I just put 5 stars to make sure someone read this : Terrible customer service. Today 12/21/25 at 6:58 p.m. we visited this location. There were two young men working the drive-thru and a young woman attending the lobby. The lady was assisting two customers and was busy with them for 20 minutes or more (at one point she did say, "I will help you guys"). After us, another customer arrived while we were patiently waiting for more than 20 minutes. One of the young men, who had clearly seen us waiting there for over 20 minutes (we even sat down), decided to help the other customer instead--without even saying "who's next" or anything like that. When, irritated, we asked who was going to help us, he responded, "It's because there are only three of us." We simply walked away. I hope someone from management takes action. There are two young employees there who are not following proper food service processes, number one. They are not friendly, no one smiles, and every time they saw a customer, their attitude made it seem like customers were an inconvenience to them. These young employees need to be retrained in quality service and definitely in customer service. I am a customer who drove from Spring Lake, even though there is a Baskin-Robbins closer to me, with the difference being that they don't carry my favorite ice cream. After today, I believe it is a waste of my time to continue supporting a place that does not care about its customers. read more

It was first time here and My boyfriend got a chocolate shake and wanted it made with chocolate ice cream. Lady who made it gave attitude and then it was like chocolate milk. I got a coffee drink with caramel. The caramel was all over the cup on the outside. It was like milk as well and was supposed to be a frozen drink. He asked it to be remade. I really hate giving less than a stellar review to Baskin-Robbins, especially having served my share of ice cream at a Baskin-Robbins store all through my high school years. Employees at this restaurant seemed to have no interest in serving me. When I ordered a hot fudge sundae with a scoop of Jamoca Almond Fudge and a scoop of Nutty Coconut, I was told they did not have those flavors, when in fact I was standing in front of both. When I pointed it out the very young lady -- 15-ish maybe -- picked up a scooper and dug into the Rocky Road. "Pardon me," I said. "That's Rocky Road. I'd like Jamoca Almond Fudge, please." With one scoop in the cup, the youngster then went for the tub of Chocolate Fudge. "Pardon me," I said again. "I'd like a scoop of Nutty Coconut." I got only a blank stare back. "Nutty Coconut?" I asked. "It's over here." "Oh," she said. "And what topping would you like?" (On a hot fudge sundae?) "Hot fudge, please," I said, half wondering if the words coming out of my mouth were in a foreign language. Granted, I am from South Carolina and I was in North Carolina, still my northern kin have never had an issue with the way I speak in the past. "Almond fudge?" she said. "No," I said, probably in voice beginning to sound rude. "Hot, fudge. Not almond fudge, hot fudge, it's right there in the canister next to the butterscotch and marshmallow toppings." "Oh," she said. I'm guessing, hoping actually, that this young lady was still in training. I don't think she was, but I hope she was; none of the other three employees seemed to be helping her out, which again, makes me wonder if anyone employed at this store cared at all about helping customers or their fellow employee. Absolutely terrible service! Nothing but immature and lazy employees run this location. When simply asked if they could make waffle cones and that we didn't mind waiting, the employee gave a side eye to his fellow employee and asked "can we make them?". She replied to him with an eye roll and said "no we're not doing that". We then proceeded with getting our ice cream and he was nothing but rude and disrespectful. He made it seem as if we were inconveniencing him over two scoops of ice cream. It was absolutely ridiculous and all the employees there were acting the same. This is not the first time we have had terrible service at this location nor will it probably be the last. However, this will be the last time we go to a Baskin Robbins. I love Baskin Robbins ice cream and am never disappointed with the selection of flavors! As soon as I walked in I could smell the delicious waffle cones being made--always tempts me to spring for one! Although this is an ice cream shop, they have a lot to offer. I've tried almost everything on their menu and love it all! They have delicious smoothies, cappuccino blasts and layered sundaes. I'm not a huge fan of cold stone, so Baskin Robbins is always my go to ice cream place in the area. Down side: They have a small parking lot and they can get busy quickly so I've had to wait a bit. They do have a drive thru for those who really want it to be a fast food experience. For those who've been in the area for awhile (when there were 3 locations under different management): They don't have 31 cent scoop night or dollar night anymore but they have family night on Tuesdays where scoops are at a discounted rate. This was my 3rd time at this baskin robins location. Service is a hit or miss, however the parking lot/drive-thru is the 1 Star. The drive-thru is small and narrow, its extremely hard to turn our vehicle in order to get to the window. I have to reverse my vehicle and pull forward every time just to get close to the window. I'm always worried I'm going to hit the curb or something else with how small/narrow the drive is. Please fix the parking lot and drive-thru. read more

Came here numerous times over the past few years and always had good service but not the case on my last visit. I usually go thru the drive thru and the ordering process is usually quick and courteous however last time it felt as if it was a bother for me to be there. I will go back at least once more in the hopes that this was a freak episode but should this be the new norm, despite my love for their ice cream I will go somewhere else. They definitely have seen better days at this location and I hope they can get back to them. I do not for the life of me understand how people can stand there and watch the employees dig into the ice cream with no gloves on while their nasty nails are going Down into the ice cream, the ice cream they will dip for the next person who orders the same flavor. You can order two-pint of prepackaged ice cream for ten dollars unless, of course, the person who takes your order is not in the mood to run to the back and get the flavor you want. But, they will offer to scoop it for you. The same two-pint size will cost you an extra eight dollars because the chick with nasty nails and no gloves has to scoop it for you. Well, that beats all. Lol yeah, not me !! That needs to change for the safety of everyone. I don't remember it being this way before or the employees being so rude. I went by drive tru and did not receive what I asked for, I had to park and get off so that they could give me what I ordered, which the manager attended to me, but while she was training new people, she was placing my order and leaving others incomplete (to which it is good to give training) but some employees, doing nothing but it was a real disaster, a total disorder, they have no organization, some employees leaving others entering one screaming anyway, total disappointment. read more

This is nice place to get ice cream. I got me a sexy peanut butter chocolate ice cream on a waffle cone. As a chocolate lover it was so delicious that I did my happy dance. Beware of hidden costs.  I buy cakes from here all the time and never have anything written on them. I recently bought a cake for my mom's birthday and had happy birthday written on it. I got charged $4.50 extra just for that. The cake was already $36. Next time I will just go to Wal-Mart and get a cake and ice cream, and they also write on the cake for free. read more
