Sit down for a minute while i tell you the horrible story about my terrifyingly invasive and extremely rude experience at this Baskin Robins. So i, a normal highschooler, after a few long weeks at school, i'm you know, tired and.. I just want some good old ice cream from Baskin Robins to take the edge off. So I go to this Baskin Robins for 2 days straight after school, and i get some normal ice cream both times, i pay, i eat, i leave. No problems, very simple. Now I go there again on the third day.. and oh the horror... the agonizing experience I had.. left be traumatized. I walk in this store after taking a 15 minute walk from school, and ya know.. a guy had to use the bathroom. So as soon as i enter the store, the lady, the SAME lady mind you who has been her for the past 2 days i've come. In behind the counter and as i walk in she yells for me to give her a minute. So I walk up to the bathroom door and turn to her and ask if this is the bathroom. She rushes over with a key and realizes that it's unlocked, practically confirming that it is indeed the bathroom. So i enter the bathroom.. i do my duties. and as im in the midst of relieving myself.. I hear very loud and aggressive knocks on the door, so i yell out that im in here. a minute maybe goes by and the same knocks happen, again very loud and aggressive so i once again reiterate that i'm in here, BUT THEN IT HAPPENS... THE SCENE THAT LEFT ME TRAUMATIZED OCCURS.... Someone.. OPENS THE DOOR!!! To the bathroom that i'm in.. I JUMP off of the toilet.. DOOKIE dripping down my legs! and SLAM the door shut... i then return to my throne upon this smelly castle. and then.. a few minutes go by and AGAIN THE SAME THING HAPPENS. Aggressive knocks and the someone OPEN THE DOOR AGAIN. And once again i have to jump up and SLAM the door closed. But this time... I hear someone yell.. "I'm gonna call security!!" And I'm appalled so i finish up in the restroom and go outside. At this point i'm severely offended and violated. So I look around for about a minute straight and call out "Hello?" because there's not a soul to be seen. Then the SAME worker lady who's served me for the last 2 days, and who showed me the bathroom!!!!!!! Comes around the corner and looks at me and goes... "Oh I thought you were a homeless." This woman thought I was homeless so she opened the door on me TWICE after already having LET ME INNN. SHE KNEW I WAS IN THERE. She didn't even apologize fire her immediately. read more

After the gym and Costco what better way to spoil..I mean reward your workout than with Baskin Robbins! This Century Blvd. location is tucked into a shopping center between Starbucks and wingstop. It's been a while so I had to scan the menu and I decided on the Warm Brownie Sundae with cookies and cream & Moms making cookies ice cream. I topped it with hot fudge and m&ms. The staff were very nice and quick about getting me my order. Due to the rain the foot traffic was minimal but I'm sure due to the location this spot is booming on a sunny day. (a division of Dunkin' Brands) has a corporate cleaning edict and they follow it closely so no worries . Generally friendly and helpful wait staff . I have always admired people who work in an eatery that includes many choices but they have the patience to allow a customer to make up their mind. I knew I wanted something that resembled a lemon pie but I just couldn't put the flavors together. Aileen suggested having my lemon curd flavor with some pound cake. That sounded so good. I love the flavors at Baskin Robbins and the different ideas they have came up with to help you enjoy your ice cream even more. Why are Baskin Robbins stores so small? Too many people and it feels impossible to move without bumping someone.

Ordered a cake last minute for my daughters birthday and I was extremely pleased at how easily ordering it was. I called one day in advance and was able to order it with no problem. I asked if the colors of the cake could be changed to purple as the picture online comes in blue and white, and they had no problem catering to my needs. The cake was ready at the time I had let them know I'd be coming in, and the lady at the register gave me instructions for keeping the cake properly refrigerated and even offered to hold it there at the store for me until I was ready to pick it up. (Our event was later in the evening and I didn't have much space in my freezer). The cake didn't disappoint, it was really cute and it tasted delicious. It was a little on the pricier end, but it was exactly what I was looking for so it was worth it. I will be back in he near future, and not just for cake! read more

I brought my son and my nephew for an ice cream treat after work. I was fascinated by level of friendliness delivered from Josesito and the other young man who was working there at the moment. When we arrived they both greeted us and they BOTH helped us out. When I usually go to a Baskin Robbins only one associates helps while the other waits for another customer.
