The staff always makes us feel welcome, and the store is consistently clean and well-stocked with a variety of delicious flavors. Thankfully, they had my favorite--Plain Tart! The topping bar is always fresh and full of choices, but I personally love sticking to the fresh fruits--strawberries, blueberries, and mango are my go-to's. A special shoutout to Bella, the manager, who checked us out at the register. After we accidentally spilled some yogurt, she didn't hesitate to clean it up herself with a smile. I came to this yogurt land at exactly 9:57 PM . Both of the ladies kind of gave me an attitude and it was giving me dirty. Looks and they only had three flavors available to choose from because they were already dumping out the leftover flavors. I purchased 4 $30 gift cards during Christmas from this location. Now that I'm trying to utilize the gift cards only one of the four I paid for has a balance on there. I don't know if it was a system issue or an associate issue, but I attempted to go to the location and asked to speak with the manager, left my contact information and was never contacted back. This sounds like theft to me. I have the credit card transaction as proof that I paid the full amount. read more

Lately I've been obsessed with Yogurtland & I am lucky to have a location near my house ...my favorite part is that they close at 11pm, perfect for late-night cravings. Located in San Fernando, on Truman & Maclay...right next to Wingstop, Chipotle & Jersey Mike's and across the street from Starbucks. My favorite flavor is Plain Tart with sprinkles, almonds & cheesecake bites...yummy! They carry lots of flavors like Birthday Cupcake, Lucky Irish Mint, Pistachio, Fresh Strawberry, etc. They change flavors fairly often so you never get bored. The toppings bar is always super clean & they have a huge selection of fruits (berries, pineapple, kiwi, blueberries, cherries,etc) candy, chocolate, cookies, nuts, etc. The girls are really friendly & helpful. So I guess now the restrictions are lifted, you can do your own yogurt, but not with the toppings - which I get. This place doesn't have any kind of pineapple flavor, which is disappointing but they have mochi, popping boba and fruity pebbles. I got those toppings and some kiwi - which was a little dry. Dezirae is a Very hard worker very friendly and she's good at interacting with people , whenever I come she's always on top of everything as I was eating my menchies she was re filling everything making sure everything was sanitized and just very quick at doing everything , at one point we were even thinking to go to another menchies til we saw Dezirae be on top of everything , I really recommend this menchies guys especially when DEZIRAE IS THERE !! Yogurtland is likely the best yogurt place around, they have an excellent selection of flavors which they change, but favorites remain there (cheesecake a personal favorite because it can be combined with others for a creamy taste). We came in on Friday after eating at Pei Wei, something that we like to do as a treat because you don't walk away completely full from Pei Wei, too light of a fare. We grabbed our cups to fill, this time I picked the pistachio along with the cheesecake and to top it some yogurtchips, a bit of toffee and then a light portion of salted caramel on top. The fam-bam all in all had three cups and just under $10 plus they have a rewards program if you come in often. Definitely a place to grab something sweet, summer, fall or winter. read more

Which was weird to me since they have someone behind the counter serving the condiments but we all have to touch the yogurt machine and serve ourselves the yogurt. Came here late night after spin class. Menchies is across the street... Yogurtland has all their "sample cups" behind the counter where menchies are out. We came here at around 9:45pm. It was moderately busy we had several flavors to choose from. I tried the mango flavor. It was pretty good. We paid for our yogurts and decided to sit inside. We were chatting and more customers were coming in after us. So it got a bit crowded. As we say there one of the guests said excuse me to the employee, because she could not get through. I could not believe the workers face as she rolled her eyes at the guest. I was appalled. It immediately became uncomfortable and we decided to finish up and leave. 3 stars because the rest of the staff was okay. read more

The Bad: Very Limited parking unless you are disabled. The Good: Always offer plenty of samples to try for free. Great topping with wide array of choices and flavors. Excellent rewards program. I have been coming to this Yogurtland ever since it open . Since I live in the San Fernando area and I've seen how this place has grown through the years going from 38 cents to 52 cents today . But today I was very disappointed for what I saw ALL the machines were flashing MIX LOW , ALL the yogurt areas were filthy they were not cleaned for a long while , and their tart was out of order with a sign "be back soon it's over worked" so I asked the worker in how long will it be back up and his response was "it's been down for over an hour now " very bummed out because it's the only flavor I have from here , I went ahead and let my kids get there ice cream and sat for 1hr inside and NEVER were those machines wiped down . Came here last night with my sister 1/1/16. My sister and I love this place. The place had about 10 people inside it was around 11pm that we went for some yogurt. The place was some what clean. There wasn't much toppings. I assume because of the time. I thought they would close soon. Anyway I was reaching to get my favorite toppings Oreos. Until I notice a long hair. I told the lady that there was a hair inside. I asked kindly to get a new batch or fresh batch. She started to give me an attitude/ ROLL EYES . I reacted and told her that she needs to get me a new batch. The long hair was unacceptable. She then switched it out. I was upset that she didn't want to change it. I was grossed out and didn't get that topping after all. I paid for my order. She asked me if I like the receipt. I definitely was going to get it so I know the employee name. Word of advise to Esther (employee of Yogurtland)- Do not give attitude/ roll eyes to any of your customers. That is definitely not a team player.
