This is a great Pink Box location! I swung by this morning to surprise my boyfriend with a birthday donut. As it was the day before Valentine's, they had a themed Birthday one. I got him two donuts, both were beautiful and he thoroughly enjoyed them. It was so hard to pick, they have a great variety. Biscoff looks so good! Very disappointing experience at Pinbox Doughnuts tonight. I went through the drive-through and the menu board showed a full selection of doughnuts, but when I started to order, I was told that most of them were actually sold out. At that point there were barely any options left to choose from. I completely understand that popular items sell out, especially later in the evening, but the drive-through menu should absolutely be updated to reflect what is actually available. Showing a full menu when most items aren't in stock wastes customers' time and creates a frustrating experience. Pinbox has a good reputation, which is why this was so surprising. I hope management looks into improving communication and updating the menu boards so customers know what's actually available before waiting in line. Right now the drive-through experience feels very misleading. read more

This is the most adorable donut shop I've ever been to. It's bright pink so you cannot miss it. Everything about it is amazing. I was amazed opening the door with the donut handle. Walking in, you're caught by not only the smell of fresh deliciousness, but also the vast variety of donut creations to choose from. They literally have something for every body. From classic, simple, to all out, you'll find something to love. We kept it classic since it was our first time and it did not disappoint. The raised donut and the croissant donut were on point! This is my first time trying pinkbox doughnuts. Upon walking in, it is very inviting. So much varieties of doughnuts to choose from. The lady who helped me was super nice and provided great recommendations. I did pretty good and limited myself to four. I tried: 1. Love my PB&J - It was alright nothing special. PB&J ratio was off. Jelly was only on one side. Peanut butter was on top. 2. Plain face douchcro - Honestly this one was pretty dry. 3. Chocolate Ol Fashioned - overly sweet 4. Crème brûlée - a pass for me. Nothing popped or made it stand out. It was just a custard donut. The donuts were mediocre at best. Over priced and nothing special. I came in the morning so the donuts should have tasted fresher. Ambiance: well it was nice, there was music not so loud and the employees were helpful and friendly. The service was quick and knowledgeable. Let's talk about the Doughnuts lol, I chose three: The croissant donut, the crème brûlée and the cookie butter. My least favorite was the croissant donut, it seems as it had been a day old. But it was also late at night so maybe it was made like at 3 am or something. The crème brûlée one was good but no longer had the crunch or a brûlée style dessert. The dough was a bit soggy but the flavors were still pretty good. Not an overly sweet donut. Now the best of the three cookie butter!!!! If I tell you that I want to have this filling daily as a dessert I mean it, it was not sweet, it was creamy, thick and delicious. Pink Box Doughnuts has around a dozen locations and food trucks in Las Vegas. They offer many interesting highly decorated doughnuts that children of all ages love to order. They also offer all kinds of coffees, cold brews and other things and merchandise. The doughnuts were all impressive looking. This location doesn't have any seating inside. One bench overlooks the parking lot. This location is very slow and not efficient on our visit. Only two or three orders were before us and it took twenty minutes to leave. They also accidentally gave our order to the people before us. Those people had our doughnuts sitting on top of their box and they took them anyway. We eventually got replacement doughnuts. I tried the John Lemon Doughnut. It looked pretty but I didn't like the lemon marshmallow cream on the top. But I thought the artificial lemon curd inside was even worst. The doughnut seemed stale too. I couldn't finish it. My husband tried a Snickers Doughnut. It also seemed old and stale. The Pink Box Doughnuts sure look a lot better than you know who (D.D.) but really are about the same in quality. I'd recommend these doughnuts for children and children's parties. They offer a lot that children get a big kick out of like the poop shaped doughnuts. read more

We would always go to the lake mead and tenaya location but live by the Craig location very excited when they opened but most every time we go there's no selection of donuts it gets annoying. Came here twice during the Christmas holiday in December 2023 - one was in the drive-thru, and another visit was inside. Both visits were late-ish evenings around 8-9 PM. My experience at the drive-thru was great - it was a Saturday and they surprisingly still had a lot of variety of donuts left. As a chocolate lover, I really liked the Java Mama. The second visit was very underwhelming - they ran out of 95% of the donuts and literally only had a handful left. We ended settling with what they had left, which were the 2024 / New Year-themed donuts. Honestly, most of them were eh and we didn't finish them. Definitely disappointed from this visit. Yesterday was my birthday, so I went to pickup my free birthday donut this morning at the Craig Road location. Not only did I get a happy birthday text notifying me about my free donut, I also got an email. What was really awesome was they gave me 7 days to pickup it up. The donut was free without having to buy anything extra, just have to have the app. The staff there is always so nice! And for those of you who miss the Java Mama donut, one of the girls told me that the White Chocolate Mocha donut is almost the same. I'm trying it the next time I go. read more

I wanted to love this place. It was new to North LV and had pretty, glowing, colorful sparkles outside. Couldn't be that bad right?! Well the donut selection is beyond subpar. The donuts looked nibbled on. The customer service was pretty much obsolete. It was my birthday and I wanted to love it, I really did. But it wasn't worth the trip. Not sure if he was playing funny with me because he swore it was the same one and argued me when I was on drive thru. Yelp Review 2023 #126: The very first Pinkbox Doughnuts location is on Lake Mead & Buffalo. I've been a customer since the day they opened because my office was nearby back in the day. I was quite excited for this location because it's closer to home. They're right across the street from Krispy Kreme! The audacity! This location is much bigger, has a drive-thru, carries more variety of doughnuts, Instagram-worthy (cringe) from the exterior (neon light sprinkles) and interior, and is open 24/7! Sounds great, right? Well, technically, yes. Their grand opening was on March 11th so they've been open a little under 2 weeks. I understand there are some kinks which are to be expected for any newly-opened business. I know drive-thrus are typically problematic for a lot of establishments and since there was a long line at the drive-thru and only a few cars parked outside the store, we opted to go inside. Bright pink interior, lots of lights, pink poomoji, and a plethora of doughnuts. BUT the floor was FILTHY! Sure, it rained in the afternoon but I went here over 5 hours after it had stopped raining - nobody bothered to mop the floor?! I question how clean the kitchen is and if employees even practice hand hygiene. Gross! This is not a grand opening issue. I think I'll just take my business across the street. read more

We were very much looking forward to this PinkBox opening up near us! Heavily advertised on social media, we finally decided to go & give it a try. The building itself is nice, new is alway so wonderful. The inside was clean with lots of pink & an entire lengthy display of stunning, well decorated DONUTS! For as lovely as the building was, the service there was not the best. We went on a Friday afternoon, it was fairly busy. I ordered 2 dozen donuts, predominantly for a birthday party we were going to later that evening. Ordering was a bit difficult because I had to yell over the donut display (I'm only 5' tall .) Additionally, the young lady boxing my donuts could barely hear me with all the excited banter from other patrons. When she had successfully completed my order, my donut boxes were pushed down to another young lady to ring them up. I checked the boxes before paying, as I wanted to make sure my order was correct. It was, but I was disappointed because they stacked these GORGEOUS donuts on top of each other, essentially ruining the decor! Words were no longer legible, 'Vegas' became 'gas', cookie topped donuts lost their cookies, smooth glazed frosting was smashed, etc. It was supremely upsetting as clearly the brand PinkBox, the bakery staff and the customers all seem to appreciate the fun & exciting donuts that PinkBox sells, but the 'donut boxers' don't care! We asked for an extra box on the way out, so we could hopefully fix what we could salvage when we got home. We also asked for a bag to carry all the donuts & were told they don't have any. Ribbon, so we could make the donut-present prettier & we were also told they don't have any. We asked for a PinkBox sticker so we could seal the box and guess what? None of those either. We settled for the only thing on the counter, a piece of scotch tape! (Small note: Donuts aren't put on parchment paper or anything. Straight into the PinkBox box, doesn't seem particularly sanitary to me. Also doesn't prevent the box from soaking through, as we all know most donuts are fried.) For as detailed as everything is for the brand, they fall short in a few areas. However the donuts were DELICIOUS, so 4 stars it is! They also have a drive thru, so that's pretty cool too. read more
