They should always have two folks working at that place because they have a retail portion that demands someone be at the register. Otherwise, you have ice cream melting if the server is in the middle of making them but needs to checkout a customer. They could also offer a child's sundae at a reasonable price. Their mini sundae is upwards of $14 and our granddaughter could only eat about half. Our sundaes were upwards of $17. Great sundae but heck, I could have bought three ice cream containers for that. I'll go back for sure but $52 dollars for three ice creams is kind of ridiculous.

Unless she wants something salty instead of sweet, then we'll swap the churro for a pretzel. Staff is always friendly at all the trucks I've stopped at. This place can get very packed, but many tables to sit and we've always had the have to sit when needed.

It is too bad that Yelp doesn't provide a new page for the new owners because this place deserves way more than two stars overall. We were told that we could get FREE refills on our sodas to just ask for them (we dined in). I have other reviews stating this was not the case from previous owners. When we picked up our food from the counter she offered us ranch, bbq sauce, and ketchup all for no additional charge! I ordered The Big Boss Combo, the patty was huge! I barely ate a few fries although they were cooked perfectly and tasted great, I was too full from this huge burger! My date got the double burger but I forgot to grab a photo. The dining room had obviously been cleaned (deep cleaned) since the last time we came last year. Nothing new in there just very deeply cleaned! It gives that old school ambiance of an old drive up diner where waitresses came out to your car on skates to take your order. Please give this local small business and new owners a try! They deserve it and you won't be disappointed!

Upon arriving, I was kindly welcomed by a lady (appearing to be of Indian ethnicity) who was very courteous. Since my phone was at 2% battery and I needed to stay reachable in case I had to assist my in-laws with restroom needs next door, I asked if there was any way they could help me charge it. I wasn't asking to borrow a charger--just if they had a way to connect it. They only had a USB cable available, which I completely understood and appreciated their effort. However, what left me disappointed was what happened on my way out. I had asked for a lid for my nephew's ice cream cup when another employee, a white heavy-set girl, immediately questioned whether I had paid for the two waters my in-laws and I had already purchased. I explained that I had, and even offered to show the receipt. She declined but still examined it closely as if to double-check. This felt unnecessary and disrespectful, especially since the waters had already been purchased along with our ice creams earlier. A better approach would have been for the staff to communicate with each other about what had been sold, or better yet, place the water bottles somewhere less open so customers aren't made to feel accused of taking something. The experience started off great thanks to the kindness of the first employee, but the ending left a bad impression. Clearer communication and more trust in customers would go a long way here.

Came in today for the Tuesday scoop special with my 7 year old daughter but it was a little to soon being that the special starts a 5pm and I came in at 3pm. Then I said ok let me download the app for a free scoop but instead they had a coupon for a warm ice cream cookie sandwich which I thought would be a nice treat since we never had one. But when I asked if we can have the ice cream on the side since my daughter wanted cotton candy Icecream . Not to sure the flavors would work. The trainee went to ask jasmine if it was ok and she said no. They would have to ring the two cookies separate and the ice cream separate and I wouldn't be able to use my coupon and it would cost more for them to do less work. Not warming the cookie or putting the scoop in between the cookies would cost more. Ridiculous! Mind you they only had 2 other people in the store eating Icecream and three employees. I'm pretty sure the owner of this store would want them to sale ice cream.. as I was leaving jasmine yelled out have a great day miss.. cherry on top. I went in on August 16th at around 7:15, let me just say the two girls working there were awesome. Young sweet girls, they make you feel like more than a customer. I got welcomed in and greeted with smiles from both of them. I haven't been to baskin robbins in a while so they both worked together to give me recommendations. They offered a bunch of flavors to make sure i found the option i was looking for. They recommended me both of their favorite flavors. I will definitely be coming back!! I guess Yelp condones and supports communist practices, because they keep removing my reviews containing facts regarding the mistreatment of customers by the staff @ this mediocre establishment. However, my final straw was being made to wait just over 25 minutes for my curbside order before I finally gave up and walked into the empty store. This is all while the app had said my order had been completed 20 minutes prior! 2-3 other customers who arrived after me also chose instead to go inside to pick up after a long wait, as well. I have worked in customer service, and fast food. I know about being swamped and understaffed. Things happen. What really shocked me, however, was my long wait wasn't even acknowledged by the employee in the store--even though I was clearly frustrated. My box was also completed, just sitting on the counter, ready for me to come into the store and get it. On top of that, the cookies were dripping sauce and the bottom of the box had more crumbs of the toppings than were actually on the cookies themselves. This store should consider not offering curbside pick-up, since it's not an actual option. Or hire more staff so they can handle the demand of the area.

It was a bit late for the Orange Krispys but they still had some. I didn't expect the price, though. I'd been to the store a couple of years ago to get some $25 gift cards for people I knew. I didn't really pay attention to the prices. When we moved from California and the company had a way to ship chocolates, it included an extra fee that made it seem like the chocolate was traveling from Switzerland or somewhere really far away. In any case, one of the dear ladies brought the sample tray. I ended up with the Rum Nougat. I had never tried them because they were my mum's favourite and she'd always grab them as soon as she opened the box. I then, hurried to the cash register to buy the Orange Krispys before my A1C % went through the roof. They have quite a good selection of chocolates and it's always enjoyable to visit.
