New beginnings This is my third attempt to enjoy my coffee experience at Dutch Bros. It was awkward because the menu was to the right of the driver side, so I passed it. The you g lady didn't share what the favorite beverages were but suggested I order what I have previously gotten at my regular shop, which is an iced vanilla sweet cream cold brew. There was no line, I do enjoy the muffin top pastry, although I hoped to get it heat but the window attendant was in disarray because she dropped the drink she was holding. The price was comparable but for me there wasn't a vibe.. The beverage was too sweet and I didn't taste much coffee, so for those last too reasons, I wouldn't go back. This location is near Sam's club, Challenger and Silverado High School so it is always busy. However they have a nice fence setup so that traffic goes smoothly. This location also has one of the larger patios with benches to enjoy your golden eagle or chocolate chip muffin top. Enjoy! read more

My wife liked it, so we went with a group with friends She asked for a latte with no espresso due to health reasons, but somehow they added an extra shot of espresso on her drink, I ordered a lavender iced drink (something like a freeze), and it didn't taste like lavender at all. I politely asked for more lavender flavor, and the barista responded rudely, saying that since I had already taken a sip, they couldn't take the cup back. She only added a tiny bit more and acted like it was a big deal. Customer service matters, and this place just didn't deliver. Won't be coming back. read more

Just like many of the other locations this location has a drive-through as well as a walk up window. This kids decided to just chat with there friends that are in the car instead of taking my order instead of me having 15min extra time, that was all gone just because they wanted to talk to there coworker or friend that came to get a drink. I went to this location and ordered my every day drink, a blended Rebel Vampire Slayer. As I was drinking it I began to get a really weird taste, I opened it to smell the cup and it also smelled weird. There were also big bubbles in it which was strange.. As mentioned I drink the same drink on a regular basis and this time it tasted like there was a cleaning agent or something in my drink. This location is on the opposite side of town and I was already headed home so I did not go back instead I went to one of my regular location and notified them of my concern. They replaced the drink and were very apologetic I will post pictures to show the difference between the first and second one. I am not sure what was in my drink but I'm glad I noticed and avoided drinking it all. I will never go back to this location as a result and I truly hope it was an accident and not intentional. read more

My friend and I decided to make a quick stop to Dutch Bros for a sweet treat before heading home. The line was short and we were in and out with our drinks within 5 mins. Workers are quick to serve and are friendly. We got the Aquaberry Soda and the Sweet Sunrise. We are glad that our drinks aren't too sweet. Total for both of our medium drinks came out to be $8. Yet another Dutch Bros. review I'm leaving. I'm never in this area but I was running errands a few streets away and I decided I wanted a nice, cool drink from Dutch Bros. Usually I avoid Serene because it's congested AF, but because it was a Saturday, there was little to no traffic. Because the heat is still brutal, I decided to stay in my car and go through the drive thru. There was no one outside taking orders when I pulled in, but two employees came back out while I was about halfway through in the line. Believe me, the lines at like every location are always long but it's still worth going. If you've seen my other Dutch Bros. reviews, you know that I love their Golden Eagle drink! Yes, I got one of those and I had a half birthday reward to redeem on their app! Woohoo!! As always, my drink was tasty. Being from California and hearing my Nevada and Arizona friends saying this is the "best coffee ever." I had to give it a try when visiting my companions familia in Vegas. The service is superb and the line is long but moves super fast. The staff is so nice! And up beat. The coffee is hot, fresh and delicious. I am not sure if it is the "best coffee ever." It was the same as Starbucks to me. Almost $6 for 8oz coffee is up to the person wanting to pay for that daily, weekly, sporadically. But very enjoyable. The coffee lid is way better than Starbucks. Drive thru lines here usually are pretty long but I'd say about the same as Starbucks and I do love their customer service and the fact that they have so many coffee and other options, that being said my favorite drink is definitely their Truffle mocha over ice, if you go there I recommend this drink. read more

So 5 STARS to the employees! Very friendly girls that I interacted with! The first one caught me in the drive thru. At first I thought their intercom was down but it seems like a Chick-Fil-A ordering system style. I told the girl it was my first time there & I wanted something Keto style. I asked her if they had HWC as I didn't see that on the menu? She told me yes. I inquired about SF flavorings & she named them all. I had to ask what was the sweetener to be disappointed & find out its Splenda....boo Splenda isn't keto.....sigh So I quickly decided I'd give the coffee a try anyways since I wanted to see what the hype was about this place & every time (except for today) the drive thru line is always long when I drive by. I wanted to get my hands on some & taste it. They were only excepting plastic as a form of payment & there was a sign stating that before you entered the drive thru. Not sure if this is their norm or if it's R/T CV19? So the girl had a tiny CC reader that allowed the customer to insert the card. You don't need to touch it nor do they need to handle your plastic. She was having issues with it & told me to drive up to the window & I could pay there. Once I got up there I inquired what sugar free (SF) options they had & the girl filled me in on what they carried. She mentioned Stevia so I asked if I could have that instead to only find out it's the packet & not a flavored liquid so I declined that option & went with the SF vanilla. I told her I like my coffee light in color & wanted X-tra HWC, that I didn't like the the taste of coffee....I know here I am ordering an ice coffee....lol Weird. I prefer it to be on the light side & sweet to help tone down the coffee taste. She informed me my order came with 4 shots of expresso. I was like "oh no, I don't want any espresso." We'll come to find out that's their coffee. 4 sounded like a lot of caffeine. Mind you I'm no coffee expert. So I asked her how many grams of caffeine was in a shot. She didn't know & turned to the person next to her & asked. Well that person didn't know either. Kinda odd I would think they should know this info since some people may want extra caffeine or light and would want to know exactly how many grams they're getting. So after being a PIB (me) I said "never mind, I'll just take the coffee you already made. I don't want it to go to waste." The best part was when she gave me my ice coffee I had these two things sitting on the lid that looked like stickers & sure enough they were!! Awh super cool! I knew right away I was going to add them to my collection of random stickers on my water jugs! So they put your drink in a tray to hand it to you & ask you if you want a straw. They have you grab your own drink. Not sure what the process is of the person who makes the drinks? Do they wear gloves? How often are they changing them? Is the staff sanitizing in between each customer?? These things I don't know as I didn't see. Kudos to Dutch for having some pretty good CV19 restrictions & practicing safe handling. 5 stars! Now the taste of the coffee......boo. Not impressed. You could really taste the "roasted" taste. I thought Starbucks coffee was a little strong but this place had them beat on the stronger taste. As for the SF vanilla sweetener I tasted nothing. Did they forget to put it in????? They didn't forget the HWC as I could see it & it was enough to my liking. Unfortunately I don't think I will travel back to a Dutch again when I'm craving an ice coffee. The other thing I didn't like is when you pay they ask you if you want to leave a tip??? This can make people uncomfortable if they don't want to tip or they don't have the extra money to tip. Who gets the tips? The person you left it with or do they all share?? Sometimes I feel like Vegas gets a little out of control with wanting to be tipped at all these business's for doing THEIR JOB. I don't mean to sound like an "bleep hole" but I go to work, do my job and don't expect anyone to tip me for doing my job nor are we allowed to get/accept tips. Maybe it's the East coast in me as we don't have all these tipping of services other then the normal stuff. Waitress/waiter, bartender, valet, bellhop, housekeeper, etc. Anyways......I'm glad I stopped by & checked them out. There were some drink pictures on the menu that looked good. They definitely have a small, limited menu here. Location is kinda a pain to get in & out of when the cross streets are busy. If you want a strong cup of coffee with friendly, touch free handling & cute stickers then stop by your local Dutch & enjoy! read more

With Dutch Bros opening all across the valley, it was only a matter of time before one was bound to open closer to home. And bam!!! This one opened less than 4 miles away from me. Service is still fast and friendly. Thankfully the line hasn't been long the few times I've visited. The employees engage is friendly small talk and have smiles on their faces, despite being outside in the sun taking orders. Of course, I appreciate that they have a drive thru. The drinks are as tasty as always. Check out their menu online for way more options. I love that their coffee isn't bitter and my drinks aren't super syrup-forward. My last visit, I ordered a white chocolate lavender cold brew. It was good, but not something I'd order again. I am fond of their French Vanilla Bean latte (vanilla and caramel) and their White Angel Latte (white chocolate, coconut and vanilla). So I'll just stick to my regulars on my next visits.
