I had such a wonderful experience with Baskin-Robbins! This was the second time I needed an ice cream cake on short notice. Their online system requires 48 hours notice, but when I called, the manager was incredibly helpful and processed my order for the very next day. I also had a few special requests, and the cake decorator actually called me personally to make sure she understood exactly what I wanted. She even suggested some decorating options I didn't know were available, which made the cake even more special. She was so kind and thoughtful, and the final cake turned out beautiful with an extra-special birthday touch that meant so much to us. The manager, cake maker, and entire staff provided amazing customer service and were genuinely friendly and caring. They really got me out of a pinch, and I'm so grateful. We were passing through on a hot weekday & stopped in for a treat. This location is a Togo's combo. The restaurant is bright & roomy with several tables. Music was too loud for us & required elevating our voices to converse. The young man who helped us provided satisfactory service. After a couple of samples, we got a scoop of Wild 'n Reckless & a Mocha Blast, which were yummy. My daughter,Elizabeth, loves Baskin Robbin's Ice cream cakes. Went online to order one, and it was going to take 2 days. I should have expected that, but it was too long to wait. I called, spoke to a young woman, who was helpful and promised to provide exactly what we needed. I simply wanted to see what was available. Great service and attitude Wow! We have ordered and picked up many different ice cream cakes in the past for our granddaughters but last week, having an impromptu visit, early birthday celebration caused a last minute run to the store and sure enough, I was able to pick up a unique ice cream birthday dessert! This time it was the new "Polar Pizza Ice Cream Treat," which had a chocolate chip cookie with vanilla ice cream topped with confetti sprinkles and dollops of cookies and cream. Popped into here as I'd recently signed up to receive B&R coupons VIA text and was told that I was eligible for a free "regular scoop". I didn't have any hassle with redeeming it, the kid working at the time was very knowledgeable about how the text message coupons worked. I selected the Reeses Peanut Butter cup ice cream. It was what I'd expected, nothing extraordinary- it was ice cream. I noticed a sign on the door that on Tuesday's they only charge $1.50 a scoop, but even for that price and the "regular scoop" I received would not be worth it for me to pay that much for. I like Baskin Robbins- BUT this experience has to be said. So I go in and ask for two scoops of chocolate ice cream and I spy the chocolate dipped sugar cones. What the hey I am already knee deep in the calories so I ask for this specimen to be included on top of the scoops in my trough of ice cream, right? The very nice slightly ruddy young man with very dry and cracked cuticles politely takes the cone with his bare fingers which were curiously red almost as if he had psoriasis and mushes it into the ice cream as to make certain it stayed snuggled nicely for me. What the problem is??? you ask? hmm I just couldn't get over the fact that he had just handled money and the cash register right before helping me. So I asked please may I have another cone as I am ( I really said this) kinda nutty about hands touching my food, but don't worry I told him I am not a shopper. This Ruddy Fellow went a little crimson on me and got another cone with the cone protector that are meant to handle them and says to me " you know we sanitize our hands all day". I retorted back really not willingly to be apologetic about it any further " not before you got my cone I watched you come straight from the register". As I'm walking back to my car the paper wrapped around the cone falls off and I discover bottom of the cone is completely broken off and there's a huge hole just waiting for my ice cream to melt through. We ended up paying more than the full price. The gory details? 2 (3 scoop cones) cost $9.58 full cost. We were charged 4.79 for one triple, then 2.00 for an extra scoop, then 2 single scoops for 5.18, with a discount of 1.60. total $10.37, The employees are nice, and keep their hands clean, unlike the other reviews here so far. Customer service is the reason for 3 stars... Ice cream is a weakness and we love Basking Robbins. On this trip, the employee mopped the floor while the shake was blending. It's good to see the young people of today multi-tasking. However, common sense is still an issue. They were not close to closing, it wasn't because of a spill either (he was mopping the entire kitchen area), and he didn't wash his hands when he returned to assemble the milkshake. read more

This baskin robins was really awesome to me. I got a shake from another location and I felt like it was made wrong which it was. I asked that location if this was correct and said it was. I was headed in the direction to this location and just wanted to ask if it was made incorrectly just make sure I wasnt crazy. They were so sweet to make another one for me.
