Poor customer service. Dine in customers are not acknowledged upon entry, and ignored until service is requested.

Step inside and you'll see it's quite Gram-able (or is it "Insta-tastic"). In other words, it's gorgeously decorated. They have a wide array of sweet treats, almost all of them oversized. My kids have enjoyed their "dirt" sundaes and their ice cream heaped upon belgian waffles. Other non-ice cream treats include tiramisu and cakes imported from Italy, mochi balls, coffee drinks, smoothies, and yes Harry Potter geeks - even some Butterbeer. The service is always OK. They are patient as you cut through the giant menu, and they always make things delicious! But they aren't exactly outgoing either. I highly recommend Miki. It tastes great, and there's something for everyone.

They have several tables with chairs and would be good for groups or casual hang-outs. Their menu is quite diverse with a lot of options for fruit teas, milk teas, classic teas and ice cream flavors. For this particular visit, I tried a pineapple green tea. It wasn't the best, but it wasn't terrible either. It was refreshing enough. They might be worth a try for others. I wouldn't mind going back to try other items on their menu.

I am actively job hunting and made an honest mistake mixing up Frostie Moose with Smoothie King because the names have a similar ring to them.I walked in and spoke with the staff, and I want to say that the younger employees working there were incredibly nice, polite, and helpful while trying to figure things out with me.However, when Debbie spoke to me on the phone, she was shockingly rude and aggressive. She actually scolded me and said she "didn't appreciate" me telling her staff I had an interview. What else was a normal person supposed to do? It was a simple, honest mix-up that could have been cleared up in two seconds if she had just politely let me know I had the wrong location. Instead, Debbie chose to be hostile, condescending, and blow a minor misunderstanding completely out of proportion. If this is how she treats people who walk through the door, it's a massive red flag for how this business is run. Absolutely terrible leadership from Debbie, especially when her young staff clearly knows how to treat people better than she does. UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER: I do not appreciate the owner completely twisting the facts here to protect her business image. Let's set the record straight on what actually happened. The owner claims she was already at the business and saw me arrive early, but this is entirely false. I arrived exactly at my scheduled time of 1:00 PM and had to sit and wait inside with her staff because she was not there. I only walked out because she was late, and I saw her pulling into the driveway as I was leaving. When I went back inside to politely let her know I couldn't do the interview that day, she immediately snapped and said "I have a job!" in a very rude tone. That was the definition of creating a confrontation. Furthermore, her claim that I made the staff feel uncomfortable simply for walking in and politely asking if the manager was there is a blatant attempt to deflect from her own poor behavior. The staff members themselves were wonderful, helpful, and polite, and it was only the owner who brought hostility into the room.If the owner truly understood that honest mistakes happen, she would have handled the location mix-up with grace over the phone. Instead, she chose to be aggressive, defensive, and completely bent out of shape over a harmless, honest misunderstanding. I do not appreciate her trying to gaslight me and rewrite history on a public platform. Prospective employees and customers should know that when this management makes a mistake, they will twist the truth and blame you rather than take accountability.

The food is usually on point: chicken strips crispy, ice cream properly soft-serve soft, and the BBQ sauce arrives free of charge like a little culinary hug. But then the plot thickens. Ask for buffalo sauce instead? Suddenly it's a $1.50 "specialty" upgrade. Same package, different label, same viscosity... yet somehow the buffalo one requires a small loan. It's the kind of upcharge that makes you wonder if they once lost a bet to the Frank's RedHot people and are still paying it off one packet at a time. Used to be a peaceful little DQ bubble--no delivery apps, just you, your blizzard, and the soft murmur of the soft-serve machine. Then they caved and started accepting DoorDash and Uber Eats. Now the front counter has transformed into the world's most chaotic international phone booth. While you're trying to enjoy your fries in peace, a steady parade of drivers and customers stand three feet away conducting full-volume video calls in languages you don't speak, occasionally escalating into pure speakerphone opera. It's like dinner theater, except the actors aren't paid and the plot never resolves. Still, the owners remain delightful, the ice cream still hits, and if you stick to the free sauces you can almost tune out the multilingual symphony. Just maybe grab it to-go next time--or invest in noise-canceling headphones and a strong personal policy on buffalo sauce.

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the sweetest woman, Ms. L, who was incredibly warm and welcoming. We ended up having a lovely conversation about business and Blue Bell ice cream, which happens to be the brand they proudly serve. The shop offers a great variety of treats, including both dispenser-style and individually wrapped candies, along with a selection of specialty sodas. They also serve milkshakes, and while the flavor selection isn't overwhelming, it includes many of the most popular and well-loved options. The space itself is small but clean, inviting, and well kept. While there are no public restrooms, the overall atmosphere makes it a pleasant place to stop in and enjoy a treat. Overall, it was a sweet and enjoyable visit, and a perfect stop if you're in the area and looking to satisfy a craving. Update 4/12/26: We're back! It's Sunday, a beautiful Sunday...so why not have a scoop or two. Ms. L was not working today but service was efficient and the ice cream is scrumptious. I decided on salted caramel with a cake cone this time and my mini chose a scoop of mango in a cup. Delightful!
