Walked in and no one acknowledged me, even though they greeted the other three people. No problem, I get that it gets busy. Then my food gets put on the counter, the guy looks at it, sets it back down, and instead of wrapping it up and handing it to me, he just leaves it sitting there. He grabs a different order and gives it to the next guest instead. Like... what? So now my sandwich is just sitting there untouched -- no bag, no communication, nothing. I finally had to ask if it was mine and point to it since apparently nobody realized it was just sitting there. And then the nerve to tell me to "have a nice day" on the way out... guess not. No greeting, no communication, and my food just left on the counter. That kind of service ruins the experience. I came at 8:47 when they don't close till 9pm when they seen me parking getting ready to to walk up to the door they hurry up and ran to turn off their light that say open then when I go inside, they tell me oh we're close but they don't close till 9 PM when I came at 8:30 one time they did the same thing I wanna know what time do they really close because it seem like every time I come they're always getting time to close and they can never make me a sandwich. This place is horrible. They never want to do a job. They always try to get out here way before it's even time to close I feel like they should wait till 9 PM to start. Place is always clean, bread is always fresh which is what I crave there. I see them cooking the bacon so that's for sure fresh as well. Service is always sweet fast and efficient. This is literally THE BEST location of any sandwich shop simply because everyone there is so nice all the time. My family goes here at least 3-4 times a month and every time we get the same super nice super friendly service... and its not just certain people its the entire staff. Went here yesterday to get a couple of dinner sandwiches for my husband and son. We tried to order on the app and to use a coupon, wasn't able to do it however we were able to use the coupon in person. The store is clean and well kept. The cashier and sandwich maker were both nice friendly young men. The sandwiches were made fairly quickly, a chipotle sandwich, and a regular sub. There were only two other customers when I entered, and one customer arrived while my sandwiches were being made. Definitely will be back, especially since I have two more coupons! read more

We've always loved Jersey Mikes and were so excited when this one opened up close to home, but we've been so disappointed. The bread is almost always stale and hard as a rock. When I go in to order in person I have to stress that I want fresh bread. They put way too much lettuce on the sandwich and I have to tell them to take some off. Today we had sandwiches delivered And the bread was stale, not cut properly and we ordered 3 different sandwiches and they failed to mark which was which so we had to take them apart to tell the difference. I told the counterperson that my order was messed up the day before. He didn't belive me. He told me that I should have called to let them know of the mess up. And one employee named JaMarcus, which I'm assuming is the manager w completely disrespectful towards his employees and extremely unprofessional. I'm visiting from out of town and I saw someone eating jersey mikes on TikTok. I decided to google a location and ended up at this restaurant. Walking through the door the first thing I noticed was how clean and well kept the store was. The person working immediately greeted me and was so nice and knowledgeable. I ended up getting the big kahuna and it was one of the best things I've had since being in Las Vegas. It was so good that before we left we came back. I would highly recommend coming here. The one on cactus opened and i was so excited because it was so close to my house. I got a coupon in the mail for a reg sub and a free reg sub. i figured i'd go and try out this location with my bf. We stood there and waited for the guy to ask us what we wanted for about 6 minutes. He wasn't super friendly but he still took our order. Mine was done fairly quickly since it's just a number seven. He got a spicy italian chicken sammy, when i tell you we waited like 25 minutes for his sandwich i'm not even exaggerating. we were the only ones in there for the longest time and they kept making mobile orders. After waiting 20 minutes a girl who was on the phone when we originally walked in walked from out the back and started making his food. when we got it home, his cheese was pretty burned. still edible but such a waste of time for it to not be up to expectations. will not be returning to this location.
