This is an extraordinarily well run office-they get you in and out without making you feel rushed. They accomodate scheduled and traffic delays and always make you feel that it is all about you. I visited 3 places for consultation and found Dr. Chan to be the most thorough and knowledgeable, giving me confidence in her ability to give me the best outcome. She suggested I do the routine cleaning with Dr. Cross & Denise, since teeth shape/size can change after cleaning, and I agreed. I visited them in March, and also asked them to send a pre-determination for my treatment. I also have an email record of this including Barbara, the secretary, asking me for my dental insurance phone number. However, there has been a lot of miscommunication and disorganization since. Barbara called later asking if I could reschedule my cleaning to a month later which was fine for me. I called the day before to confirm my appointment and spoke with Barbara again who confirmed with me I was in the schedule. Except the next day, I came in and found out I was never put in the schedule? So I made an appointment with Denise that day for two weeks later. But then Barbara called me again later with no records of me in the schedule still - miscommunication amongst the staff. Also, even though I filled out the information for Dr. Chan online, and then Dr. Cross in person in the office (so 2x at this point), my information was apparently lost. I also found out that even though I asked for the pre-determination, and gave my dental insurance phone number and sent a follow-up email, the pre-determination was never sent in these past 4 months. I suggest for new patients, the onboarding is more structured. There was a lot of disorganization in just setting up an appointment as a new patient that made me feel uncomfortable.

It's located right behind on the same side as the Dunkin' Donuts and up aways from the charging stations. There's plenty of free parking, and 2 handicapped spaces. 21st Century Dental is located on the 2nd floor. You can either take the stairs to the left or the elevator. Once upstairs the office is down the hall on the left.The office is decorated beautifully. Dr Friedman's wife Elaine runs the front desk, she and another staff member will check you in. I came in for a cleaning. My hygienist was Donna. She was very nice and thorough. She took a complete set of X-rays of my entire mouth. Donna then did a full cleaning. Dr Vitaly Friedman came in and checked everything. He is very nice. They decided on a plan for me. You can check with the office to see if they take your insurance. If you don't have insurance, they will also give you a price. You will have to go online and fill out the forms ahead of time. I would definitely recommend this office

Turns out they don't and called me up to pay an unexpected bill. I expressed how this completely eroded my trust in them. I was got upset and pushed back they took a little off, but demanded I pay the rest. If you value integrity in your dentist, look elsewhere.
