Yogurtland is one of my favorite dessert places. I used to take the bus with my friends when there was only the Hollywood Sunset location. My favorite flavor is Taro which I never find nowadays but second favorite flavor is the Plain Tart. They send coupons in the mail sometimes so I had a Buy One Get One Free this time which is great. The service is always fast and kind. I also love that they have a rewards program and you just scan your code each time and get points. The ambience is nice and chill. This comes as constructive criticism. As someone that owns my own business, along with being a Regional Manager for a fast casual restaurant in SoCal, your evening employees need some coaching. I came in, an hour before close with my spouse. We bought a yogurt, tipped, and had plans to sit, use the restroom and wait for our Uber. The dining room was closed for seating an hour before close. Along with the "bathroom is out of order". When questioned about the restroom being out of order, they said "the sink is having issues". It's very clear, the employees wanted to do pre-close tasks and get out. When 50,000 people are about to get out of a venue, they should be welcoming the business, not turning it off. read more

This YL is kind of nasty. We usually go to the one in Ladera, but was near Inglewood so decided to stop by. Upon walking in, the place was full of flies (I know that it's because of the door opening all day), but do something about this because they are heading directly over to the toppings...which are right near the door. The main reason for stopping here was for one of those new fruit bowls that they advertise. This location does not offer them. When I asked about it, the employee looked extremely confused. Since we were there, my daughter wanted to at least try the cotton candy flavor...NO sample cups. A sign on the register said "NO REWARDS CARDS BEING HONORED". I was contemplating ordering from door dash. But since I live literally 5 min away I decided to drive there instead. Also called three times to ask what flavors so I knew beforehand & No answer either!!! Website says 9pm is closing time... so I decided I would drive to Avoid the fees and what not, to come and arrive at the same time as another customer with her daughter. And we both realized that the workers had closed up an HOUR early. Music blasting explicit things, and no workers in sight. With a mess. Horrible customer service. Walked in 20 min before closing, "20 minutes". There were about 5 customers in the store before us and more kept coming in after us. I tried to get the Plain Tart Yogurt, Chocolate, Pistacho and nothing came out. I asked the kids who were working the register and they said, oh Im sorry. Since were closing soon we can fill it back up. My 2 brothers, their kids and I walked out and so did other families. I have been coming to this Yogurtland for about 9 years . I went yesterday 7/13/21 around 6pm with my daughter and husband . I was so disappointed. They only had 5 flavors but one was out of yogurt so that's 4 . The rest were all not working . So we got what they had . Then when we got to the condiments section all the fruit was out and soggy with fruit flies. I told the worker and he said he was sorry that they were out of fruit and yogurt . We left with what we had . I'm sure it wasn't the workers fault but the company should restock more often. read more

I agree with some others, this location is lacking. When I went some of the flavors were low or completely out. There was no fruit water and the fruit toppings were also low or out. This was the first time I only chose two toppings at Yogurtland. One was cherries and the other was blueberries, both were low, the cherries I had to share the last few with my BF and the blueberries looked bad but I picked out a few that looked edible. Another scorching hot day in LA so my son and I decided to stop by to try and cool down. Everything was nice and clean. From the furniture, to the frozen yogurt area, to the topping station. All of the frozen yogurts were full. And I like that they kept the sample cups out near the register. My favorite flavor is the pistachio. And now they have pumpkin whip as well! Yum! Initially, I was discouraged by the poor customer service as I was denied access to samples to taste the two vegan options offered at this location. It's funny I decided to visit this establishment because of my dietary concerns. However, they failed to provide me with a sample cup or a spoon when I asked for a sample option. While I didn't mind, the body and facial expressions of the young lady behind the counter were so off-putting as if I had plans of trying every flavor and leaving without purchasing anything. While I couldn't read her mind, her nonverbal language was interesting. Since I have choices about who and where I spend my money, I decided to leave. I drove a few doors down to Baskin Robbins where I was well received, allowed to taste my sherbet, and walked out with my two scoops in a cup and 2 sugar cones in a bag. Why do you have a tip box? Customers serve themselves and you get paid to run the register. Just wondering since I had to ask for a lid and bag and never once did the person at the register or any employee say a word to any of the customers not to mention three machines were out and they weren't refilling them. They had very few flavors to choose from and as I got up to the front, the cashier was very rude and huffing and puffing, and usually they would offer me a lid, spoon and bag with my yogurt, but we had to ask him and his overall attitude seemed very rude. As soon as we were leaving, he offered the next guest a lid, spoon, and bag and it just seemed unfair overall. On my receipt it says genesisj16 was the server but im not sure if that's the name of the cashier but I will say that the description of him was with glasses and somewhat curly hair. I went today, they provide hand sanitizer and gloves when you walk in. There's a lot of machines that don't work but the cookies one does and that's all that matters to me! I ordered through Door Dash at 5:20pm. I live only. 5 miles away. Over an hour later, I was told that they were out of my flavor, so I was told I could have strawberry. Nothing came. At 7 :15pm, I ordered Mango coconut. The delivery time kept getting later. At 8 :50pm I called Yogurtland, only to be told that machines were broken. At 9pm I received a message letting me know they were closed, therefore my order was canceled. So I waited 3 hours and 40 minutes , only to receive nothing. Went to this Yogurtland yesterday around 1pm. As soon as we walked in, the employee greeted us and asked us to please use the gloves provided. She instructed us to wait a bit for the other customers to finish to continue on with social distancing. This yogurtland is taking the adequate steps to provide safety, social distancing and good customer service. As usual, the machines were cleaned and al the toppings were stocked up. If you really like/ love yogurtland, stay away from the Inglewood store address 3561 w. Century bl. I didn't quite get where my sister was coming from with all the criticism she had about the facility, how they were out of a lot of toppings in middle of the day. The lack of toppings to choose from, one size cup for for soft serve. In other stores you had more of what's expected. Its sad, in order to get better, you have to drive out to other cities. So I will end this with, if you don't care about quality, just want something quick cold, no variety of your favorite toppings. This yogurtland is your place! I just went there this last night 2/28/2020. I must say that your store was dirty. The two dudes behind the counter were doing nothing but talking. One of the blackberries was fuzzy, like mildew or mold. the floor wasn't swept, dispensers were dirty with melted yogurt filling them...it was bad all the way around. The vanilla was over churned. I told my brother he should have just gone to the one in Ladera...but this one was closer. I've been here before, but this time it was a mess. I don't like the fact that stores in our area always seem to be run down...No pride for the store from it's employees. Instead of standing around talking they should have been whipping down the table, tucking in chairs, restocking the bowels. This will be my last visit, if I want a yogurt that bad I'll just travel 9 miles west to Ladera...and this one is within biking distance from my house...This is just sad...very sad read more
