Though I'll give the guy props for doing his best to get that ice cream out (5 stars), I did have to deduct 4 stars because he gave up and scooped the ice cream pieces that accidentally popped out of the tub into my milkshake. Before he did it, I seen him look back to see if we're watching still (we were, even if we were sitting down and it didn't look like it from his POV). He turned back around and scooped the ice cream pieces that popped out of the tub and has been sitting on the counter melting into my shake!!! Worst customer service. Should have known with all the bad reviews previous. We preordered a cake for my baby birthday 2 weeks in advance. We go today to pick it up and they said they never received the order. I got the email confirmation and she basically said 'oh crap'. Lady's name is Deb. She was rude and basically said it wasn't her problem that they don't have the order, um.. yes it is because they had no problem charging my card when I ordered online and got the confirmation. Oh Deb Deb, it's story time. I am very disappointed with your service. I don't know how you or your store think this is acceptable. I ordered a cake for a specific date and made everything clear from the beginning. I called on July 3rd and was told by DEB the decorator would be in that day and the cake would be ready on time for July 7th. I sent emails that same day saying exactly what I wanted as we were discussing it over the phone and even attached photos showing how I wanted the image on the cake and confirmed the flavor was chocolate cake with mint chocolate chip ice cream. Not once did I say cookies and cream. Not once did I ask for anything different. But then the day of, I get told out of nowhere the cake won't be ready until 8pm because the decorator hadn't even started it and wasn't coming in until 7pm. That's already completely out of left field but nothing I could do. Then I get a call around 7 saying the cake is somehow ready. And when I pick it up? It looked like complete trash. It was sloppy, the picture was crooked (even though Deb will say it wasn't) and it was not even blown out the way I asked when I spoke with her on the phone and the edges were a disaster, and on top of it all, the flavor was completely wrong. I reached out on July 7 regarding this and never received a response so I followed up Deb Deb says that the email was never received and I had to provide proof. Deb looks into it and rather than owning up to the shitty job they did, she tried saying I changed the flavor last minute through email and should have called to confirm even though I had proof that from the beginning I was saying it was mint chocolate chip icecream and chocolate cake on July 3 and I told her over the phone the 3rd too. She will dispute this and say the order says otherwise, well not my problem if you guys put it incorrectly. That is your shop's mistake. What's even worse is when I tell you I'm going to dispute the charge since she's not willing to issue a refund, and I made it clear I'm leaving a review because this is unacceptable and her response is "that's your choice!!" Yeah, it is my choice because it's extremely unfair and unprofessional that I had to pay $50 for a shitty cake that looked nothing like what I asked for besides the photo itself which wasn't blown out how I asked. It looked like a kid slapped it together last second. I could've gone to Walmart and gotten something better for half the price. You gave me a cake that looked like garbage and tasted wrong, then tried to twist the story and blame me. You didn't care about my order, and clearly don't care about your customers either so I would not recommend this place whatsoever for cake. Also, the false advertisement joke for a half sheet they have is crazy work. I asked if they had my favorite, Chocolate Mousse Royal but they didn't. He instead gave me his recommendation of what was the closest to it. I'm a local in the area....I bring my girls here a lot, well at least a few times a month normally. I had already had reservations about coming back as a paying customer since I asked them about having a an Ice Cream party for some high school students that were graduating with honors.... even saying I'd pay for half if they could donate some gift cards to winners of the college acceptance campaign, only for them to say no....we are not a community based company. As long as this company has been in business I was really shocked at that. However I said to each its own, just because I donate to non profits in my area as a business owner does not mean others are open to it. Now I come in today for ice cream for the kids and i'm watching the scooper person literally weight the cup of ice cream on a scale. That is so ugly and a slap in the face for paying customers. I fell in love with the bear ice cream cake and had to order one for myself during the Valentine's Day season. The order was called in and ready in a couple of days because the bear is so large and needed to set. He was a very chilly bear and stayed frozen in my fridge for a day. The chocolate chip ice cream was a good combo with the chocolate cake and the fudgy exterior of the bear. After the initial serving, I portioned it off into chunks that I stored in the freezer. It took about a month to finish eating it all and it was a delicious treat! The cake decorator is so talented at this location and she did a fabulous job!!! read more

It was slow so we were the only customers in there. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the worker behind the counter. My kids love getting the pre-packed ice cream they got Chocolate and Cookies N Cream. As for me I got a two scoop in a cup of CHOCOLATE CHIP and Cherries Jubilee. There is something about ice cream that just makes your heart melt. Haha. But anyway the inside was nice and clean and organized. He should have handed it to me by the base of the spoon or gave it in a napkin. Whenever I order a medium or small, it always filled up regardless of whip cream or not. They employee explicitly told me he was not shorting me on the drink. "That's just how we make it. And the extra room is for whipped cream. " Sounds like the franchise owner trained them on that script. I get it , y'all are teenagers but it is a poorly run operation here.
