I have ordered multiple cakes from this location and she has made all of them for us. The most recent one was a basketball cake and it came out good! Walked in here I have never had a problem being a loyal customer to this Baskin-Robbins. We came in here to grab ourselves a treat. Abran the man supposedly in charge told my wife the machine was being cleaned but prior to that he whispered to his other coworkers that he did not want to do the Cappuccino Blast. He lied to my wife and proceeded to laugh about it with his coworkers. The other coworkers were also laughing as I walked in to ask him for his name. Really disrespectful how he handled the situation in front of my kids as well. The Jamoca is my favorite. I have had a lot of coffee ice cream in the past and baskin robins has made their coffee ice cream (Jamoca) very good and consistently good as well. My wife and I return to this establishment quite regularly and the prices are fair for good quality ice cream. read more

This particular location is fairly new to this city. There is another location I used to frequent more often, but now this one is much closer to me... dangerously close lol I come here more often than I probably should but I love ice cream . I have to say that sadly I prefer ice cream over froyo, I say sadly because this particular ice cream isn't very healthy, especially because I prefer milk based flavors! this is the second time I've been to this location. last time, the card machine was down and they wouldn't accept my cash while they were on the phone. this time, I stood in front of the ice cream window for 5 minutes without being acknowledged, even though the person working walked right in front of me to get a scoop of ice cream for a shake. no one else was standing at the window. this is when it would've been appropriate to say "someone will be right with you". two workers were in the lobby area. one was cleaning windows and the other was making a shake. the one making the shake kept yelling at the window cleaning worker to "come here". she refused several times, so I walked out without any ice cream. read more

Worst experience ever, went to go buy a cake for my cousins 19th birthday, we picked it out, asked an employee to write happy birthday and bought it. Once we were about to cut it , there was a dead fly on the cake. We can not believe the employee couldn't see the fly when writing happy birthday. We called to return the cake back, and the worker, CJ( MANAGER) we talked with said we could get a refund for returning the cake and get another one back. I am very particular on my banana split, after going to the Maclay basking robins for 30 years we decided to try the new place since we live in Sylmar The girl was very nice I did noticed she was little nervous but she made me a really good banana split I ask her to put little bit more toppings it was really good The place was really clean and i think there were like 5 employees and all of them were cleaning and working hard when there were no customers its great to see they take pride on their job Very happy will keep going back to eat our banana split it has been our husband and I tradition for many many years read more
