Baskin-Robbins will always be a classic ice cream outing. Growing up, it was one of those places that felt special the moment you walked in. The endless flavors lined up behind the glass made choosing ice cream an adventure, and that's where my love for Baskin-Robbins really began. Unfortunately, it feels like times have changed. While I still love Baskin-Robbins and have a lot of nostalgia for it, the flavor selection just isn't what it used to be. These days, there seem to be only a select few options, and honestly, they aren't even the best or most memorable flavors from back then. Part of what made Baskin-Robbins so fun was the variety and creativity, and that magic feels a bit diminished now. The environment has changed as well. The excitement you used to feel when walking in, surrounded by bright colors, fun displays, and walls showcasing all the ice cream options, just isn't the same anymore. The ambience feels very plain and bland compared to what it once was. Baskin-Robbins used to spark instant excitement, and now it feels much more muted. Aside from that service was great. They only had / people working when we had went and both were super kind and helpful. That said, Baskin-Robbins will always hold a special place in my heart as a childhood favorite. I just wish they would bring back more of the vibrant atmosphere and wide flavor selection that made it such a memorable and joyful experience. read more

Terrible! EVERY single time we have been here there is never enough people or just crappy service. Tonight, Saturday one person working 4+ people in line and 2 guys waiting for orders. Employee looked stressed as heck, overwhelmed, and not very happy. I felt really bad for her, but not her fault. Owner or management should do better at helping cover shifts or find coverage. Floor was gross, and tables were sticky. The freezer didn't have much selection as it was pretty bare, almost wiped out. The last time my family came here there were at least three girls working, very rude, and just seemed irritated that we were even there. I highly recommend you do not go here and just find some other ice cream place to spend your money. We ended up going to the crêpe place on Losee for gelato. read more

Just horrible. Terrible service. Made an order on the app but they couldn't fill it because they didn't have milk. They couldn't cancel the order so I was stuck having to get substitute items. But the guy working there has second grade math skills so he couldn't figure out how to implement the substitutions. Also, I wanted ice cream on a cone but then he said he had already put it in a cup so there was nothing he could do so he said we had pay again if we wanted ice cream in a cone because we had to pay for the ice cream he mistakenly put in a cup. Also, some of the ice cream looked less than appetizing. Not only did it appear to have been melted then refrozen but some also had some gunk in it that surely should not have been there. You would think they would be more accommodating when they couldn't fill my order or refund me or cancel my order. read more

This Baskin-Robbins is located in North Las Vegas across from the older Smith's in North Las Vegas. To us it seems like an average Baskin-Robbins. Some of the ice cream selections were almost empty and some were unmarked without labels. They also offered samples here. The help seemed reasonable helpful and the tables seemed reasonably clean. read more

My friend went to Baskin-Robbins to pick up my Rocky road ice cream scoop in a size regular. But when I received my ice cream, it looked like a kid size, nowhere near a regular size. I also wasn't given a lid or a spoon to eat the ice cream. My friend also stated that when she walked in no one was in the front to help her . I'm disappointed with Baskin Robbins. Their waffle cones are raw on the bottom, and when I asked about it, I was told that's how they're trained so the cone can "stick to the paper," and there's nothing they can do. I honestly don't understand the logic behind serving raw batter. They also said mine was probably "just a little undercooked," but the replacement cone was exactly the same because of their training. If this is really the standard, it needs to change. I've never heard of a waffle cone being served with raw batter pooled at the bottom. read more

My chocolate ice cream craving did not get satisfied tonight. My daughter went to Baskin Robbins to get me chocolate ice cream, my absolute favorite. They did not have any, my daughter called to see what I wanted as a replacement, I said chocolate chip cookie dough. The people that work there were extremely nice but that did not make up for the ice cream & supplies that they did not have. They didn't have basic chocolate ice cream, they didn't have cups or lids to put the ice cream in. The manager only orders supplies on Wednesday, today is Monday. I ordered an ice cream sandwhich Oreo birthday cake this past week for my sons birthday. A $50 cake. When they handed it to me the handwriting was terrible, the cookie in the very front was cracked and broken. The rest of the cookies look sloppy with ice cream everywhere. My cake was also not ready multiple hours after I scheduled it to be. I walked in and they were actively working on it. They also lied to my face, when I said well my cake isn't even ready "oh well we don't put the name on it until the customer is here to pick up". Sure, believable enough except they hadn't asked me what I was even there for as they were working on it. The girl behind the counter was so nasty towards me when I just wanted her to fix what was broken. She also refused to give me her name. I was in the store for over 40 mins trying to reach a resolution. She eventually replaced the cookie on top but smeared whipped cream and other bits of the cake everywhere. I also asked to speak to a manager and was told I'd receive a call back. It's been 4 days, and nothing. Additionally the flavor of the ice cream should have been cookies and cream and it ended up being mocha. So the entire cake was wrong. Definitley won't be back. read more

Since I was young Baskin Robbins has always been my favorite ice cream. I am absolutely shocked at what we received today. I ordered 2 scoops. The two scoops were hardly one combined. The girl who scooped them seemed like she didn't want to be there. I was craving chocolate chip cookie dough but all I got was essentially one tablespoon of vanilla ice cream with one ball of dough. The ice cream is all icy like it's old and freezer burnt. I have never had anyone at a Baskin Robbins serve me such poor scoops of ice cream! For the price there should be WAY more! We also ordered a milkshake. That was a waste of 6 dollars. Not even close to a milkshake more like a milk float. I have a feeling there was a tablespoon of ice cream to 2 cups of milk in it. It was HORRIBLE! I understand scooping ice cream for hours on end probably gets tiring but if you know you didn't scoop it completely you shouldn't charge the full cost. read more

Cashier/scooper person was extremely rude, when checking out I showed her my phone with app to scan. She rudely said, "are you going to scan it?!" Like I knew I was suppose to scan it! Usually the cashier scans your phone. Do your job, and learn better customer service. Your unhappy working here find a new one but don't treat other people with disrespect because your fighting your own demons. Baskin-Robbins ice cream is delicious. The service on the other hand is mid. They refuse to give ice cream samples in 2023 because it's "Covid Protocol." Being in Las Vegas is HOT and like an inferno so places like this serving ice cream are heaven sent. Ice cream is pretty good. I usually get the Pralines 'N Cream. It's super good!
