In fact, hardly anyone was seated inside the restaurant, and it did not seem like a festive Mexican holiday at all. The Tuesday Night Menu was very limited, but I selected very tasty and smooth Stone Guacamole not prepared tableside but including tomatoes, White Onion, and jalapenos, to go with house-prepared salsa and spiced up Tortilla Chips. By request Diane received a complimentary basket of non-spicy Tortilla Chips, as well as a Kids Cheese Quesadilla. Somehow this filled her up. I, on the other hand, ordered a Southwest Beef Burrito with added beans inside, and Roja Sauce and Queso on top. The burro was large, but I finished it, along with more beans, and included rice. Everything tasted good and washed down well with Diet Pepsi.
