The Baskin-Robbins/ Dunkin Donuts is my favorite place for a treat. Either it's ice cream or donuts. They have some of the best in town. I have three shops that I visit, and they all have the friendliest staff, and they are more than willing to make pretty much whatever you want. I love their tea. I go enough that they know my voice when I order. Go by any of them and see if you don't get that kid in the candy shop feeling. read more

Took my family there and ordered four banana splits in the drive through. 40 minutes later and after being asked what goes on a banana split four diffferent times we received four melted " somethings". Asked for manager and was advised the manager leaves early and that no one was in charge there. read more

Great location, Baskin Robbins & Duncan Donuts at the same time. Stop by here on the way to the beach and ordered a cone, gold ribbon, simply delicious & leaving that day I noticed a banner advertising free medium iced coffee the next day, so my husband & I definitely ventured back to this location for breakfast. I throughly enjoyed my free medium iced coffee along w/ the waffle biscuit & rounds. This location was friendly and clean only downside is they appeared to be a lil short staffed. read more

Ok i understand that ice cream flavors are more popular than others so it stands to reason that they could run out of a specific flavor ice cream. This store can not keep cotton candy flavor ice cream. I usualy try to stop in to get a large milkshake of the same flavor at least once a week. I am disappointed 9 of 10 times. How hard is it to keep a flavor in stock?!?!? You see your ALWAYS out of a standard flavor you order extra, to my knowledge ice cream keeps for a while in the freezer. They arent loosing out on a damn thing if they have too much of one flavor. But they would never find out because its never in stock. Staff is very friendly and informative about how they dont ever have what i want that they should stock. Ill venture over to their other store to be told they too are out, cause nobody knows how to andwer a phone at these places.... I guess they are too busy not scooping cotton candy ice cream. Terrible customer service. The two employees were more enthused with making each other laugh than working. Really, this is a horrible way to treat customers. The one girl complained that the coffee creamer smelled bad; this definitely made us not want to be in the store. We left immediately. Wow. Just a very bad experience. read more

Absolutely terrible service ! I've given this place multiple chances to make it right since it's on my way to work and I would stop there daily but their customer service is the most horrible I've seen at any establishment. I can stay there next to them and give them my order three times and they will still give me the wrong thing, after waiting nearly 20 min! The employees are very incompetent and I feel like the company needs to look into the franchise run at this location specifically. read more

Came in at noon for some ice cream and there were only limited flavors available (half of the cooler was empty). My wife's taster had to select alternatives as her favorites were not there. I was okay as there was a flavor I don't usually eat. Baskins-Robins makes decent ice cream so the quality was good but my wife's taste buds were not fully satisfied. read more

Horrible place!! Stay away!! Regret the trip! First off thought they were closed at 8:00pm as all outside lights were off.. we walked in and the place stunk like a dirty diaper! The ice cream was limited in choices, there were no ice cream cones at all! My daughter ordered a scoop of ice cream and asked for a spoon and he said we have no spoons! No spoons?? This is an ice cream joint what the heck!! We asked for a cappuccino blast and the guy said I think the blender is broke.. we asked him to try and he proceeded to make it and nothing was wrong with the Blender. He handed us the drink and ice cream was running all down the cup and all over the counter. He never even offered us any napkins to clean up his mess. This experience was so shocking to us that we just had to laugh historically! The lady working then proceeds to ask us if we were high!!! WHAT?? REALLY?? At 4:12 pm drove up to drive thru and tried to place an order but no one answered the drive thru. Watched three people at least one of them an employee run out the door and jump into three different vehicles one a large blue pick up truck and one a small white car and leave abruptly. There was still one vehicle parked in the back of the store where an employee would park so I waited for someone to answer the drive thru which never happened. Drove around to the drive thru and the window was not closed all the way but no one was in view. Drove around to park where I could go in and saw a guy peak out of the back so I tried drive thru again without any luck. Decided to leave since I do not want to spend my money at an establishment that hires this kind of employee. Tried calling just to see if he would answer the phone and surprisingly he did NOT. Wow I am amazed that an establishment would leave an individual like this in charge of their store by himself. Maybe it is time to evaluate how much money this establishment makes during this person's shift and make necessary changes. read more
