What a mess.....we've have been here probably 6 times, drive through and each time, it's a disaster. They come on speaker and greet you, only to disappear and you have to drive around to the window to get anyone's attention. This last time we were told the head set got turned off "somehow"....well, you greeted us, how about checking to see if we were still there!!!! The employees seem to have to handle several areas in the store and there is not enough help and they are just lazy, and dont care etc. It will go under like several other places very soon I predict. These employees want to make price gouge you and then steal your money. They overcharged me for a substitution without first telling me that they would punish me this way for being allergic to one of their ingredients. Then when I asked for a refund they refused to provide a receipt or other proof and instead tried to re-charge me for the other item in the order. When I asked for the number for corporate they refused to give it to me "because of scams" which is the most ridiculously stupid excuse I've ever heard when I can just google it. I've been to this location several times over the last year. I cannot think of a single time I have gone here and there not be an issue. Let's start with tonight. I attempt to get a blizzard for my wife and I just to be told that they are out of vanilla ice cream and my order can only be made with chocolate ice cream. Are you kidding me? You're out of vanilla ice cream? Previous times they were only able to make "snack" size blizzards. There has yet to be a time where there is not a sign on their intercom stating that they are out of one thing or another. I have no idea how this place stays in business and how they can continue to use the "supply shortage" as an excuse. The owner of this franchise clearly doesn't mind seeing this place ran into the ground. I won't be going here again and I suggest you don't as well. read more

I've grown up on DQ in south Texas! I have always had a good experience. I even just stopped at DQ on my way to Phoenix. The Bullhead City location leaves a lot to be desired. Ordered a blizzard and the peanuts used were horrible. Ever eaten spoiled peanuts? Only takes once. Never again. read more

This is a follow up to my original review....I'm trying to understand where these negative reviews are coming from. Each time my family and I have come to this DQ, the food and treats have been exactly what we expected! The service has been great, the employees have been friendly and we will definitely be returning! Is there a wait??? Yes, however with only a few employees working and long lines (because it's that good!)....it's to be expected. The employees are definitely working as fast as they can. :) practice a little patience and you'll have a pleasant experience with your yummy treat! :) To top it off on our last visit, we dined inside and we were surprised to see a table memorizing the 13 fallen U.S. service members who lost their lives in Afghanistan in 2021. The reverence shown by DQ is an example for all businesses to strive for. read more

Worst service ever at a Dairy Queen and I've been going to DQs over 35 years. I was the only customer in the place and it took over 15 min. to place 2 simple orders. I ordered a small chocolate dipped cone and a small mixed dipped cone. That took another 10 minutes. They got the mixed dipped cone right but was given a vanilla dipped cone. When I said I asked for the chocolate, the manager and I'm sure she was got mad, turned around and yelled this is going in the trash. She did the chocolate alright but made the cone very small. There were visual samples to show what the cones looked like the cone I received was quite a bit smaller. I took the cone because I was done waiting so long.
