed. There are always these two girl working the counter. They are fast and get orders out quick even when they are busy. But while they are working inside it gets pretty messy outside. The tables stay dirty from previous customers. I don't drink my blast there so it doesn't bother me. When you're standing in line, there is really nothing else to do but look around. She picked up the cup and looked at it and responded 'it looks like a small mosquito' as she shrugged her shoulders as if a fly in my ice cream was no big deal.
