When a Rachel sundae costs $14.99, skimping on the toppings that are supposed to come with it is incredibly disappointing. For premium prices, customers expect premium consistency. Please stop shortchanging your takeout orders and do better.

When this place first open (recently couple months ago) at first was super excited and kept mentioning how I wished they did well just because what they offer and they were so close to where I live and usually I have take a drive versus walking. First few times that I went were ok nothing unique to stand out from the rest, one time they for got something on my order human mistake no big deal. Well tonight once I stop by with my best friend who ALWAYS goes there because he lives walking distance it was not a good experience. We go to order and as we are ordering the lady (which I think is the owner) tells us "we close in 8 min" I then did not want to get nothing my best friend still ordered. As we are getting ready to leave which is at 9pm exactly she comes up and says "we are closed already" like hurry up. Both my friend and I are business owners. My days start at 5am and don't end till 8pm and no matter how long my days are I will never let a customer feel unwelcome. I really hope the owner changes her attitude hopefully this review will help her. As for now I will take my business elsewhere. Watt Avenue isn't that far away. read more
