The frozen yogurt selections and toppings here are awesome. We have been coming since our adult kids were small, tonight we came with our son and his children. We arrived at 8:15 after dinner for dessert. We immediately noticed we beat the rush. The two staff working we not very kind or welcoming, they seemed even annoyed that we all were there. They ignored us waiting for some time and then didnt want to allow our 5 year old to use the bathroom. I re asked and he was allowed. But they were ready to let a party of 7 leave because we didnt want our little guy to have an accident. We ended up spending a little over 75 dollars and sat down to enjoy it with about 6 other tables full of people my receipt shows we sad down at 8:36 with our just purchased frozen yogurt. At 8:55 two workers walked around and told everyone they were closed and everyone had to leave...like immediately. It was really rude. I understand telling people they were closing but actually making us all get up to leave was poor service. I was really put off and as a customer from day one, I don't think I will ever return. Ever, ever. What a bummer and the staff just kind of ruined it for several parties tonight. I have never had anuone be rude like that to us. Sigh. read more

Popped in for lunch. This location opens at noon. Nothing crazy or extraordinary. It was clean and they had a nice mix of flavors. They offer vegan, sugar-free, and dairy-free options. In town on vacation and found this froyo place. The yogurt options were great and they had several topping to choose from. I saw one of the workers cutting fresh fruit in the back for their topping choices. Plenty of room for seating and pretty chill place. I fully recommend this place if you are in the area and looking for dessert after dinner. read more

To start off the location looked unkept and in need of a deep cleaning. The yogurt machines appeared to be outdated and not very user friendly. Most were pushed in making customers having to reach in further just to use them. I did appreciate the wide variety of flavors and tried 3 myself. Strawberry Lemonade, Strawberry Shortcake and plain tart. All were subpar to say the least. They do have toppings like Caramel sauce and hot fudge which is not common but I was hesitant to try due to hiw unclean the place was. They have a large selection of cereal toppings (I chose marshmallows) and from what I can tell they are all extremely stale. I absolutely love this place it's at the corner of South Main in Salinas it's always so clean and cozy in there. Everything is freshly stocked and nicely organized. The yogurts are nice and fresh never hurting my stomach and the customer service is superb! I always seem to forget my rewards cards, they informed me that they're gonna be doing something digital rewards so I'm super excited for that if you're ever in the spirits for something sweet and yummy definitely this is the place to go they have a great environment to sit in and watch out the window as you enjoy your dessert! Love this new location, it's bigger and brighter than the locations on Cannery Row and Alvarado St in Monterey. I'll be making an excuse to come here every time I come to Salinas... wont be too hard to find the time since it's located directly on Main St. I went here today with my aunt, husband, and 90 year old grandpa... it was my grandpa's first time having a Myo. He really enjoyed picking his own flavor and toppings. I love sharing sweet treats with my family... so glad they opened a shop here. As a person who really enjoys frozen yogurt, this is the worst yogurt experience I've ever had. The staff is rude and did not offer to help me at all, the yogurt tasted like it had frost bite, all the fruit was almost spoiled, candies were old and hard. When I asked for a high chair for my kid and they did not have one. I even saw them come out form the back when I asked for samples and when they returned to cut fruit, they did not wash their hands. And don't even get me stated on the bathrooms, they were vomit inducing. The area of this business is horrible too , there is always homeless people harassing outside the customers every time i go. Staff is rude. They greeted me when i entered but gave no eye contact. There were about 3 employees standing around and i couldnt get there attention when i wanted to sample yogurt. I tried chocolate and strawberry with almonds and fresh cut strawberries. The place is clean most of the time but it gets messy on busy days the girl who helped me seemed bothered and didnt smile at all, i felt unwelcomed. If you read my reviews, it's obvious that I really like frozen yogurt. After dinner my boyfriend and his family wanted to go try this place out. The price was a little higher than where I'm from (here is 40 cents an oz), but that didn't stop us. The froyo selection was okay. Nothing extraordinary, your basics like Tart, Chocolate, Vanilla and a few others were available. They had a fruit station, a candy station, and a station on the wall that offered other options. I enjoyed my final product. The fruit was good and so was the candy :) The girls at the counter were nice. It's a very spacious building with lots of room, and it was pretty crowded when we were there, about 7 o'clock on a Friday night. read more

Yogurt is very good, I love MYO. But every time I go I get really sad because there isn't any cake batter. I even get sad to the point where I go to their bathroom and cry my eyes out. Sometimes I even close my eyes to imagine that I'm eating the cake batter flavored yogurt. They have a wide selection of chairs to sit in while eating. I've even been tempted to ask where they get their couches from so I can buy myself the same one for my apartment. Sadly enough, when I have to use the bathroom I get constipated. So please make sure to add an extra bathroom that have thick walls around for silence so people can be comfortable while using the bathroom. Overall, just add cake batter again.
