First time here, and was craving a late night treat. Service was great, it was late and the flow was light. The ambiance is casual. The store was decorated for Halloween, which made it a fun vibe. After looking over the menu, I opted for something without chocolate. If you're a fan of chocolate, they have a lot of options for you, with peanut butter also. In my opinion, Creamistry offers several non-traditional flavors and combinations. Great for the explorer. The serving I had was small, but enough to help with my waistline. SMH! This place is mid from the inside, doesn't have an outside patio very overhyped. The employees never offered help or directed where to order just stood there looking at us clueless. We got "large" but was the size of a small in McDonalds cups, yet we payed $34 and some change for just the 2 items in the picture. Recently I tried the fruity pebbles mix in but it was way too many fruity pebbles for me that it tasted like I was just eating cereal so I don't think I would order that again but some people may like that! This is a fun place to come to. We got the Sea Salt Carmel Crunch which has sea salt Carmel ice cream, waffle pieces, Carmel, and whip cream. It was good but not great. The ice cream had a bit of an artificial taste and there wasn't many waffle pieces and considering it has very little mix-ins to start with. Plus one large is nearly $12. That's quite pricey for such a small cup. I think it's more about the gimmick of using nitrogen. That impressed my daughter. It was decent but I now remember why I don't come back much. read more

The general manager Adam called me back today to confirm the orders were not made with the requested bases and spoke with his staff to be careful reading the orders. He empathized he has family that are also lactose intolerant. Offered to remake our order since we couldn't properly enjoy ours. Our family true does enjoy creamistry and won't allow one bad visit to ruin future visits. Previous experience : Lack of accountability. I had family visit from out of town. As a treat we decided to come here since they offer "dairy free" products. 3 out of the 4 of us are lactose intolerant. So we ordered 2 with cashew base & 1 with coconut base. DAIRY FREE BASES THEY OFFER. Long story short within 10 minutes of consumption,my lactose family members started experiencing symptoms from consuming dairy. We confirmed the EXTRA charge for the dairy free items and called the store since indeed NONE of the orders were used with the requested bases. Instead of taking accountability and offering a partial refund or even store credit. The "manager" that the other staff member put on the phone denied that it came from their business. Since there is "no guarantee" and compared it to a peanut allergy. Considering my family has been to creamistry before at other locations, we KNOW what the cashew & coconut base DAIRY FREE products taste like(hence why we ordered it that way). Get ice cream from here very Often, sometimes it isn't the best compared to other times, however still manageable and I get it happens depending on who made it, which is why I still get it. I placed a delivery order online since I'm unable to drive at the moment and once I received it, I thought the presentation was unacceptable. I always get the captain crunch breakfast so I'm familiar with how it should be prepared. Tonight however I received one of my two cups half empty. They Both were made without Nutella (this order includes Nutella and happens to be my fav part) . They also were both melted which isn't as big as a deal but it was more so you can tell whoever made this order either didn't care or purposely did it as I don't see how u send out an order looking like that. read more

I uploaded a picture of a new "experimental" flavor called TARO DREAMS. I found that the fruity pebbles definitely overpowered the overall taro taste.
