i sent an email to owners moline and aisha expressing my negative experience on my grandson first birthday cake, 14 days ago i have not yet recieve a courtesy acknowledgement from neither regarding my most recent order. i included in the email picture images of the before and after of the expensive cake paid for as an embarrasment to my family, ordering days ahead with the commitment of same picture on the cake of a mickey mouse racetrack versus at pick up picture was no longer a racetrack after purchasing mickey mouse ornaments elsewhere instead of a racetrack it was decorated with cookies customer service is very poor in north hills. i will never visit this place again or recommend my freinds, la michoacanas ice cream parlor now has cake ice cream as well and is cheaper and better quality strongly recommend. read more

Being open until 1:30pm has really earned my business with this specific establishment because I get home late most of the time and when you're especially looking to eat something sweet. I love everything they have here. I love the fact that this ice cream is so creamy and always the perfect consistency. No matter what you order you will be very happy.
