He even sent us flavor samples to Oklahoma where I am currently stationed. All 10 flavors were delicious, but we went with salted caramel, chocolate espresso, strawberry/mango sorbet, and cold brew. We had nitrogen ice cream and dragonsbreath, and it left our guests and vendors raving about our wedding for weeks after. I am especially thankful to Scot for working with our nonconventional event space (getting married on a yacht). He came early and set up everything and made my life really easy as a bride. While I appreciated the gesture, the initial response left a negative impression.
