I was craving ice cream last night so my husband went to the closest ice cream shop, which was the Baskin-Robbins, we've lived here for four years in the neighborhood and have visited this location, probably a dozen times, it's usually decent. I ordered a scoop of baseball nut and a scoop of chocolate chip, and my husband ordered one scoop of his favorite coffee flavor My baseball net was not the same like it usually is, it was 95% raspberry ice cream with none of the other stuff that is usually mixed in with the baseball nut, literally had no nuts and was a huge disappointment because it was extremely syrupy sweet with the raspberry sticky stuff, and my chocolate chip ice cream had ice crystals in it.. a lot of ice crystals in it. We visited the store on 7/3/2020 and yet nothing changed the place is still dirty and they are not complying with COVID-19 cleaning measures. They're not sanitizing and not following safety rules. Great ice cream cakes! They had a lot of different sizes and flavors available to choose choose from! We had called ahead to double check if they had any cakes in stock. The gentleman that answered was polite, very helpful and remembered us from the call. There was some construction going on in their parking lot. But perhaps by the time I post this, it will have passed. I recommend this location. Customer service is so important as well as the products you sell. I came in with my family and these two girls (Vanessa and Leslie) were the absolute sweetest, they had such great customer service skills and were very charismatic!! Although management has to fix the issue of leaving only 1 PERSON to close, I've come in several times at around 9 and there's only A YOUNG LADY ALL ALONE CLOSING, not only is that unsafe but it's also ILLEGAL. We called ahead of time to make sure they had the baseball nut ice cream flavor (seasonal) and they sure did. If you haven't had a chance to try it before, I would find and call a Baskin-Robbins right away to make sure you try it. This place was horrible. Most of the flavors they were out of, at least 6 of the ones we could think of. On a Sunday afternoon no chocolate or vanilla for the kids. So we decided to get cookies and cream. Some of the ice cream was old and hard from freezer burn. We threw it away and did not finish it. I was too upset to ask for a refund bc after I thought about it I should have. I normally go to the location on Florence but this was closer, my mistake. I went in 3/13 around 7 pm and when I walked in there were two employees, one who was very polite but the other, I believe named Aliyah was rude. I ordered a few single scoops and I decided to make it a double scoop instead. She rolled her eyes and went to grab a larger cup. She didn't smile, and seemed very irritated to help. I then asked for a cappuccino blast and she turned around and started making it. It's upsetting to see employees like this. Maybe there has to be a career change for this employee, doesn't seem to like her job very much. At the end she placed my cappuccino blast on the counter and walked away. No communication at all. I hope the owners read this because I was Initially going to order a sheet cake and a few more double scoops but decided not To spend my money there. Very unfortunate. Also just as a side note, the entire store was empty. Maybe had it Been busy I would've expected bad service but there were 0 customers so not sure why she was so bothered. The ice cream is delicious. The service with greetings is well served with happiness smiles. The ladies took their time to serve the people and myself in what we wanted. These workers listen to their customers to provide the correct type of ice cream a customer wants. They are open until ten at night in which is good if you have ice cream craving that late at night.. i don't know who is who by their name, but in another review here I believe it's one of those names that had helped me with my ice cream order. Now the ice cream was cold served, I got the giant waffle ice cream cone with chocolate on top. I added three different flavors of chocolate flavors and i asked for so much that the waffle cone was so full that it made a tiny crack of it's own. The price i guess is reasonable if you really want three different types of flavors and the type of cone. My cone was the biggest and of course price is a little more expensive than the regular size cone, but it is well worth it. Once I went outside into the night heat, my ice cream started to melt away more faster. Oh I had to lick it fast and started bite into the cone as it was breaking due to the amount of ice cream trying to melt through the cracks it had. This location is a good place to be recommended for buying ice cream. I truly enjoyed my ice cream and even that it was ten dollars for everything, I say that the price of it isn't that bad as you got to realize and remember that they have thirty one flavors. read more

Horrible service. Went it here three times. The first time they ran out of vanilla . Really vanilla ??? Second time all out of sample spoons. My son got a flavor that could have been disgusting , but wasn't ;). Thank goodness. Third time the scoops were not round but scraped and way under weight. Got my order wrong , got in the car noticed the flavor was wrong , went back in and the girl dumped the flavor back in the bucket. For all they know I could have spit in it. This place sucks! Third time coming here this week and more than half the ice-cream gallons are empty. The employees don't bother to replace the empty cartons. This location has poor service. We ordered an ice cream cake and it was never created despite the confirmation email. The owner does not follow through with the refund and has no control over his business. It has been 2 weeks and the owner, Ali, is unprofessional. He has stated he would mail the refund check and didn't. Ali stated he would drop off the check at the Baskin-Robbins for pick up and didn't. I am getting a refund for the lack of service through my credit card company because I am tired of the run around. Please take your service elsewhere...it is worth the drive. read more

The service was great, the employee that assisted us was phenomenal. However, there was no AC on in the store. When I asked about the store conditions the employee stated that the air had been out for about three days and I noticed that it was approximately 90° in the store. What type of owner would allow their employees to work in this environment. I will not be going back to the store as I do not want to support a franchise owner who treats employees like this.
