You can always count on chocolate and vanilla being available, plus a special flavor that rotates. It's a small spot with limited seating, but the customer service is always great. They also have two locations -- one that opens in Stonebridge during the summer months.

UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER: I do not appreciate the owner completely twisting the facts here to protect her business image. Let's set the record straight on what actually happened. The owner claims she was already at the business and saw me arrive early, but this is entirely false. I arrived exactly at my scheduled time of 1:00 PM and had to sit and wait inside with her staff because she was not there. I only walked out because she was late, and I saw her pulling into the driveway as I was leaving.When I went back inside to politely let her know I couldn't do the interview that day, she immediately snapped and said "I have a job!" in a very rude tone. That was the definition of creating a confrontation. Furthermore, her claim that I made the staff feel uncomfortable simply for walking in and politely asking if the manager was there is a blatant attempt to deflect from her own poor behavior. The staff members themselves were wonderful, helpful, and polite, and it was only the owner who brought hostility into the room.If the owner truly understood that honest mistakes happen, she would have handled the location mix-up with grace over the phone. Instead, she chose to be aggressive, defensive, and completely bent out of shape over a harmless, honest misunderstanding. I do not appreciate her trying to gaslight me and rewrite history on a public platform. Prospective employees and customers should know that when this management makes a mistake, they will twist the truth and blame you rather than take accountability.

I feel like the marketing strategy works in Sweet Frog's favor and continues to attract new and returning customers. Sweet Frog is a frozen yogurt chain with a theme! The frog mascot is similar to Sanrio's Keroppi character. They carry plushies in 3 different sizes as well as t-shirts. Everywhere that you look, you'll see that frog! Their flavors are similar to what you'd find at most frozen yogurt establishments. However, they had some unique flavors like frosted animal cookie and blue cotton candy. Every ice cream/yogurt dispenser had the frog on display as well. It was so cute! Their ice cream is sweet, but isn't overloaded with sugar. I got a small cup or orange cream ice cream and added pop rocks candies as well as popping boba for my toppings. Everything is low calorie and delicious. I know that we went to another location in Maryland a few year ago, but this experience was different. There were a lot of people here, so you know that it was good! The lady at the front counter was really nice. Our whole experience at Sweet Frog was great. This will be my go to place when we come back for our annual trip to Virginia.

They weighed our first three yogurt cups together, then made us weigh one of those same cups again separately instead of simply resetting the scale and weighing them correctly. I tried to explain the issue, but they didn't seem to understand and again responded by rolling their eyes. If a SweetFrog manager sees this, this occurred on July 12 around 7:00 p.m. The employees working that evening could definitely use additional customer service training.
