One of the guy employees was real rude his tone of voice you can tell he wasn't having a good shift but still that isn't no excuse he works in customer service. I can't say enough good things about this location. We get cakes from here at least 6 times a year and they never disappoint. My 3 year old son picks them out for each family member and they replicate them perfectly with as little as one day notice. Baskin-Robbins took my Red Velvet Cake Virginity: Details at 11. That's right, this was the very first time I ever tried Red Velvet cake and it was all thanks to a spur of the moment idea I had for getting my mom's birthday cake. I went in here thinking I was just going to get a run of the mill ice cream cake when my eye caught this cute little cake in the freezer. I decided to go for it and try it out and had the guy put "Happy Birthday Mom!" on the top in pink frosting. Lovely! I was provided with a coupon I could use right on the spot for $3 off so the cake was under $20. Can I just say, this was an absolutely delicious ice cream cake! The cake was perfect and the Red Velvet ice cream? I never even heard of such a thing! AMAZING!! My mom was happy, dad was happy, I was happy...tummies happy all around! I just came in here with my supervisor for an Ice Cream break. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a couple of employees. The staff was friendly and let us taste a few of the flavors until we found the flavors we wanted. They were very patient with us, as we got a few orders for people at the office. We were searching for a birthday cake for my girlfriend's mother, and we were not having much luck. A chance stop at a local Mexican bakery turned up some curious results, none of them pleasing. We were shortly out of options, and then we realized that Baskin Robbins has ice cream cakes. Now I was always put off by the idea of an "ice cream cake" since I misunderstood what it is. I thought it was a cake entirely made out of ice cream, but that's not quite it at all. It's basically a 2 layer cake with one layer of flavored ice cream and one layer of cake all separated and topped with whipped cream icing. We opted for a red velvet cake which had red velvet ice cream in it, and hoped it would do. My goodness, this was an amazing choice! I was completely not expecting to be so impressed by this cake. The red velvet cake was moist and tasty. The whipped cream icing was abundant, but not too sweet. The ice cream was really remarkable though, and it tied the cake together. I just couldn't get enough of this cake! I feel bad now not knowing about these cakes. I think of all of the birthdays growing up where I could have indulged in these delights. Two of them guy and girl started helping while the other girl was on HER PHONE she then decided to jump in to help after 3 milkshakes where done . I walked into Baskin Robbins with my daughter to buy Ice cream for my Birthday. I had a coupon for a $1 dollar off a purchase of $4. The coupon does not specify what you can purchase, it's a code given to me because I filled out the survey on my last visit. I purchased 1 quart of cookies and cream and 1 quart of sherbet and was rudely approached by the manager, who stated I could not use the coupon on my purchase because I was already getting a discount on my purchase!! I asked her to show me where does it say I can't use this coupon! The coupon says $1 off your next purchase of $4 or more, no where does it state that the manager decides who she gives the discount to. I'm taking my business elsewhere next time. read more

Learn the basics of milk products. In other words if you get a milkshake ordered then make one and if shake is ordered do it right the first time not the second time or third time. My wife's order of a regular shake not milkshake was made twice and it was twice made wrong. We even told that we ordered a regular shake and that the concisity was too watery instead of ice cream concisity and she did remove it and the second one was the same as the original one. Plus it was bland, without any flavor. The girl's excuse was that the ice cream melted too fast and that make any shake into a milkshake in no time at all. That's we had to drink it right away. As for I order a Cappuccino Blast it made alright but the caffeine content was too strong and it tasted too much of cinnamon. This was $13 down the drain due to how bad it is or was. read more
