While on our yearly vacation, we had to make a stop at Dutch Bros for our drink fix on a Friday night. As we were walking towards the window, a young man in the drive thru line greeted us with, "Give me a second, I'll be right with you." At first, I didn't think much of it, but it quickly became clear why he asked us to give him a few.. This location only had two employees working on a very busy night. The young woman was handling the drive-thru window, while the young man was taking drive-thru orders, helping customers at the walk-up window, and keeping everything moving. They were doing the work of an entire team, all while staying friendly and professional. Yes, there was a bit of a wait for our eight drinks, but once we saw the situation, we completely understood and didn't mind at all. Despite being short-staffed, our drinks were made perfectly and tasted great. Before we left, we wished the young man good luck because they were truly working hard. I've never seen a Dutch Bros in CA operating with only two employees during such a busy time. Kudos to both of them for keeping such a positive attitude and providing great service despite the circumstances! read more

So many drinks not enough days to try em all. Always a great experience for the drinks. I am up to around 50 flavors now. Service is what meets demand. There's really not much to hang around at like a coffee shop, it's made for you to order grab and go. The ambiance is always sunny and hot. read more

This location has THE WORST online ordering service I've ever experienced. Not just once, but multiple times have I waited over 10 mins to pick up an online order that was placed 15+ min prior. Mostly due to the employees prioritizing other customers/friends over online pick ups. Most of the staff won't even acknowledge you until they are ready. The staff needs immediate re training. If this wasn't the only location in town I would never come here. Bottom line, if I order something online, a head of time, I expect it to be ready when I arrive and to be able to pick it up without waiting 5 mins to be acknowledged at the window. That's the whole point of ordering online. Fix this issue please Dutch bros. This is consistently happening at this location. read more

Had to stop before heading home was on a nice vacation in Arizona. I went up to the walk up window to order because I still don't know the menu too well a young gentleman helped me. Our experience at this dutch bros was amazing. Our server named Jace or Jake was the toughest man out there. Gave us the best service and was chill. We visit Dutch Brothers in other locations on a regular basis. The lines are often long but you get your order in a timely manner. This location had terrible service we waited for a single drink for 22 minutes. Drinks are great if you can get one. read more

This place has THE BEST SERVICE EVER! Every single employee has a smile and is friendly I have never been pressured into tipping in fact it's been the opposite which makes me want to tip them. With service like theirs if you can afford a six dollar coffee you can afford a dollar tip. These girls run their ass off as well as the one or two guys I have seen work there. every employee in this place deserves a raise and the manager as well. It was first time at this location and only my second time ever at a Dutch bros. I am not a local and was overwhelmed by the menu. There was not a long line behind me but an employee walks up to us to take our order. I was unsure of what I wanted and she made me feel uncomfortable by sighing in my face as I made up my mind. I also don't like that they turn the tablet to ask for a tip the whole transaction was very awkward. I didn't feel inclined to tip as she was not helpful and very condescending in her demeanor. Employees need to realize they are in a tourist city with lots of people who will be enjoying this establishments offering for the first time. The drink was okay, it was on the sweeter side. So Dutch Bros Coffee is a chain of drive-thru coffee stops from Oregon. Didn't know that...and I didn't know what kick a** coffee they served either. We walked up to the window since we needed to stretch our legs after our car trip. The cute gal was welcoming and informative (and extremely patient since we didn't know what we wanted exactly). The coffee is a private reserve of a 3 bean blend and water, then other things are added to the regular coffee-that's when it gets really interesting! I split a hot Peppermint Bliss & Hazelnut Truffle Mocha (also hot). Wow! Surprise! They were both better than anything I've ever gotten from Starbuck$! Tried this coffee for the first time during a COVID lockdown road trip in August 2020 through the beautiful state of Oregon. This is best coffee hands down and while we were so sad to leave Oregon knowing California didn't have any Dutch Bros to our surprise several have started to pop up in SoCal in the past couple of years. I really wanted to like Dutch. I have seen and saved so many videos but did not like any of the 5 drinks I ordered. Vanilla iced latte, no flavor at all. Golden eagle with strawberry soft top. The coffee was plain and no coffee or sweetness flavor. Soft top tastes artificial. Chai tea was watery and strawberry soft top was too sweet and artificial tasting. Caramelizar and iced mocha was the same. No flavor. Will not be returning. read more

Such friendly staff and great service every time we go to this location .... Today (6/26/2023) around noon we pulled through the drive through and were greeted by a nice girl named Marine... just wanted give a shout out to her for being helpful , patient and friendly to our group . I'm sure being out in the sun and heat working isn't comfortable by any means, but she still had a positive attitude and smile on her face :) We will be back to this location every time we come back from California to visit . I just love DB. Just moved to the area and was stoked to find one here!!! Service is always excellent. The staff is outgoing and friendly. I love their flavors, and some are even available as Sugar Free. Definitely go on the 1st of each month to collect a new sticker, if you are into that. Which I totally am. read more

Love love the coffee here ! We live in Ca but visit our river house in bullhead often. I tried this for the first time 2 weeks ago and fell in love. My fave so far is the golden eagle with cream! Yum! Prices similar to cider competitors but coffee tastes much better! Can't wait to try the smoothies and lemonades. The staff is very very nice . The young man at the drive they was helpful in my decision making and the girls at the window were very friendly . Will definitely go every time I'm in town. read more

It's not a Starbucks - enough said!! Seriously though, I'm so over them (SB) so I was glad to find this gem while in Bullhead for a softball tourney.
