They are so patient and helpful with my insurance, and i almost certainly would not have had all that dental work I needed approved without (Jamie) going beyond. Dr. Paarul is the first dentist I've had that I actually enjoy visiting. I trust her completely, her assistant, Iris, is tremendous..and they never do recommend or do more work than is necessary, to make extra money (I've heard some horror stories.) I can really trust Amaltas Dental. It's nice, to put it simply. This dental team has made a significant difference in my life. If you're on their page reading this...TRUST ME! Even if they aren't the closest dental office, they are the best you'll ever find. (Dr. Paarul shares this practice with her husband, who did my initial exam. Every positive thing I mentioned can be extended to that experience as well. I don't think I've ever been so thankful towards a doctor in my life.

Parking easily found, clean & calm environment, & smiles on the walk in? What more could I ask for? From the front staff, Nicole & Ashley were the absolute sweetest and always ready to help with any and every question!! To Dr. Sia whom handled my oral filling emergency less than 24 hours after it happened. To the wonderful assistant Thayany that was extremely patient with my picky needs. (I am not easy to please but they did it stupendously!) Dr. Sia was extremely informative in explaining everything prior to working on my needs. During her work she explained absolutely every step which I thoroughly appreciate as a type A person who needs to know it all!! He has things you can do while waiting for your appointment like video games you can brush your teeth before your appointment. He does a very good job on keeping the whole office clean. I'm the mom of an 11 year old boy and I am writing a review with my son. We love Dr. Menker and his staff. They speak directly to my son and involve him in his own care. They have a rewards program for the children so they can earn points for great prizes. The staff was wonderful, and worked with my insurance and payment plan. We both highly recommend the team and Dr. Menker for the best orthodontic care in NJ!!

The lady at the front desk seemed extremely sensitive to me taking a business call, even though I could hear noise coming from inside the office. I understand that a dental office may need some level of quiet, but the situation could have been handled in a much more respectful and professional way. In my opinion, the clinical team is great, but the front office customer service needs serious improvement. The person at the front desk made the experience uncomfortable, and honestly, she should probably already be retired if she is unable to handle normal patient interactions professionally.

I called them and although they were about to close, they stayed open for us. The receptionist and dentist were incredibly nice and so good with our understandably upset toddler. They even managed to get some x-rays and gave us recommendations until we had a follow up a week later. Fortunately everything turned out okay and the follow up appointment was an equally great appointment. So great that we decided to use them as our children's dentist and made appointments for cleanings while we were there. It is very clean, they take precautions due to Covid, are punctual, and are genuinely nice people. Highly recommend!
