This location is in a strip mall with plenty of parking. The interior was very clean and the employees all had on masks. The lady packing the ice cream didn't have on gloves, but I watched to make sure her hands didn't touch the ice cream. So I've been on the hunt for really good butter pecan ice cream. I've tried several local ice cream shops and grocery stores, but nothing tasted like what I remembered from my childhood. Finally, I thought about Baskin Robbins and decided to give it a try. This is it...the best butter pecan ice cream ever! I got a pint of butter pecan and a pint of creole cream cheese ice cream. I was shocked to see the creole cream cheese because I was planning to get some from the Creole Creamery. I'm glad I gave Baskin Robbins a chance because it was sooo good! Awful! Young girl behind counter was rude yelled at me to put my mask on of which I was in the process of putting it on. Then the older gentleman was right there and I said are you the manager, he said yes. I asked him if he allows her to bark at the customers? He stated they were stressed out because of Covid. I'll never go back. First off, I walked in with my wife and son and was asked to turn around and wait outside because they "were at max capacity" since there was already 4 people in the store and we would have made 7. Annoying but understandable. After standing outside while it was raining, we got to go in after everyone else left. Then the girl behind the counter told me that my son needed a mask. Still, annoying but somewhat understandable. My wife tried to inform her that my son was only 3 years old. This is where I got pissed. This smartass bitch gave us an attitude and started saying "Per the Baskin Robins policy......" like she was quoting the Declaration of Independence. We go here when we need our ice cream fix. On our last visit 08.19.2019 the place was so nasty I wanted to leave. Smeared ice cream was on the floor, and the tables were sticky. It was a Monday and not busy at all. Definitely no reason one of the 2 young ladies there couldn't have been cleaning. My husband insisted we go ahead and get ice cream so we did. The vanilla was freezer burned and the cone was stale. Not the baskin Robbins that I grew up with.

The airconditioning in this Baskin-Robbins is exceptionally high. I came by with friends and, though warm out, the weather definitely did not warrant a 50 degree temperature. It seems like Baskin Robbins is trying to keep up with local New Orleans ice creameries. They have a Creole Cream Cheese flavor as well as many others I've never seen before at locations elsewhere. Yet is it just me or does the ice cream just taste.... stale? It's not even that it was that icy, but while eating my Jamoca cake cone, I had the feeling that this ice cream was made miles away by a machine, then boxed, re-frozen, and shipped. If anything, it's watery ice cream, in some ways less appetizing than from a tub in my freezer. If someone else is buying, I'm not necessarily complaining; if left to my own devices, I'd hike elsewhere and sample a better tasting and product. They do fundraisers with local schools and charities; while eating, I noticed they were teaming up with the fire department to raise money and were also hosting a blood mobile location. They also participate in Tuesday (I think) night $1 scoops. I figure it something is going on here, it's as good a reason as any to eat ice cream, but only if you're already in the neighborhood. read more

This store does not comply with ADA disability laws in any way. They refused to serve me because I have a service dog. On top of that they were incredibly rude. I have been to many other Baskin-Robins locations that happily serve me as well as ask if my service dog needs anything, however this location told us to leave even tho they legally are required by ADA laws to accommodate all disabilities. I will not return to this location. It's heart when the care of others is not put first. read more

Took my toddler to get a scoop today to soothe his sore throat. Sat in there for a few minutes eating our treats when the manager/owner came from the back and started barking orders at the two young girls working there. He was being so rude to them for no reason. The worst customer service ever. I buy an icecream cake for a birthday, wait in line, as I was going to ask for them to put "Happy birthday" on the cake, the manager was training an employee on how to ring the cake up. I didn't want to interrupt, so I let her finish, pay and walk to the door. I'm not out the door for 6 seconds before i realize I forgot to get the "happy birthday" written on the cake. I go back in and ask for them to do just that when Geri, who is the manager, says she can't do that because I left the store and it's a " security" problem. She argues with me about policies for 30 seconds and then says she can do it, but first she tells me to "look at that security camera" because she might get in trouble for doing such. It took her a total of 4 seconds to do it. Baskin Robbins has been my favorite ice cream as long as I can remember. Anyone who buys a cake is celebrating something and should be asked if they would like their cake personalized, if they have such STRICT policies. I then call to leave my name and number for the general manager or owner and she rudely told me she can't take my number and call tomorrow. I work in customer service and wouldn't have a job if I treated customers that way. .. bottom line, she didn't want to spend the 4 seconds to write on the cake, and hide behind the "policy". Will never return, also only gave 1 star because 0 stars isn't an option. read more
